Great service and fair price. Driver (Tyler) got to me in ~40mins during peak hours and was great company during the drive to the service shop. He was even super cautious about a low-hanging front panel on my car that was catching on the ground while rolling out of the truck. Really wish I could've tipped him. Definitely my new go-to towing company.

After waiting 4 hours for roadside assistance. Darren was patient with me, kind, and friendly when I called to tell him my situation. He was truthful when he said it would be about 20 minutes. Brandon arrived and was so nice and friendly. Carefully loaded my vehicle on trailer. I got to sit in a clean cab with air conditioning to the collision repair shop.

Might be a little grumpy but all in all good ol’Boy. His tow driver was nice but didn’t know the rates which would affected my decision to tow the vehicle 3 mile tow during normal business hours less than 48 hour in yard cost over 300$ which is a bit steep in comparison they didn’t offer change either and damaged the car costing me two days to deal with the damages from the driver accidentally hooking to the tie rods thanks for taking care of it. Mistakes happen and at the end of it all what matters is we could work it out .. I’d offer a suggestion humbly that your drivers know the rates and the actual rates match the quote you provided which was 75$ hookup and 25 a day so I wonder why the amount cost 320. Normally there’s an itemized receipt showing the cost but the office wouldn’t provide one. Thanks for referring me to an honest shop so I give 5 stars hoping we can resolve the overcharge delima

My ex had my car towed here from his driveway two miles away. They had it for less than 24 hours and wanted $343. The following day I came to get it they charged me $307. They only accept cash and provide NO change so I had to GIVE THEM a free $13. Would not give me an itemized receipt and the receipt they gave me says I paid $306.66 in cash instead of $320. If you call and ask though they claim their towing fee is $75 plus a $25 a day fee. Sounds like they just pull numbers out of their bums. Lady wouldn’t take $7 off either. So I had to give them the extra $13. Happy holidays. They messed up my car alignment so bad I have to steer left in order to drive straight.SEEMED Sketchy and scammy. :update, even though my car was messed up when I told my bf he called the Google number for the shop and expressed the alignment situation to someone other than the office folk I dealt with picking up my car. Bf said the guy on the phone seemed offended by the claim of the alignment issue however the guy I’m assuming the owner by now, told my Bf send to shamrock auto (BA LOCATION) and see Kirk and get it assessed … bf took to shamrock the following day and tipped them for bumping it to check it out found out they DID 🪝 TO THE TIE RODS AND THATS WHY THE CAR WAS PULLING HARD TO THE RIGHT. And that they noticed an imbalance in the rear tires and were going to take care of that and have the car back BUT NEEDS TO COME BACK TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE REPLACING THE TIE ROD. Not a big deal just that it cost my bf all morning picking up my car bringing it to shamrock ☘️ ❤️ and Kirk was great from the start so I APPRECIATE THE OWNER Referring ME TO AN HONEST LOCAL BUSINESS WHICH IS WHY IM RAISING MY STAR LEVEL . Kirk told my bf HE needed to bring my car back after Thanksgiving first thing to getter done quick in consideration of my bf time having to bring it back again. The owner of tuff insured my bf they would take responsiblility for damages if they were responsible for damages. Again grateful for that. However I only grant ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ all the staff were either dishonest or snooty and they still owe me 13$ whatever cars fixed now at owners expense. Thank you for taking accountability. I appreciate it keep the 13$ and nicely ask your lady staff to be more keep a lil change if you only accept cash. Thank you 🙏🏻

Highly recommended I had a gentleman come out and got my Audi on the truck with no damage my car was locked so it couldn’t go in neutral he made the job look easy even though ik it was a bit difficult. He gave me a ride to the dealership after we dropped the car off at the repair shop I’m beyond thankful for this company and their great service I will be using them for all my towing needs !

Super nice and professional. They were able to pick my car up right away. I also thought I had misplaced my keys to my Jetta and they were more then willing to help me out and set me up with their key guy for a lower price then I was originally quoted at the dealership. Highly recommend these guys and will be using them in the future.

These guys are amazing! Morgan towing left me waiting for almost 3 hours, I called Tuff and the wonderful man called his guy Eric right then and sent him my way to get my truck and get me home. They had me loaded and on my way in less than 10 minutes and got it done cheaper than Morgan. I will definitely use Tuff if I need a tow in the future! Highly recommend! Their guy Eric was awesome and super friendly!

I cannot thank Tuff Truck Towing enough. I decided to follow a bunch of vehicles into a high grass field last night to park at the BA graduation. Myself, as well as others got stuck in a muddy mess. I called and they showed up super fast to help. When I left the graduation hours later, I noticed he was still there helping others get out. I cannot thank them enough. Hunter set up my tow and was so polite and helpful!!! Literally within MINUTES OF MY CONVERSATION, Hunter had already given me how much my fee would be and a possible wait time. I go to the ATM to get cash. BY THE TIME I GET BACK, I was 5 minutes away, Eric was already there and waiting on me. I thought this experience was going to take HOURS. I didn't mind waiting, I was calling on such short notice, but they handled me with care, patience and overall very FRIENDLY PEOPLE. Eric was my tow driver and he was freaking quick as all get out and super informative. I'm a curious cat so I ask tons of questions and he had no problems answering. ALSO HE HAS A CUTE DOG NAMED JACK! So please give Jack a pet if he'll let you, he's a great dog. Overall, 10/10, would recommend if you need towing.

The gentleman that got there and hooked up my truck explained everything to me as he was doing it. Super knowledgeable. When I was talking to the owner on the phone to take my payment. I have a Camaro which is pretty low to the ground and he made sure I didn’t scrape, was attentive to all his responses; and was absolutely THE best experience I’ve had with a tow truck driver. Company was friendly, timely, and did a good job with the tow. I emailed them and I was called back within 24 hours. The person on the phone was very friendly. We discussed the cost of the tow and what time the driver would arrive. He told me the driver would arrive about 9:30am and he arrived around 10:00am. When it came time to pay, he asked if i was paying with cash or card. I told him I was paying with my debit card and he informed me there was a service fee to use the debit card. The driver secured and towed my truck without any issues. I have never paid for a tow before. I did not shop around for prices, but the price seemed high for a short tow. I also wasn't aware of a fee to pay with my debit card until the driver arrived. Having said that, Tuff Truck Towing did a great job and I would use them again if needed.

Clay was very professional and come right out answering every question I had and also gave me some information on how to receive a key without spending a lot more money. Darren was super nice and very helpful in a situation my roommate and I had with a car that got towed from a lot. Apparently the business that called to have it towed from was very rude to him and their other coworkers that came to pick it up. He offered to tow the car for cheap after we paid the impound costs since we were no longer going to be able to afford to fix her. Grade S/A+ service. Would highly recommend working with in the future!

Tuff Truck towing flatbed my 84 300zx from Atoka back to Broken Arrow. They responded immediately even calling the business location where my vehicle was at to make sure it was there and not damaged then the driver came to my house first to pick up the key then contacted me as soon as he dropped it off at the shop that I requested. Highly recommend them and would definitely use them again if needed.

Very professional, great price, and super impressed by Hunters skills! The company I work for has a broke down limo, after many turn downs or outrageous price quotes I came across Tuff Truck Towing. Not only were they able to help me out the same day they gave me an amazing deal. Hunter got the limo around some pretty tight areas I was highly impressed!! I recently needed my car towed as it was totaled. I called these folks and within the hour someone picked up my car and delivered it to my house. These guys don’t play! I was stuck in the mud, AAA was taking forever. Tuff Truck Towing are great people that respond quickly and professionally. Prices are fair and reasonable. They got me out of the mud and I was able to get back to work. Honestly I very thankful for this company if it weren’t for them my day would have been to ruined.
