My truck broke down on my way to work, and Performance Towing, thru my insurance, helped tow my truck home. The gentlemen were courteous and very helpful thru the extreme cold temperatures. I would recommend this company anytime.....Kathy Wood
Do not recommend, had an automated voice dispatch that is ai made my service, had a text confirmation and when I called back for an eta in an hour they said they had nothing. Highly do not recommend
I requested a tow with my insurance provider and make sure all of my details were correct. After sitting and waiting the 90 minute timeframe given, they called and hung up quickly, when I called back they told me they could not find me and canceled my tow.
I had Donnie tow my vehicle recently, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was professional, reliable, and made sure my car was delivered safely to the right place. Great communication and smooth service all around. Highly recommend Donnie for any towing needs!
I found myself in need of a toe and my insurance company sent performance towing. My driver, tommy was thorough, safe,.and had the cleanest tow truck i have ever seen. Will definitely use them again in the future.
Tommy did an awesome job when I had to get a tow. He was there on time, he was very professional and explained to me everything he was doing. Just an overall good experience.
My motorcycle died on my way home from work shortly after 6am. I used Roadside Assistance they State Farm. Christian with Performance Towing showed up, got me loaded up and dropped off at my local mechanic without a problem. Wait time was a little longer than the max time given by Roadside Assistance, but other than that, Christian was friendly, professional, and had the bike strapped solidly.
Josh, the driver was very kind patient helpful with my handicapped husband who needed lots of help getting up in the big rig. Thank you Josh. The cost of towing was rather expensive to us, but do not know if it's overpriced compared to others. However, customer service was great and friendly
My truck had to be towed tonight due to a bad alternator. We called our insurance and performance is who was sent. Josh was our driver and he was AMAZING! The whole process was a pain in the butt given the truck was too dead to help us at all with loading and unloading. Josh got it home safely and was outstanding in doing so! We will be requesting him from now on!
Liars, thieves and unprofessional, this company dropped off a vehicle at my house without calling before arriving or getting permission. When I refused delivery of the vehicle because it wasn’t scheduled or authorized they said they were dropping it no matter what I said. I told them to take it back to the insurance lot they picked it up from and they refused. I gave them an alternative address to drop it at and they said they’d drop it there but dropped in the middle of a county road, blocking traffic, and blocking my wife in who had to leave for a doctors appointment. Owner was combative. Horrible customer service and Attitude.
Absolutely liars and thieves! They stole equipment out of our truck and then dropped it off at our home without our permission. The guy that dropped it off lied to my face and said he wasn't dropping it off and that he was taking it to the address we gave him. He told me he was going to drop the truck and move it around and then he dropped it and just sped off. Left the truck sitting in the middle of a county road blocking my vehicle. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Great experience with Josh from Performance Towing. Contacted me about 10 minutes after I got off the phone with Geico and arrived in about 35 minutes. Confirmed the vehicle was delivered to the repair shop and key left in dropbox. Communication was polite, relaxed, and thorough.
Harley got me picked up earlier than the Gieco app stated. My truck was locked up and he got it set up smooth and had to park it in an odd space and got it on the first try in under 5 mins.

What a great experience. I had some car trouble and notified my insurance and they sent out Performance Towing. The driver contacted me immediately and gave me a time frame and was right on time. He was so kind and friendly. He made me feel very safe and took great care of my vehicle; even taking photos before and after to document any damage! My dog kept barking at him, and he was so nice about it. When we got to the towing destination and they notified me that they wouldn't be able to fix the problem the driver contacted his dispatch and they agreed to tow it to another place free of charge. It was so kind of them to cover those extra three miles and to just make it happen. Will definitely request them if something else happens and I need a tow.
These guys were awesome! Called em out to move a shed for me and it was in worse shape than I thought so we talked it over and decided not to move it. The experts in towing.

He handled my car with care and made sure I felt safe and informed throughout the entire process. What really stood out was his patience and positive attitude—even though it was a stressful situation for me, he kept things calm and reassuring. You can tell he takes pride in his work. They were fast and helped us out in the unexpected turn of events. Harley and the other gentleman helping were great and even on the ride over to the drop off location. Definitely very trained and professional in what they do. Highly recommend.
The guy in the office who took my phone call was very nice and helpful!! Within the hour my car was towed and taken to where it needed to be! Fair price and very helpful with making sure I receive the receipt to send to insurance.

Wow! What a great service! They came out to the racetrack to save my dead race car on a SUNDAY afternoon and towed me and my trailer 150 miles back to McLoud. The driver was super nice and we had a great conversation. Would use again in a heartbeat!
