Jose got to my location sooner then his ETA. He assessed my situation fairly quickly and got me back on the road in record time, that I know of. Jose was a very polite understanding and I guess going above his call of duty on this job. I highly recommend y'all calling this service to get a recovery. They pulled my big truck out of a ditch, my mistake, they fixed it very fast. Jose also was understanding of my situation, he stayed around while I tried to get out of the situation that I was in, he followed me to a safe place. very very professional man I think the people at speedy's towing and recovery were all very polite very understanding and very professional. My car was towed by Speedy’s because of miscommunication between my apartment complex and myself (which was infuriating in and of itself), and my interactions with Speedy’s personnel because of this was mixed at best.
For a first impression of Speedy’s, it was negative; their tow truck driver (an older man) was extremely rude to me. And look, I can understand a lot of people beg/plead for their cars, so some emotional distance is called for in this business, but flinging cigarette ash at me and telling me to call the # on the truck is NOT peak customer service. A simple, “I’m sorry for the inconvenience, there’s nothing I can do at this point, please call the business number and they can help you” would’ve gone a long way.
Whereas my call to their line, and their secretary, was more positive. She listened, gave me their address and said she would call right back when my car was in their system, with the cost.
In about an hour I got the call and was quoted a price of $289.88, their hours, etc.
This is where another negative aspect pops up, as I have some serious qualms with their business practices.
#1: Despite saying they’re open 24/7, I was told after 5 pm, they give a surcharge price of $80 on top of what was quoted. So if you have no way to get there before 5 (like, say, you have a regular 9-to-5 job… or everyone you know does), you’re paying extra. That just seems scummy.
#2: Likewise, if you decide to try to pick up your car the next day during regular hours to avoid that surcharge… you still pay extra. So no matter what, you’re paying over the quoted price. So that kicks the scum factor up by a factor of 10.
#3: Was told they’re cash only and can only do exact change. Um, in this day and age, WHY IN GODS NAME ARE YOU CASH ONLY? AND WHY EXACT CHANGE ONLY?
It feels like it’s that way so if there’s any miscommunication of the price, it allows Speedy’s to keep the car longer and then charge even more money from you if you pass by an arbitrary time limit. So kick up the scum factor by 50 at this point.
But, like I said, the gal on the other end was nice, understanding and relayed all this info (including I’d need License, registration, insurance, etc).
So thank god I had a friend who could A: take me to the bank to get exact change and B: drive me to the place so I can get my car back.
And here’s the kicker: you know how I said the whole “Pay exact change in cash” thing seems like it could be abused? Well, after getting there with the exact amount I was quoted over the phone (for reference, it was $289.88), I was instead quoted $291.54. It was evidently a gas-per-mile Oklahoma towing law or something they tried explaining to me as I did everything I could not to scream.
Thankfully, my friend actually did have some cash on him and made up the $1.66 difference… but I can just imagine someone being told that, trying to rush to the bank to get out that extra bit of money, only to not make it back in time.
So kick that sleeze and scum factor up to 100.
I will give the people behind the window credit though, they were kind to me and everyone who was there, plus I overheard them talking about how the whole situation with my apartment complex was messed up.
Also, the man who took me to my car and showed me out was kind and funny.
The phone secretary, the people behind the counter and the man who took me to my car are the sole reason this place is getting a two. I was temped to give a three because of them, but the guy who towed my car (and was more dismissive than he needed to be) and the overall business practices of Speedy’s are definitely one-star material. It comes off as exploitative, sleezy and scummy… and I can’t give a score higher than a two based on that.
Stranded on turnpike with no spare tire on rental van is not a good day. Darren from Speedy’s was a true kind, knowledgeable and professional driver. I can’t thank him enough for his quick thinking and getting the van to tire center for repair. Darren thank you from my family. You are a true American. God bless you and your family.
They ripped the axel out of the transmission housing of my car tried to call to talk to a manger about it and the manager hung up the phone on me after lying to me about documents his driver took now I’m stuck with a broken axel and fender and a wedged tire when all it should have been was a simple bolt to fix my car can’t believe they are still in business with the people running the place will be filling an insurance claim DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DONT CAR ABOUT YOUR CAR AND JUST WANT YOUR MONEY

Our truck would not staying running to get to the repair shop so Tim with Speedy’s came to help us. He did a great job manipulating the truck from our driveway under tree to get it loaded. He loaded it and delivered it to the repair shop. Service was very prompt.

I called AAA this morning in Owasso to have my vehicle towed from a business to my house in Owasso. They were very good with texting me on arrivals and got things all done with in a hour or way less time. The driver was "Nick" from 918 wrecker who AAA uses as well for service calls. I recently had the unfortunate experience of breaking down with my semi truck, but thankfully José Garcia was the tow truck driver who came to help. From start to finish, he was extremely professional and clearly knew exactly what he was doing.
He handled my truck with care, worked quickly but safely, It’s rare to find someone in this line of work who combines skill, professionalism, and a genuine dedication to doing the job right, but José absolutely delivered.
If you need a tow, especially for something as big as a semi, I would highly recommend José Garcia. He’s a true professional and one of the best tow truck drivers I’ve come across.
So i got my truck stuck out in the middle of nowhere Oologah lake area. Worked on getting it out with a couple trucks and Jeeps for about 8 hours with no luck. Called on a Saturday morning at 3am, immediately i was talking to a real person and he said he could help me out right now! Called them back around 5pm Saturday, dispatcher said he'd have a guy call me soon and Zach was there with a skidsteer two hours later, he pulled me out and made sure I made it back to the main road. The whole experience went way better than one would expect when dealing with a stuck truck. My truck was 4wd and stuck in 3 foot of mud at the back of a creek just for reference, lesson learned and if it happens again I know who to call. Thanks again for the help guys.

Jose is amazing! I own a double decker bus that broke down. I called and he was at my location within an hour. He knew exactly how to tow it and had it at the shop within an hour of getting there. His customer service was top notch. Any time I break down in the future, I will always request Jose.
Jose was a great! He made sure we were safe and taken care of. He was very patient and made sure not to damage our bus. Will use speedys again for sure!

Our driver was respectful and very good at his job. Had my vehicular back home in no time without issue. I would recommend their service any day very pleased with how they handled the situation and how quickly they responded to my request for a tow. I had the wife and my dog with me because we were headed to the veterinary office when we broke down. I didn't hear one complaint from either of them the whole time so I have to say Speedy's service is exceptional.
I usually have good experiences with speedys since my car has been towed a lot but not today. The driver did not listen to my request since I know how my car can be towed and damaged my car in the process now I need a new rear bumper that I cannot afford so THANK YOU SPEEDYS. I will never use this company again.
I was stuck at work with a flat tire and they gave me 45 minutes. It took way less then that, Brad was there in about ten minutes pulling double jobs to help me out. I really appreciate him a lot! . You're the best Brad!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Josh D, my tow technician. From the moment he arrived, Josh was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. He showed genuine care and concern, making a stressful situation feel a whole lot easier. His communication was clear, his timing was spot on, and his attitude was top-notch.

Brad did a 10 out of 10 job! Would definitely recommend him to everyone! It was a steep rocky hill and trees everywhere! He did it perfectly. Got a fifth wheel where it needed to go! Definitely will be using the company again!
Jeremy Thomas made my day when he got my stuck truck out of the mud. I just returned from a 3,640 mile no-glitch trip. I parked my camper along the driveway and went to move the truck but the recent 6" of rain I had missed took it's toll. Tried 4 or 5 things suggested in YouTube videos from sticks to chains - but nope. My 2-wheel drive Frontier didn't want to leave the yard. Maybe just too tired.
Anyway contacted roadside assistance offered through my credit card and within minutes, Speedy contacted me saying someone was coming. Jeremy came, looked at the tight situation (tress and fence), suggested a couple of options and what do you know? The simplest one worked! Speedy and Jeremy were an answer to my prayer! I will keep their number on my fridge for the future (and hope I never need them!) Highly Highly Recommend!
