This place is a complete rip off .I have never been treated like this In my entire life These people have no shame Mother teaches her children To take advantage of people .Makes me sick. There is plenty other places real businesses why would anybody in the right mind would ever go There again.
Save your time don't go there...made a appointment ... still didn't get in. Wasted my time....I think he opens when he wants to vs posted times...not professional at all...no posted name of company on gate...has two Google accounts...just save your time..go else where
They need to update their Google listing. Says they're open on Saturday til 5! Definitely not open after driving from Claremore at 3pm... I'll just wait and take my business somewhere closer on Monday.
Needed to get rid of an older car, and wanted to use someone local to Broken Arrow. Buddy is just "too busy" to deal with my little business that isn't worth his time. Tried to schedule a time for them to pick it up, and was told to call him back over 3 different days. He "can't schedule that more than a few days ahead". Eventually I just called Frailey's Recycling. 1 call, got it scheduled and removed within a couple days. Just an unneeded hassle All Retired Metals was. Go Frailey's all the way!
Tried to give me 1/2 the value that others were giving for my Catalytic converters........and even insinuated that they might be stolen.
Was very misleading and not very friendly.
Wants to buy your stuff for almost nothing, when others have me double what he offered.
Called to find out about scrapping car. Was pressed to cut off the catalytic converter and call ASAP set up day to meet because its worth good penny. I got help to get this done call set it up. Had to rush and meet immedietly. So I hurry get there at the time he said. Waited good 15 or more parked where he suggested. Then he TOLD me move to back side of qt. DiD so again. 5 MIN go by while waiting for buddy get out the truck with my title and ID. I notice undercover pull behind the trees watching us along with a BA cop pulls on the other side. Fine by me i have all legal parts and information. Then Buddy starts backing up. I ask what's going on. I get a hold on finger. Couple mins go by he precedes to back up to leave he gets on the phone completely ignoring me and our plans.
I yelled WTH what's going on?! Nothing but that hold on finger so I said nevermind.
He screamed out loud enough for parking lot to here to kiss his BUTT as he sped off!
Honestly seems like a sting to catch people stealing parts and scraping or he is straight up Shady scum.
Was waste my time gas and extremely disrespectful! Especially coming from a business owner!.
I Do not like bashing people or business but this was disrespectful and needs be know how he does business.
Best prices around. They beat out all other scrap buyers. Professional and friendly. Go the extra step in customer service and meet you where you are at to pick up your scrap metal. #1 in my book!
