Attitude is everything. John gave me quick, exceptional service at a time I was in distress. I had two flat tires so I had to have it towed. I had four dogs in the car and they locked themselves in the car when I shut the door. I walked across the street to an ATM to get some cash when I realized my ATM card was not in my wallet. John the tow truck driver remained polite despite my dilemma. We settled on him unlocking my door for $50 cash that I had in my wallet. When I got inside my car, there was my ATM card and he was able to tow me after all. He worked with me and was friendly with my dogs. Things like that make all the difference when you are in distress. Thank you!
If I could leave a lesser review I would. They don’t even deserve a star! They wouldn’t release my items from my vehicle without having to contact police and our insurance to remove the entire undriveable vehicle. They were rude, loud and aggressive! Holding belongings as hostage so I can not resume work without my supplies is crazy! You pay by the day so scam u out of money!!
I think they are a BIT PRICEY, Butttt, you do get what you pay for. Yes a service is a service but what sets them apart is the people! My driver was super friendly and helpful... compassionate too, if you're getting towed, you're not having a great day to begin with. Folks... this is not normal but 10 minutes after my initial call my car is being loaded. Definitely don't hesitate to use these people!!
I was out by keystone lake be low the dam about 9:00 pm and called these guys they showed up quickly and had my vehicle load and got me home 9:30 these guys are you at their job thanks
We had a great experience with John, the tow truck driver who came to help us. He was professional, friendly, and arrived quickly when we really needed assistance. John made a stressful situation much easier with his calm attitude and expert handling of the vehicle. Could not have gotten a better service! Best wrecker service in Tulsa! Affordable service and great staff went above and beyond to get us where we needed to be. And got my wrecked car back home as close as they could to the garage. I couldn’t be happier thank you so much!
We were forced to use Metro Wrecker because the police had our vehicle towed after an accident. We would never choose to use them. We needed to retrieve our mail from the vehicle so we called to see what we would need to bring to gain access to the vehicle. They gave us a list of items and we made an appointment. When we showed up they changed the items that we supposedly needed. They were rude and hostile. When we produced those documents, they added even more items. By this time we had produced a VIN, title, and company operating agreement. The items they wanted in addition were just made up things. The day after an accident you don't want to have to deal with people that are this rude and just make stuff up to be even more rude. Avoid this company at all costs.
Ive been trying to get a hold of them for the past 2 days. I dwcided to go to the 61st and Mingo location to find out that they are no longer there. They told me that theyre in Sand Springs . So I asked google for the phone number in Sand Springs, called but they dont answer. I thought Wreckers were open 24/7. Not to mention that Wreckers charge you by the DAY. So now what? Call every hr to see if they answer? Or wait til Monday to find out the high price of their services for having tbe vehicle there every day they dont answer? Gosh. Ill have to call the OHP who gave me their num to call.
Let me tell you about Joe and Donald and how they made my day! After a long day of home-improvement projects, I went over to Charlie’s Chicken for family dinner. When I went to pull away from the drive thru, my vehicle wouldn’t shift to drive! So there I was in checkout line with a bunch of cars behind me waiting for their food. While I tried to figure out what was wrong with it my wife reached out to Metro Wrecker to help me out. Joe and Donald came out and they were awesome. They said they might be able to get me home without having actually to tow me (by the way, the rate they quoted me for towing my vehicle was VERY reasonable). They got under my car, put my vehicle back in gear and I was on my way Turns out I just needed to make a simple fix to my linkage, which they spotted for me. Joe and Donald did me a huge solid and I am so happy they came to help. I was able to get home and feed my family. I am so grateful for how helpful Joe and Donald at Metro Wrecker were!
Super kind and helpful. Got here within an hour and got me taken care of. Will be using them in the future. Jonathan was my driver and he did a fantastic job
