Tried to get communication with the owner or manager I was told I could not speak with them and got hung up on bad business they towed my company vehicle as wel bad service
Failed to verify the vin number of the car they were supposed to tow, wrongfully towed my damaged car, and snapped the CV axel I just replaced. Refuses to compensate at least to just get the axel replaced since they broke it.
Ricky Berkeley, I think that's how you spell it, is an awesome person. February 3, 2025 I needed my Navigator to be towed to Chester Auto Service on Peoria. I needed to replace my battery because it was too heavy. Ricky said it probably just needs to loosen up the tie down screw. He did that, put in the new battery I have and, voilà, it works. It was fast too. I said you lost a sales and I offered to pay. He said just give me a good Google review. My pleasure to do so. He was very pleasant too. Honest, Fair, Punctual. I have utilized this company for 6 years for all the towing services for the facilities I have worked at. They are by far the absolute best in the industry. From the way they handle accident scenes and breakdowns to just the type of people they are. They exceed the expectations every time and do it with class and dignity! I would recommend this company as I do, over and over again!
Absolutely horrible experience here. The customer service could not have been worse. Please, if you are a woman & are involved in an accident or are needing your car towed, do not go through Metro Wrecker. I felt very uneasy through this whole process- to the point I had my insurance company tow my car to a completely different place so that I could retireive my items. It got to the point my dad has to call & give some VERY stern words to them (any father would feel the need to do this, given the horrible circumstances).
I would triple check what items you need before picking up the vehicle- as it will change several times. Also, if you have a company fleet of vehicles, your title alone will not be enough to pick up the vehicle (EVEN if they tell you it will be on the phone); they will want a letter, & they will also want this letter to state that you will "hold them harmless for anything regarding the vehicle".
If I could give -100000 stars I would.
Amazing! 10/10 service! They came quickly and even though I got my car to start and ended up not using their services they never once made me feel like I was wasting anyone's time. Truly a blessing and so polite!
They were on their way to tow my minivan when it started up on me after it had been down for weeks, so I didn't need a ride anymore to get it to the mechanic. The driver was pulling up to my house when I cancelled, and they were all great about the situation. I felt bad wasting their time, but they basically just said, "No worries, glad everything's working out for you."
Funnily enough, someone I know needed a tow the next day and I was able to recommend them to make up for it. Thank you, guys!
Great service! They helped my daughter with a tow and got her car to the mechanic in less time than they said it would take to get to her car. Jonathan/Jon is a really nice guy and I appreciate his help. Worth the money.
They didn't always answer calls, but I'm sure it was not on purpose. They did have just a few staff working at the time of my service. I went to pick up my impounded vehicle without making prior arrangement. I was lucky to catch one of the drivers before he left the lot again, according to him. So, I guess you should make arrangements prior to going there, or you may be disappointed.
The process to retrieve my impounded vehicle was fairly easy and painless. I was surprised to find out I didnt have to sign a bunch of nonsense liability papers, which was a bit unusual from my past experiences. They took a few pictures of my vehicle documents and my ID; I paid; they gave me my key, and I went.. The guy told me I would get my receipt via text message. I didn't receive it as promised. But as soon as I called them, and was able to talk to a person, they quickly took care of my needs. Very good and friendly staff.. Strong recommended.
There is a reason these gentlemen are rated so highly. Everyone from the person that took my request for the tow, to the driver, were professional, and kind. The truck was there in a timely manner, and my car arrived at its final destination for the day, safe and without a scratch. Thank you gentlemen for making this process, a lot the stressful.
Man these guys are helpful! I had somethin goin on with my car the DAY I was moving out of my house. I decided to fix it myself at the new place and I was able to schedule a tow. John helped me a lot and went above on beyond. Good prices and better service. Will absolutely use em again when I need a tow.
Absolutely love these people. On time, spot on professionals. Had one of my fleet cars stranded in OKC. They had it in their possession within 2 hrs! They are in Tulsa! Charged half what anybody else would charge. They are my go to 24 hrs a day.
What a great experience from the first call to delivery! I definitely recommend and will use again! Driver went above and beyond and was able to put my Jeep in the garage on a sloped driveway. I can’t say enough about this experience. Thank you guys!!
I highly recommend! They helped make a bad situation better. My fresh oil change ended up with my oil being all over my driveway. Hibdon referred me to Metro to have my vehicle towed back to them. It was a Saturday so a little slower but when the driver showed up he was the absolute best! Thank you Metro for all your help!

First time I’ve used Metro and I will be using them again. Called to get my vehicle towed to a shop across town and they had me there in just over an hour. Donald and John were very friendly and made sure everything was taken care of.

I called at least 8 of the other wrecker services in town and was sent straight to voice-mail, and none of them returned my call. I called these folks and was extremely happy with the service and the rates were very reasonable for Tulsa.
Donald picked up the line and squared me away-- extremely professional, friendly, excellent customer service.
Rick picked up my van and was professional, friendly and actually made the process very smooth.

One star is to much for this place!!! Worst place ever!!!! I was hit by a drunk driver tonight. They took me by ambulance to be checked out so my Jeep was towed by Metro Wrecker.I called to get my Jeep when the hospital discharged me. They refused to allow me to get it until 9 am. Even after explaining my medication, credit card, money, everything was in my Jeep. I explained I am not from here. I have no family here or anyone to call. He still refused to allow me to get my Jeep. I told him I was being discharged and had no place to go or no way to go. He still refused. I again explained I needed my medication and my credit card so I could rent a hotel. He still refused. Their ad says anything you need. However they refused to do anything to assist me!!!! Then today he continued to be a total jerk to me. Telling me I can’t get my vehicle without registration, insurance, photo I’d, and the money. I said great; It is all inside the Jeep. He refused to come to the yard until I had those documents and would not allow me to access them from the Jeep nor would he agree to do such. I tried explaining that I was from out of town and had no transportation and that I’d be would just open my glove box everything he needed was there. Thank goodness the driver showed up and ran interference. There was nothing helpful about how Joe the co owner handled things. A little kindness goes along way when someone is out in the position I was put in. I was not the drunk driver. I was the victim, but that did not matter to Joe!!!!
I waited 3 hours for AAA. I then called Metro. They were out within 15 min, truck hooked up in a busy quick trip parking lot, in about 5 min. Super friendly and personable. I will be recommending them to everyone.
My car broke down and, Metro was there and answered when no one else was. Brandon was my tow truck driver and communicated his time frame with me very well. He arrived on time and was great to chat with and helped take my mind of my vehicles mechanical issue. From dispatch to to the tow driver I received very friendly service. If you need help consider using this locally owned family business. Thank you guys!
They will consistently be late for the appointments you call ahead and set up. Not just 10 minutes either. 30 minutes to an hour or more late.
Also they will not take care of your vehicle while it is on their lot. I came to look at my vehicle and when I got there I was surprised to see and learn that one of their employees must have backed up into my vehicle. And oh well, nothing they can do about it. Not even an apology. These guys are super content being dirtbags with little to no accountability or human decency. I’d recommend doing little to no business with them if at all possible
Had a flat tire with no spare. Called Joe, and he came out within 30 minutes of the phone call (He was across town). He couldn't be more courteous, got my car towed and was pleasant to ride along with. I would recommend to anyone. The prices are pretty good too.
