Could not of had a better experience in a bad situation. Doug took care of me and my car like it was his. He was able to pull my truck onto the wrecker without damaging my driveway or truck in a tricky spot. It’s always fun to see a real professional at work regardless of the trade.

The folks at Allied / Storey are amazing! They helped me move a vintage 1948 bus from Sapulpa to Broken Arrow and I couldn't heave been in better hands. My driver, Jeff, was amazing and made the whole process easy. I won't trust anyone else to move my vintage bus! I can't recommend them enough!
I wish there was an option lower than a one star. Even the front desk lady was extremely rude, gave her my paperwork to get things out of my car and after she was done she just throws the papers back very rudely. Everything about this place is difficult I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody ever.
Storey wrecker was easy to deal with they didn’t make me run all across town for this and that they just handled it right then and there I know it’s bad to say but when cars get towed I rather they get it then the others
They had to haul in my wrecked Chevy malibu. By the look of the car, they were surprised to see me WALK in there 2 days later to retrieve my belongings from the pile of metal that was my car. I have no desire to see them again but if I need a tow I'll use storey for sure.
When my car was impounded here, I was dreading having to come and pick it up because it always seems like it’s something with these type places. My experience couldn’t have been farther from that. I called to see about picking up my car and the woman on the phone was nice and helpful. Then, when I went to pick my car up, the man at the desk, didn’t catch his name, was extremely nice, helpful, and professional. It was $128 and some change for my car which I think was a tow and 3 days storage. I was expecting at least $200-250 from past experiences, and also for the employees to be curt and nothing short of mean. Again, not at all what I expected, I was surprised at how quick and easy it was. It took I think 10 minutes. Some of my documents had to be printed because I forgot them at home, I had to run to my rides car a few times too and he was patient and was willing to work with me to help me get my car back and not have to make another trip. Only thing I would recommend is to go in and be patient and polite and they will do the same in return. Don’t get me wrong, I didn’t enjoy shelling out $129 to get my car out, but the professionalism and service I received here was to the point I where I will be calling them if I ever need a tow. My car wasn’t damaged in any way and I even had some money and other objects I’m sure would have been gone from past experiences but sure enough the car was just as I had left it, everything intact and nothing missing. I can’t speak for the whole crew there but the tow truck driver that towed my car, the woman on the phone and the man in the office really made this experience I was dreading into something not bad at all. I would recommend them to anyone for any towing or related needs.
Mom was shaken up, didn’t think car could start/run. When I got there car was already on cartow. Driver very impatient, next day and $250 later found out car ran just fine. Asked for just a partial refund and was told thanks for reaching out but too bad…
It’s all about how you treat the people putting bread on your table. Sad to see companies that exploit situations that require their services without earning it on a personal basis.
Had an accident and son went to hospital unconscious at scene. Police called Storey. Called to pick up car and was told $216.00. Got there and it was $251.31. They charged a night storage. Ok but never said it was another$15.00 for registration verification. We had a copy of the registration. Not sure where the $.31 came from. They also never said cash only exact because they don’t make change. Said if I used a card, they would add another 3.5% on. I told him all of that should have been explained when we called. He was rude and never answered. Had to make yet another trip with exact change to the penny. I laid it out on the counter and he told me to get outside &was done with me. Son asked how much to tow it 3 buildings down to the repair shop. $194.00. Ridiculous and poor customer service. Horrible experience after an accident that was no even our fault. We were hit by someone else.
