My SUV quit on me while out running errands. The tow truck driver showed up on time, was kind, professional and quickly got my Sequoia loaded and hauled me back to the house as requested. His truck interior was clean and well maintained. Price was totally within reason. I didn’t shop around that much, but I’m sure I could have easily spent double if I called the wrong place. 100% earned my business moving forward.

Where everyone else was quoting 350-450$ for a 23 mile tow he was about 50% lower' not taking advantage of you and your situation. Thanks again Mike for getting our baby home safe!
Vern with Fausett Wrecker came over to my residence within 15 minutes. Unlocked my car and then jumped my car. It took him less than 15 minutes and he was done. Had all of the professional tools needed. Vern is a really nice guy who treated me right. A true professional who is very knowledgeable and skillful. Charged me a fair and reasonable price. Faussett is literally the only place to call if you are in need for a tow truck and in a very timely manner. Very punctual! Very respectful! I will not use anyone else as long as they are around. And let me elaborate on very timely.... He said give him THIRTY minutes. I think I even giggled at the thought of that actually being the case ... No, the man was serious and I think after he got there loaded it and unloaded and got paid was a matter of 45 minutes. Thank you Faussett!!
I wish I got the name of the man that came out and helped us, but he was so nice. We were expecting to have our car towed to a shop since we knew it needed some work done, but didn't think it was the battery. The man said he could try to jump it and wouldn't charge us. Luckily it started and we were able to get it to an O'Reilly's to get a new battery. I would recommend this company 100%. Even if we had to get it towed, I appreciated the kindness from the driver. Vern was early on the pick up, and better than reasonable on local transport charge. If you live in BIXBY, Leonard, South Tulsa, Jenks, Glenpool I would use their service every time I had a need!
These guys are awesome! We had one of our hydroseeding rigs get stuck on a Friday evening on the tail end of a job! We called Fausett for help pulling us out, and they were there in 30 min with 2 trucks and pulled us right out. They saved us a ton of money not to mention their charge was beyond reasonable! 5stars!
Great experience!! Daughter's car broke down around 71st and Harvard and they came and helped out all the way from Bixby. The driver was very courteous and towed it back to our house for a fraction of what I was expecting. I'd highly recommend them!

They were very timely and professional throughout the process and really came through for me when my car was locked in park after an accident. Two prior company would not help me out due to the car being all wheel drive and unable to get it out of park. These guys saved the day!
