I just ordered 2 cylinder heads a few minutes ago and if the parts are anywhere close to the quality of the customer service I received on the phone, then I am in great shape. One word says it all, outstanding. I live in Tulsa and it's nice to know my money went to my Oklahoma friends.
Have never met such a rude and un professional tow truck driver to date. Lady on the phone in the office amazing! Driver should get lessons from her on customer service.
I live in Arkansas & Bryan came to pick up an old car I had sitting in my back yard. He was extremely professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. He had no problem getting my car onto the flatbed of his truck. He chained it up, pulled it around a light pole in the middle of my yard, & almost had it loaded before I came back out w/ the title for him. I would definitely call them if I was stranded somewhere and needed a tow based on how he treated my junk car. Even more so because of the obvious skillset the operator displayed while on site. A+. Great job Bryan & assistant. My lawnmower man is going to be so HAPPY!
***almost forgot*** could’ve been here between 8am & noon. Arrived at 8:02 and said they would’ve been earlier had they not worked a truck wreck since 4am. Customer service was beyond… so thanks again!
Pretty awesome place. The girls in the office are friendly and welcoming, and there yard guy was way more helpful than most people in a similar profession. My stop here was very pleasant and greatly $ saving. I highly recommend this yard.

Crooks!!! When I wrecked my truck I had my 4 wheeler in the back of it and it flew out so they used a second flatbed tow truck and charged me the same price as the tow for my truck!!!! Then charged me an extra $75 for picking it up after 6:00 pm! So ppl that don't get off work till late are just screwed!!!
These guys are fantastic! They went above and beyond for me and my family of 3 when our car broke down. The tow truck could only seat one so they offered to drive us up in an employee's personal car. Very friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend Hog Creek to anyone in need of a quality and ethical towing company.
Horrible experience went to buy a grill for my truck and it was completely broke in more than one place and they would not refund money they told me "It wasnt broke when you picked it up" and it obviously was
Will NEVER get anything from them again. Sold us a bad part, and we never even made it to our car before we realised it was bad, and they refused to refund us. They said it was a good part when the gave it to us, the two minutes before we came back in!! Said we must have broke it!! Even threatened to call the cops if we didn't leave the property because we demanded a refund. Despicable people, obviously don't care if they can keep buisness, only care about a buck.
BE CAREFUL STAY AWAY FROM Hog Creek Salvage. He is a recist and thief who extorted us $200 without doing anything. Extortion and fraud are his expertise. He hates immigrants truckers, and he targets people who have an accent when he finds out your accent or you are not a white person when he shows up then he starts a making trouble. STAY AWAY FROM HIM BE CAREFUL !!!!!!.
