The most reliable towing service around! I trust them with all of my customer’s vehicles as well as my personal. Great group of people at Lenox! From the phones to the trucks, those guys are on it every step of the way! I’d never call anyone else.
I called trying to locate a truck. The old man who answered the call was extremely rude and unprofessional. He got angry seconds into the conversation and threw a tantrum on how "he was tired of answering questions." He would answer my question with the same vague statement that didn't answer my question.
Mike was very helpful in getting a truck set up to tow my vehicle. Daniel was very fast to respond and very professional, prices are so reasonable!! We will be keeping their number around in case we need their services again!
Just saw a Lenox rollback driver walk out of his way to pour his cooler water on a plant instead of the concrete. If that’s not attention to detail, I don’t know what is. 5/5 would recommend.

Great service, had the best prices in the Collinsville area. Every place I called said $170 and they did it for $120. Took good care of my car when they took it to the mechanic shop. I took full pictures all around before and after to confirm absolutely no damage and when they loaded the car I could tell the driver knew what he was doing and took very careful care when doing so. I highly recommend
I had a fantastic experience with the service provided by Lennox Wrecker. Daniel was polite and professional. He took extra care of our vehicle in hookup, dropoff, and especially transit- driving very smooth. Daniel put safety first but in the end, was polite and engaging with my children because they were so excited about the tow truck. We loved that there were no hidden fees, and it is was a very straightforward process. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone reading this review.
Called to get my Jeep towed today. They sent a man out and he arrived within 10 minutes. He was very polite. He towed it about a mile and from hook up to unhook took about 25 minutes! Great customer service and great price! If you want great fast service... They are the folks to call!!!
Called two other services they said it would take an hour and a half to two hours to get to me. This is on a bright sunshiny day. Lennox was on scene in about 30 minutes. Took my car to the shop of my choice. Then billed my insurance company direct.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Comprletly rude and totally disrespectful if I ever have to deal with them again I will make sure to have e the police there to communicate for me
Lenox is so professional and just NICE! As people who have no clue about cars it can be intimidating. We called several other places to ask about towing and they were rude. We called Lenox and felt so comfortable. We got there to meet him and realized we forgot our keys so he was like no problem I’ll wait! Then we went to pay and he reminded us we probably have insurance for towing which he we had not realized at all.

Called Lenox Wrecker Service this morning to have my vehicle towed from Owasso to Tulsa. The driver Mike showed up earlier than ETA given on phone. He asked me what the issue was, then asked to take a look, he then diagnosed the issue and within 10 minutes I was driving my car home, saving $80+. Thank you.
I had a great experience today with Lennox. I called them to rescue my F-550 bucket truck and deliver it to the repair shop. The driver showed up quicky and had no problem hooking up my truck. He was very professional and was familiar with the shop I had the truck taken to. How can you beat great service and a fair price.
Use them for all my business towing needs and will use them for personal use if ever needed, great customer service, always quick to respond and get the job done, very fair on pricing, could not ask for more.
