Josh, the driver was very kind patient helpful with my handicapped husband who needed lots of help getting up in the big rig. Thank you Josh. The cost of towing was rather expensive to us, but do not know if it's overpriced compared to others. However, customer service was great and friendly
My truck had to be towed tonight due to a bad alternator. We called our insurance and performance is who was sent.
Josh was our driver and he was AMAZING! The whole process was a pain in the butt given the truck was too dead to help us at all with loading and unloading.

Great experience with Josh from Performance Towing. Contacted me about 10 minutes after I got off the phone with Geico and arrived in about 35 minutes. Confirmed the vehicle was delivered to the repair shop and key left in dropbox. Communication was polite, relaxed, and thorough.
Harley got me picked up earlier than the Gieco app stated. My truck was locked up and he got it set up smooth and had to park it in an odd space and got it on the first try in under 5 mins.
