Ethan was so helpful to my daughter when she went in to get a new lightbulb for her headlight. Being away from home at college, I couldn’t be there to help…but he was wonderful! Highly recommend this location and Ethan!

The O'Reillys stores have always done a great job for me. Many times they have gone out of their way to give great customer service. They are consistently polite and helpful, and have actually had everything that I needed in stock already.

Great location! Brian, Colton, and Ariana were super helpful — they helped me find the right parts, patiently explained how to install them, and even printed out instructions for me.

They where very helpful and products in the store are easy to locate my only complaint is that one of the workers at the front did not seem very friendly... more like I was a burden for asking him to look up a part for me but other than that it was a good experience and I walked out with everything I needed.

Try to get it turns Eagle. Light replaced some young kid there. It's raining, but it was sprinkling. Wouldn't replace it then. When he came in with all the bosses Jenny, he agreed needing to replace it. Yeah I won't be back

This place is so great! They always seem to have the parts we need in stock. When we needed to return something we did not end up using, they were so kind and helpful! They have gone above and beyond each and every time we have gone in this store! -one name off the top of head is “David”. Thanks David!

Was in the middle of an ice storm. While cleaning the ice off my windshield in 5 degree weather, the clip on the wiper blade broke. Went to O'Reillys and they helped me find the correct blades PLUS installed them for me.

Wow they’re so nice! The worker helped me change my key fob battery to a new one for free because he said he had an extra one, and hadn’t done a Subaru one before but did a great job with it.

Horrible service car battery died literally across steet at we street bank if anyone familiar with location you understand the distance. It was cold my father is a double amputated. Had more than enough $$ to buy from there's store battery or whatever was needed . Just needed help with jump or anything to get car there. Guy who served me denied any help with my situation kept saying were not mechanics but if we got the car there's they could help. So not being a mechanic is not the issue obviously. Out of the 5 employees standing there I'm sure 1 would be able to help serve even for not being "mechanics " just a good person n willingness to help. I understand their may b some.store policy I'm sure cooperate or manager could look past this situation or even clock out! Anyways got worse end up buying a battery power jump start for 85 cuz I got need to fix this situation. I admit my car knowledge is horrible and a flaw as a man but my best in this situation. Come to find out they have the same exact battery they use for cars brought to stores didn't offer to even let me borrow it for a jump or anything. Only way I knew was because I asked how to use this battery charger. And another employees slipped up n said we have 1 back here we use all the time! Understand I was not arguing or anything confrontational at all. It was just the lack of kindness or customer service I'd expected. My father on social disability every $$ counts for bills medicine and etc. So saving $$ in that situation some would understand. Anyways bought the charger guy at bank came help out made sure we got going thanks Daniel made sure got his name thanking him. Brought car to a Autozone! In Glenpool got battery n had installed there instead lol! Just frustrating and sad

I needed new wipers. Got a great deal at O'Reilley's and the service people installed them for me. They were very helpful and courteous Will definitely be going back.

I am not at all happy with this store. I had them check my battery and they said it was bad. I did not buy it from there but it was only 3 months old. So I bought a new battery, took the old one to where I bought it. It needed to be charged. My alternator was the problem, so not only did I but am unnecessary battery, I had to get an alternator too. Not good business

Update I contacted corporate about the mistake. They got all the details and looked into it. About a week or so later I was contacted and told that I would be reimbursed. I then was contacted by a manager at this location who said he had a check for me to pick up. I was only anticipating the reimbursement for the parts I bought from them. They not only reimbursed me for that but paid for the cost of the professional break job I had done because of the mistake. I am very impressed with the customer service and going well beyond what I was asking or expecting. Bought rotors and pads for a brake job on my truck. (I have stock brakes) They started to squeak after a few weeks and the squeak got worse with time. Took it to a shop to find out the rotors O’Reilys had sold me were the wrong size and too small. The brake pad was not making full contact and wore down unevenly. Had them replaced at they shop because I didn’t want to mess with it again. O’Reillys refused to refund my money without the old parts. (Parts got scrapped by the shop before I had time to go to O’Riellys). Wasted my time and money because a clerk didn’t take the time to clarify which rotors were needed for my truck.

It’s always easy to jump in and give a bad review when things aren’t going well but why does it seem so time constraining to leave a simple thank you when things are working in our favor? I bring this up because For SIX YEARS I’ve been meaning to say “thank you” for the above and beyond helpful service I received as I was having car trouble while trying to take my kids camping for spring break. As you can imagine, for a single mom on a limited income, this was a very stressful time when all I was trying to do was create a fun and memorable time for my kids. So here I am 6 years later still thinking about how wonderful these young men were to stay after the doors closed to help me get my car running and off to the river for a fun family week (it snowed, by the way, yes, during spring break lol but I wasn’t going to be the first to pack it in, we indeed had a memorable weekend 😉). This was my oldest sons last family trip with us before graduation and your team made it possible. I know these young men have probably moved on or up but I want to let them know how grateful I still am for them. Thank you, Zachary, Shelby, Skyler, and Robert! May God bring you an abundance of blessings during your life time and don’t forget that the blessings are many times waiting behind the trials. 💕

Awesome experience, the best I've ever had from an O'Reilly. Brandon was extremely helpful, even in the hot weather. He went totally above and beyond to make sure we were squared away. Give the man a raise!

I want to thank George Ferguson and this location for helping my family in our time of need. My daughters and myself were traveling from Texas to Kansas on 7/26/2021 when we blew a head gasket in 100 degree heat on I-44. George came to us and delivered the correct coolant, helped to advise what could be wrong with the vehicle and safely guided us to a service center for repair. He took the time to explain things to me and talk to my husband on the phone to help assure him we were OK. George went above and beyond to help us in our time of need and we will forever be grateful for his support and O'Reilly.

I had to get some brakes for my car and the young man who waited on me was nice enough to carry them to the car for me. I bought the pads and rotors but when my brother put them on he said I didn't need the rotors. So I took them back for a refund and didn't have any problem getting it they were very nice.

I always have great service at Jenks location. The employees are super nice and go out of there way to help. I've had two cars with batteries die on me and they have offered to change them out for me. The online order pickup works great too!

This is the best place to go to get supplies for your car maintenance. I have a Japanese car and my supplies is always in stock. Besides having everything you need, the people at the jenks location are very kind and knowledgeable on how and what you need to do for a variety of situations. I highly recommend stopping in and discussing your car if you have any concerns.

I visit this location as it is close to my house and convenient. My wife also uses this store. Everytime we have visited the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Often times they will suggest a better solution or part for a particular problem or issue. They also will come out to your vehicle to help install, fit, or measure a part. Very good customer service and I highly recommend the store.
