Swift Recovery Towing JunkYard in Broken Arrow (OK)

Called to get a tow. He never showed up to get the car or bother to call saying he could not get it.

Some jerk had my car towed from in front of my house to Allied impound yard and when I went to get it the battery was dead so I had to have it towed back to my place. Called several other tow services and they either didn't pick up or told me they would call back. Swift Recovery answered right away and gave a good and fair price. They are quick and very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone!

I had to get my car towed to and from a dealership last week and I chose Swift. I'll never use anyone else from here on out. So organized and compassionate, which is badly needed when dealing with auto stresses. I can't say enough good things about this company!!!

We are from out of state and we broke down on a turnpike headed to Tulsa. I typed towing near me and Swift popped up first. I called and David was very friendly and got to us within 30 min. He took us to a wonderful mechanic . David went above and beyond what was expected of him and was so friendly and professional. Seemed like a god fearing friendly professional and kind hearted gentlemen. I would highly recommend him and I will forever use this company and David for future car problems

I had to have my truck moved from the street to my driveway. Swift came out within 15 minutes of my call to move it for me. He was very professional and I was extremely impressed with his skill (my driveway is pretty steep) If you are in need of roadside assistance I would HIGHLY recommend his service! 11 out of 10! Pulling into a privately owned gated community and they almost hit me. I understand people should pay their car payments but when you tell them to drive more carefully and that I had kids in the car. And his response was. “Lady I’m trying to help a paying customer. Call someone who cares.” Shows how professional they are. 10/10 would never use them.

If you are ever stranded on the side of the road, this is the type of company I want helping me. Very courteous not only to you but for your vehicle. Best customer service. I would defiantly recommend them. My husband were on the side of the road with our boat. After trying, the wrecker truck was not able to tow us but the owner of Swift didn't just leave us there. He stayed and made sure that we were taken care of. We are very grateful to him and his kindness.

David Ryon was very professional, told me what time he was going to be there to pick up and drop off our truck and was right on time. And did and amazing job and he was very friendly. Would definitely recommend this company and will be using him again if we need a tow.

My husband and I were hauling our pontoon boat from the lake back to Tulsa when we experienced a tire blowout on the boat trailer. We were on the Muskogee turnpike. With the help of our State Farm insurance agent, we finally found someone who was willing to come out ASAP and that someone was David with Swift Recovery and Towing. He arrived within 15 minutes and everyone else quoted 3 hours or longer. He removed the tire and headed to Tulsa with phone in hand trying to find a replacement tire. He was back within 45 minutes and quickly mounted the tire and we were on our way. He was an angel in our eyes: fast, professional and courteous!!!

Needed a tow from a car shop to my Hyundai dealership today. David answered on the second or third ring, helped me by mentioning it would be cheaper to tow the car to a closer dealership, and gave me a great quote. He was on his way to the car shop not even 15 minutes later, picked up my car, and dropped it off to the dealership all within an hour or hour and a half at most. Best of all, I didn't even have to be there for him to do any of that! Great service all around. A big thank you to David with Swift Recovery Towing!

Excellent, fast and friendly service! I called him, he was there with my daughter and her wrecked car within five minutes, had it hauled up on his truck and was waiting with her when I arrived. Super nice guy! I would definitely call him again.

They towed my daughters car to the car repair shop and dropped the keys off without telling the repair shop who it belonged to. Also they left it the employee parking lot at the car repair shop on another side of the building where it was difficult to find. I then tried to call them to pay them the next day and left a message and they never returned the call. 2 weeks later they showed up my daughters work demanding payment. Very unprofessional with how this was handled. Amendment to my first review: both Subaru and Swift Recovery are terrible at communicating with their customers.

Today my car broke down and I had no idea where to turn. The guy that works here was extremely nice and helpful. He helped me with finding a shop to take my car to and also was fast on getting to me. I would recommend this tow company to everyone. He is very reasonable on the price.

Well, unfortunately for us we had our car advertised for sale on an empty lot in B.A. and the owners had it towed. HOWEVER, if you ever want someone to impound your car, this is the place!!! HAHA! Such a great guy, helpful, and totally understanding. If we ever need towing services we will definitely use Swift Recovery! Thanks!!

Called swift and told him what i needed and when, david was there lightning fast! David had my ranger loaded up and ready to go in 5 minutes, like a boss ! The shop i had the truck taken to called 20 minutes later letting me know it was there. Price was spot on and service was grade A !

Response time was the fastest I've ever seen and the driver was quick, efficient and very professional. Having to have a vehicle towed is never fun, but this company definitely made it a better experience! Would recommend!

Prompt, Professional service! Had me loaded up and delivered to the repair shop in under 30 minutes AND at about half the price of other services! Up to date, clean equipment, nothing but good things to say about Swift Recovery. If they had brought me a cookie to eat while I waited for loading it would have been 5 stars, I never give 5 stars without a cookie.

Nobody likes to call a wrecker, its always when something bad just happened, and all the unknowns, how i'm getting me and my car to where it needs to be, I wasn't expecting this expense right after Christmas. Don't Worry = David with swift is here! I swear this guy must be the brother of Super Man. We recently needed towing and repair service for our son's truck. We live out of state which made it difficult to organize this process. New Years Eve, 10:30 at night and I'm on the BA. Thankfully my mechanic gave me Swifts number and said "put this in your phone, you never know", what a nice guy, didn't make me feel anything but glad I called him. I recommend this company wholeheartedly,

***FRAUD ALERT*** We hired this company to repo a car for us. The owner stated he wanted to buy the car from us after he repossessed it. We agreed to sell it to him however he never sent us any money. Every day was a new excuse about why he couldn't send the money and this lasted for weeks until we discovered he is a con artist so we decided to just get the car picked up as he clearly had no intention of paying us any money. We requested the car back and went to his facility to pay for the car and pick it up but every time we have sent someone to his facility he is closed. When we reached him by phone he said he will not release the car and it is now his due to storage fees owed but yet he has never once allowed us to pick it up. We have filed a lawsuit here in Texas against them to get the car back. Stay far away!

He was super fast for pickup and was able to get us home quickly. Honest and fast, everything you want/need in a time of trouble.
