So thankful for David! I was trying to get back to Walmart after a botched oil change and had to pull over immediately when the oil light turned on. I didn't know until after he arrived that it was his day off, but he was so quick to respond and even brought us back home after dropping the van back at Walmart. Really wonderful guy and very deserving of this 5 star review. I would recommend to anyone!

Swift was too dang fast! I've never seen prompter service. My experience being towed from one shop to another and the 1st shop not being prepared Swifty had to wait to tow missed another tow! Still communicated with me about concerns and worked with me throughout! Contact and communication was immediate! recommend but be ready cuz Swift Recovery prolly be early! That's how fast they are!

I was stranded on the side of the road. I called and within 15 minutes my vehicle was located and picked up, towed to my house. The driver was very respectful and knowledgeable. He even helped me push my car into driveway. Would definitely use them again. Thanks.
Threatened to sue me after curbing my wheels pulling it onto the tow truck. Also drove off in a very obscene manner. Treated me very unprofessionally and easily couldve refused the tow from the start instead of damaging my wheels and then refusing the tow after. I dont recommend them for anyone with a vehicle that has anything aftermarket. If you have a prius then your golden

Im 19 years old I could care less how you feel thats your companies fault for not knowing we told the tow company over the phone and it didnt go into the notes thats not my problem you damaged $1600 wheels am i supposed to be smiling? No. You started cussing me out the second i said something tried lecturing me about my truck as if you were a police officer and threatened to sue me. You think youre better than everyone because you own this little company and you really arent. And by the way your the one that said my truck would fit on your flatbed when i specifically told you to take the rails off but you were too lazy to do so and in fact you complained as soon as i mentioned having to do any work other than pulling it straight onto the bed. YOURE LAZY. Stay upset that a 19 year old made you feel disrespected over a few words. Freedom of speech maybe they didnt have that in 1955. Oh and to add you damaged my wheels prior to asking about signing a waiver that lets you damage my wheels. that makes no sense and you honestly should be the one paying money right now. But based off your raggedy equipment and missing rails on the right rear side id bet you cant afford my new wheel. Also if this helps anyones case 918 wrecker service came out in 20 minutes had my truck loaded up with no issues no words exchanged and an easy transaction if that shows you the difference between this wrecker service and the one that will treat you 100x better. I will never recommend you to anyone.
My family was on a cross-country road trip from LA to Florida for a military PCS when our car broke down in Tulsa. Two separate roadside assistance apps estimated over 2 hours for pickup so I called Swift Recovery. David picked up my family from a shaded spot down the road in less than 20 minutes. The dealership wanted to keep the car for two weeks before they could look at it, so David called ahead to a local shop for drop-off and they had our car fixed and ready the next day. He even took me and my family home after we dropped off our car at the shop! David turned our emergency into a minor inconvenience, and we made it to Florida safe and sound all thanks to Swift Recovery. We appreciate you so much!

Pulling into a privately owned gated community and they almost hit me. I understand people should pay their car payments but when you tell them to drive more carefully and that I had kids in the car. And his response was. “Lady I’m trying to help a paying customer. Call someone who cares.” Shows how professional they are. 10/10 would never use them.
Some jerk had my car towed from in front of my house to Allied impound yard and when I went to get it the battery was dead so I had to have it towed back to my place. Called several other tow services and they either didn't pick up or told me they would call back. Swift Recovery answered right away and gave a good and fair price. They are quick and very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone!
They towed my daughters car to the car repair shop and dropped the keys off without telling the repair shop who it belonged to. Also they left it the employee parking lot at the car repair shop on another side of the building where it was difficult to find. I then tried to call them to pay them the next day and left a message and they never returned the call. 2 weeks later they showed up my daughters work demanding payment. Very unprofessional with how this was handled.

David Ryon was very professional, told me what time he was going to be there to pick up and drop off our truck and was right on time. And did and amazing job and he was very friendly. Would definitely recommend this company and will be using him again if we need a tow.
I had to have my truck moved from the street to my driveway. Swift came out within 15 minutes of my call to move it for me. He was very professional and I was extremely impressed with his skill (my driveway is pretty steep) If you are in need of roadside assistance I would HIGHLY recommend his service! 11 out of 10! My husband and I were hauling our pontoon boat from the lake back to Tulsa when we experienced a tire blowout on the boat trailer. We were on the Muskogee turnpike. With the help of our State Farm insurance agent, we finally found someone who was willing to come out ASAP and that someone was David with Swift Recovery and Towing. He arrived within 15 minutes and everyone else quoted 3 hours or longer. He removed the tire and headed to Tulsa with phone in hand trying to find a replacement tire. He was back within 45 minutes and quickly mounted the tire and we were on our way. He was an angel in our eyes: fast, professional and courteous!!!
We are from out of state and we broke down on a turnpike headed to Tulsa. I typed towing near me and Swift popped up first. I called and David was very friendly and got to us within 30 min. He took us to a wonderful mechanic . David went above and beyond what was expected of him and was so friendly and professional. Well, unfortunately for us we had our car advertised for sale on an empty lot in B.A. and the owners had it towed. HOWEVER, if you ever want someone to impound your car, this is the place!!! HAHA! Such a great guy, helpful, and totally understanding. If we ever need towing services we will definitely use Swift Recovery! Thanks!!
Needed a tow from a car shop to my Hyundai dealership today. David answered on the second or third ring, helped me by mentioning it would be cheaper to tow the car to a closer dealership, and gave me a great quote. He was on his way to the car shop not even 15 minutes later, picked up my car, and dropped it off to the dealership all within an hour or hour and a half at most. Best of all, I didn't even have to be there for him to do any of that! Great service all around. A big thank you to David with Swift Recovery Towing!
Called swift and told him what i needed and when, david was there lightning fast! David had my ranger loaded up and ready to go in 5 minutes, like a boss ! The shop i had the truck taken to called 20 minutes later letting me know it was there. Price was spot on and service was grade A !

Today my car broke down and I had no idea where to turn. The guy that works here was extremely nice and helpful. He helped me with finding a shop to take my car to and also was fast on getting to me. I would recommend this tow company to everyone. He is very reasonable on the price.
