  My GMC terrain got stuck in a muddy field after an event. I had my 2 small children with me. As a parent, not a good place to be at dinner time. Darren was super kind and helpful. We had someone there to pull us out in less than the time promised. I’m super grateful we got out of there quickly and smoothly!

  Great service and fair price. Driver (Tyler) got to me in ~40mins during peak hours and was great company during the drive to the service shop. He was even super cautious about a low-hanging front panel on my car that was catching on the ground while rolling out of the truck. Really wish I could've tipped him. Definitely my new go-to towing company.

  After waiting 4 hours for roadside assistance. Darren was patient with me, kind, and friendly when I called to tell him my situation. He was truthful when he said it would be about 20 minutes. Brandon arrived and was so nice and friendly. Carefully loaded my vehicle on trailer. I got to sit in a clean cab with air conditioning to the collision repair shop.

  I called needing my truck towed. They got there within 15 minutes (I wasn't too far from their offices.) The gentleman that got there and hooked up my truck explained everything to me as he was doing it. Super knowledgeable. When I was talking to the owner on the phone to take my payment. He told me that this was that drivers 2nd day and he did great. Edit: grammar

  Highly recommended I had a gentleman come out and got my Audi on the truck with no damage my car was locked so it couldn’t go in neutral he made the job look easy even though ik it was a bit difficult. He gave me a ride to the dealership after we dropped the car off at the repair shop I’m beyond thankful for this company and their great service I will be using them for all my towing needs !

  Super nice and professional. They were able to pick my car up right away. I also thought I had misplaced my keys to my Jetta and they were more then willing to help me out and set me up with their key guy for a lower price then I was originally quoted at the dealership. Highly recommend these guys and will be using them in the future.

  I was stranded at a client's house after high centering my truck in the ditch. The dispatcher had someone there in 30 minutes and they worked VERY hard to make sure my car was back on the road without damage. They are amazing and I will recommend to everyone!

  Absolutely stellar customer service, Clay helped me out and made sure my needs were met perfectly. I have a Camaro which is pretty low to the ground and he made sure I didn’t scrape, was attentive to all his responses; and was absolutely THE best experience I’ve had with a tow truck driver. Honestly wouldn’t mind grabbing a beer with the guy. 100/10

Clay was very professional and come right out answering every question I had and also gave me some information on how to receive a key without spending a lot more money.   I recently needed my car towed as it was totaled. I called these folks and within the hour someone picked up my car and delivered it to my house. These guys don’t play! Super fast, reasonably priced, efficient and incredibly friendly. If I ever need a tow again in the future, I’ll definitely be going with these folks. Highly recommend!!!

  I was stuck in the mud, AAA was taking forever. Tuff Truck Towing are great people that respond quickly and professionally. Prices are fair and reasonable. They got me out of the mud and I was able to get back to work. Honestly I very thankful for this company if it weren’t for them my day would have been to ruined. I would highly recommend this towing company any day.
