Excellent service!! Daniel is so helpful, very friendly, great communication and customer service! Got my car towed to a mechanic for a decent price. Another company charged me almost $20 extra for the same distance. Overall fantastic experience, highly recommend them, you won’t regret it!

Flat tire, and I mean flat. Called in a panic and was greeted with a calm, super helpful individual. He had a driver to me within 30 minutes. The driver, again, the nicest person ever, took great care with my car and got it to the dealership ASAP! Highly recommend them!

One of our work trucks got T-boned a few weeks ago and it was taken to JK Paint & Body, and insurance got the ball rolling pretty quick after that. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because it’s almost impossible to get someone on the phone you pretty much just have to show up in person and they’ll take care of you with a smile. Other than that, everything went smooth.
I have had to use Neptune Towing services 3 times and each time it has been outstanding service. The owner is like one of my grandsons who are a part of my heart.
My truck got stuck in Neutral at about 4:00pm on a Friday. I called a couple of other towing services, and they all told me over an hour before a truck could pick me up. Neptune quoted me 30-40 minutes, I said go ahead and send a truck. The driver arrived in a little over 20 minutes. While driving to the repair facility, he was super nice as we talked about what was wrong (potentially) about my truck, his time in the business, etc. The tow truck was clean, smelled nice (didn't smell like cigarettes or body odor). When we got to the repair facility, he took the time to wait for the technician to move a different car so he could unload mine straight into a repair bay, instead of just dropping it off and leaving. Nobody likes to have to call a tow truck, but if you do, This was by far the best tow truck experience I have ever had.
I searched for “jumpstart near me” when my Toyota Camry wouldn’t start at the QT gas station on 71st and Riverside in Tulsa, and Neptune Towing popped up right away. I gave them a call, and they arrived super fast! The driver was professional, friendly, and got my car running again within minutes.
Remi cool name! Called and told me everything worked out and he delivered my truck to the tire shop. How much more customer service can yo get then that?!? I spoke with Danny the day before on a Sunday because the tire shop wasn't going to open until Monday. They assured me all would be ok as long as my truck was pulled in straight so they could roll it on or however they do it. It worked out so good I only had to uber to get my keys to the tire shop. Thank you Neptune for your service! And especially Remi and Danny for calming my nerves!
Service was phenomenal! The person who took our call was very professional and got us a wrecker within an hour. The driver, Remy, was also wonderful! Very personable and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend & use again!!

I had called another local towing company, explained that my BMW X3 was completely dead and I needed it towed. They told me special equipment was needed if it couldn't be put in neutral. I called Neptune, they texted me back, asked what I needed, where the car was etc. They had a truck to me in 30 mins, the driver was one of the most friendly people I've come across. Beyond helpful, he got my car started and I set out for the repair shop. I got 5 miles before the car died again, in the middle of Yale on a Friday during lunch. I called the driver, told him what happened, he said he hadn't gone far and would be right there. He was there in 7 mins, got my car loaded on the flat bed in no time and towed it to the shop, all with a smile on his face. Couldn't have asked for better customer service. I highly recommend Neptune, they will take great care of you.

I called Neptune to two my truck and Remi was able to come out within the hour. Quick and got my truck taken where it needed to be. Remind saved me alot of headache from having to call a mobile mechanic in the rain. Also saved me on price. Had another company quote me $200 and he was at $125. Thank you again Remi!
Needed a tow last Friday. Luckily I called Neptune. Phone experience was great. Truck arrived on schedule. Remi was my driver. Wasted no time and professionally loaded my vehicle. He was courteous to other drivers and had me on my way in no time. I will use Nneptune
So we actually used them two times in a week. One to help my girlfriend tow her car to my house, and the other to tow my vehicle to a shop. Both times super professional, very kind, very quick! I cannot recommend them enough.
My car broke down at restaurant, call this company the guy that answered the phone was very professional and polite. As well as Remi, he came out in timely manner and was very nice and helpful! 10/10 would recommend this company and will be using them again.
Needed roadside and was assigned them through Uber. They gave a time of 60 minutes. It’s been 2 hours and they still aren’t here, they won’t answer their phone or anything. I now know I shouldn’t rely on roadside packages or clubs but I still feel like answering the phone is the least you can do once you’ve accepted an offer for a job. Wish I could leave there side of the story at this point. I still have yet to hear anything from them directly and were well into hour two of the 60 minute eta. Good luck if you get them through a 3rd party!
I received excellent service from Neptune Towing Service. The Gentleman who towed my truck is named Remi. He is very professional and would recommend him to anyone very friendly as well. I also talked to a lady named Kat. Very friendly and helpful. I recommend Neptune towing for anyone. If I could give them a Ten star rating I would!
Neptune towing was amazing!!! Danny the mechanic was clean smart, and professional!!! I have issues with walking so I'm very slow getting to door etc. Danny was so patient with me. For the past few days, I’ve attempted to get service for my vehicle and unfortunately had a hard time securing anyone. Multiple services didn’t answer, didn’t show up, or just cancelled. For this reason, I decided to get a tow. The first call was to this company, and I spoke to Danny. He was extremely friendly and had a reassuring demeanor that put me at ease during a stressful time. I called a couple of places afterwards, but no one gave me the same service. I then decided to go with this company. When I called back to schedule a tow, Danny said he could get to me within an hour of my calling. He gave me an ETA to my house and kept his word by arriving on time. He treated my vehicle with care and patiently answered any questions I had. He even went above and beyond the expectations of professionalism by taking me to and from the service provider for my vehicle.
