Had a misunderstanding on 9/6/24 about the hours of operation with one of the employees but ended up having to go back the next day as my negative and positive post on the battery that I purchased were on the wrong side The owner was able to help me and my dad and apologized for the misunderstanding prior. She assisted us with the correct battery and was able to dispose of my previous one at no extra expense. She completely changed my opinion on their customer service and has earned a loyal customer!
