Called on a Friday at 4 o’clock, and the driver was at the house within 10 minutes. He was able to give me the fee upfront and recommended rolling the car into the street so his truck didn’t bottom out and scrape up the driveway. Clean and well-maintained truck that I was comfortable putting my car on for him to tow away.

While it’s usually not the best of circumstances when using a towing service, David with Collinsville Wrecker was exceptional…making a “less than positive” experience, more positive. Fast service, great communication and just good people. I won’t hesitate to call them in the future and I would even recommend that someone request David if available.
I broke down in the middle of a busy road. David was great. Awesome communication. He arrived quickly, helped me find a body shop, and took us there asap. (He also handled my old jeep like she was a new sports car)
