It was the worst experience ever. The owner was able to get me a working part for a couple of months . And now going on months that he hasn't given me my money back . He will not return any calls now . So I am guessing legal is the only way he will respond
This place takes for ever to remove a part. They ask you to pay for the part. Then you will have to wait for them about a week they give you the run around telling you tomorrow it will be ready and ready but it never is don’t come here
Payed for a transfercase last Friday was told all week we will hqve one for u daily its next friday and still no transfercase if anything changes ill let u know but as far as right now i would pass by thus place and head to the next salvage
BUYER BEWARE. We spoke to Kelly multiple times and he confirmed he had the rear axle we were looking for. My teenager drove 2 hours and when he got there they told him they had the part and to go ahead and pay for it and complete the paperwork while they located it. Gave them $500 in cash while they "looked for the part". After awhile they told him they didn't have that axle and tried to send him with one that would not fit his truck. He knew that would not work and asked for his money back. He sat there for over 3 HOURS while they gave him the run around and were not going to give him a refund for the part they did not have. Finally I had to call the Tulsa PD and that seemed to motivate them to give his money back. This was Mike and Kelly. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. They are NOT legit.
Found what I needed after checking online, they were the only calves in 75 miles with the parts . The price was fair for sure and the staff I worked with was friendly and helpful!

Man where do I start. Seems like a lot of us are saying the same things, haven’t received transmission in 2 months, feels like a scam, no one knows how to solve any problems especially KELLY the GM or the OWNER MIKE. We have now been waiting over 2 months for a transmission we purchased just for them to jerk us around and tell us MANY LIES. You’d think a General Manager would have some clue how to provide customer service or something but no, Kelly would be better off flipping burgers somewhere than what he does now. Absolute joke. Please please stay away from this company it has been the worse transaction we have ever had In 15 years of being in business.
Where do I even start. We purchased a transmission 2 months ago and STILL HAVENT RECEIVED IT. You’d think after 2 months we could just get a refund and call it quits on this whole process, but nope, no refunds. The GM KELLY and the owner MIKE have zero clue at all how to manage or what’s going on. I have zero clue how a company can employ an employee like Kelly he isn’t the brightest to say the least. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING JACKED AROUND!:)
Paid $2600 for a transmission and sent the core back to them and two months later they still haven’t sent it. Won’t accept or return phone calls and are lying about updates, two weeks ago they said they sent it 1.5 days ago, today they said they sent it 1.5 days ago again- which is it??? Then someone else said today they said they would get a tracking number tomorrow. Do not buy from them.
They sold me a bad engine. When the engine was already installed, it broke and I asked him if he could fix it for me and he simply took my car, had it for 6 months and gave me my car without any other parts that I had.

I would give them 0 if it was an option. I have been getting the run around from them about a motor since April. The 1st motor they gave us was full of water and nasty. Took it back and have been trying to get it resolved for 2 months. Finally got another motor today. It is the same exact motor! All they did was pressure wash it. The oil in it is the consistency of mud. They will ignore your calls when they don't want to answer. I ended up calling from 5 different numbers just to check the status if the motor. They will constantly say they don't know anything about it they will have to ask someone, they will hang up on you. The first month I called Mike was supposed to be going to pick one up but he was either off or on vacation or they didn't know where he was. Then they said they got a motor but it wasn't any good and they were waiting on another. We are now out 900$ and 2 months waiting. I would definitely not recommend them! Editing to add photo. It was completely FULL of water! This is what $900 will you get you at this place.
Went to buy a brake booster and ac lines for my Chevy avalanche Justin one of the guys that pulls parts out was quick to get my parts was gonna pick them up later but he told me after I was done paying to check on him to see if he was done went back to see and he was finishing up getting my parts 100% recommend this place if your trying to save money on parts

I avoid dealing with salvage yards as much as possible. This one just kept reminding me why, for an entire month. But I did finally get a transmission. Hopefully it works. If I forget to update my edit, it probably worked. When I call looking for a part, I am asking if the place I'm calling actually has it. Like some other salvage places, this one seemed to assume I wanted to pay them to shop other salvage yards for me. I'd have preferred to just call the next one down the list that car-part.com said had the one I needed, since Fetch actually did not. They just said they did and took my money to buy me one. But I did eventually get the transmission. It took exactly a month. I was told a couple days. I was told probably tomorrow. I was told I should have been told a week and a couple days. I was told nothing for quite a while and left to just feel ripped off. The regular guy who answers the phone is rude and laughs at customers as he lies to them. When said customers get testy he will transfer them to the owner, Mike, who can act pretty nice when he's not blowing people off and failing to follow through in a timely manner. I spent a week trying to get my money back with nobody even answering me. But I am changing my review and canceling my refund request with cashapp, because I did, after a month of nonsense, get a transmission. I'm still speaking my mind because even after he finally got back with me to say he finally had my transmission, Mike wasted my time repeatedly and kept me afraid to leave all day for 3 days straight for fear he would show up while I was out. No updates. No ETAs. Just "I'll do this", then "sorry this came up" after a day of silence and not doing that. I run a business at home, alone, so when someone is coming I can't leave to do any errands. People tell me they're coming then just leave me waiting all day like there's no need to worry about my schedule. Maybe I'm a jerk but I find such treatment very disrespectful. I get grumpy about it when my customers do such things, let alone people I give MY money to. Mike said this morning I have a $100 store credit and they deliver up here all the time. I'd spend an extra hundred to not do this again. Sorry, Mike. Update: I finally got a chance to try putting that transmission in the car, since it's a personal car and I had a bunch of customer work to get done, first. Back to 1 star, because this transmission is no good. Could not possibly have been a good working unit as they told me. Solenoid connector burnt to a crisp. Several pins completely burned away from the connector. I'm trying to cobble together good parts from it and the original to make a good one. I know I'm way too late even if this place was inclined to help and I'm not even asking because they wouldn't refund my money 3 weeks after taking it when I still didn't have even a junk transmission from them. Awful, dishonest, timewasting place. Steer way clear of them.
Took $825 from my husband on some auto parts deposit. Do not buy. They will scam you. Police report has been filed until they refund the $825 to his cash app, which is what he requested for payment.
I should have read reviews before putting a deposit down. I put a deposit for $825 for parts on a 2016 Nissan Titan XD and was supposed to pay the other $825 a week later once he had them pulled. It has now been over a month and he has blocked my calls and texts. Long story short, don't expect to get parts once you pay. These guys are a big SCAM!

Let me tell you this place is beyond the worst place to do business with. 01/29 Call for estimate on engine for a 2000 Jeep Cherokee 4.0L I6 was told $1050 no core. 02/05 Contacted Fetch over phone call with employee Kelly to verify pricing was told $1250! Mike then texts and says he will stand with the price originally quoted. I ask if it's pulled says it needs pulled would be Saturday that weekend which worked. Send my own mother up here from Oklahoma City with cash because they ONLY deal with cash (picking up tax evasion vibes) or cash app venmo. I called Friday say they've been busy it's not ready. I ripped into to them a bit as this is the only time I can get out of work and they said they'd try to have it out no promises they'd call me and they never called. I give them half the next week call back not ready. Snow happens then weekend gives that excuse. Follow into next week again gave them time again then snow again and still not ready. 02/24 contacted Mike asking what the deal is he says he will deliver it to Oklahoma City on Wednesday morning. Time comes gives excuse that the ball joints went out on the guys truck says it'll be the next day because of this. 02/27 Guess what?? Here it is and no engine ignores all my messages as well!! DO NOT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! You WILL lose all your money!
Attempted to buy a wiring harness from
this business. They had two in stock, which may have worked for what it was needed for. They decided to order one in for the same price which was totally okay. Was told we would get the harness delivered to us. The truck was "running late." It's been over a week since ordering.

2 mounths ago they show me a picture from blue pilot to sell part from that car but after I paid $4300 they told me 4 or 5 days ready but after 5 weeks the text me the part are ready, I rent truck and trailer to drive 2 hours to his shop but they was at home and nobody in the shop didnot know anything about my part and I came back to rogers with nothing and after 2 weeks that icaaed them again they said the part are ready but agin I drove truck with trailler from rogers to tulsa but exactly the same as first time , both of then was home and no completa part and I cane back to rogers and I request my money , the text me no refund .I called, text to both owner and office but they ignore my call .

Got to be the most professional salvage I've ever been to. Employees will actually show you where the vehicles are that you're looking for and sometimes they might just have the part that you need on the shelf already pulled. Check these guys out before going to your regular pull apart. You might just be surprised!
My husband and I went to go get a motor since they had it , but it was locked . The owner Mike told us to come back , that he had another one , so we went back , gave him the lock one back, he gave us the other one but it wasn’t the same one we told him to give us our money back , he insisted that he was going to give us another Motor and deliver it to our home last Friday , he never came and he’s been ignoring our messages. He took our money and won’t give it back. I DO NOT recommend this place they just scam you!
I feel like I made out like a bandit here. Pricing was superb and Mike was very helpful. The guys out in the yard were very friendly with quick service. I will be returning if ever needed.
