Had my car towed here after a wreck and when I went to get my belongings from the vehicle the guy at the front desk was extremely unprofessional and had given my car to insurance without permission from the owner. When I received my belongings multiple items were missing or broken. Would not recommend this company. If 0 stars was an option I would have rated them 0.
Bought several vehicles from them in last 4 or 5 years, they always done right to us, helped us, and willing to work with u if u be honest with them. We always been honest to them. Great people, understanding people, they treat u like ur family. Would recommend this place to anyone. And have refered a lot people to the m. I trust noone elese.i go to them for all our vehicle needs.
I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Town and Country Auto. The vehicle I purchased already had issues at the time of sale, and instead of addressing those problems beforehand, they expected me to continue making payments while the issues went unresolved. Their prices also felt unreasonably high considering the condition of the vehicle. I’m honestly lucky I didn’t end up stranded, though it felt pretty close to happening. Thankfully, I just returned the vehicle. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I absolutely would.
I needed to get my tire patched on my driver side rear on my truck, and when I got there, the owner or manager sent me to Junior. He hade me back my truck up, and he took the tire of. Then he proceeded to dismount my tire, and he used the machine to dismount the tire from the rim . He didn't air out the tire and remove the coil from the tire, and try to dismount it. Then he sat it on the ground over a rug and broke the bead of the rim to take it off. Then he decides to take a spoon bar & a tubeless bar. You only use the spoon bar and a tubeless bar to dismount a semi tire. When he got the rim off the tire, I noticed scratches on the aluminum rim. If you're new to tire mechanics, don't ever scratch the rim because of how you can get fired & and a lawsuit against the company. I've done tractor tires, Semi tires, & cars and pickup truck tires. That's not how you do it. A suggestion to Town and country. Fire Junior or expect to loose customers.
I stopped in on 3 occasions.
1st time...2017'- I was actually towed in as I had a flat @ doc's office. I was a newbie in town. The service then was excellent! (Especially the tow truck driver, via roadside assistance, who definitely went above & beyond. Perk!)
Second time...2018'-I was in need of a spare tire on 2nd vehicle. Course since I had such an excellent experience the 1st time, I thought I'd return. It's what we do, yes? It was approximately 11am. Well, this time a different dude was there. He was perched on his chair, in the garage eating.This clown ignored me for 8 minutes! He saw me standing there, but that was it. A customer pulled in less than a minute after I did & went straight toward the back. The dude got up from his chair & followed him back & assisted him. That was cool. I was patient. Less than 4 mins later, customer left & dude returned to his chair. He glanced at me as I stood there wondering if I was invisible. He just sat there eating....when he finally got off his chair to assist me, he acted like I was bothering him...as though to say "how dare you interrupt my meal". I was still very kind to him while he was just.....rude!
Third (and final) time...2018'- My mom actually purchased her Buick from them a few years prior & I had a couple questions about some electrical issues on it. Since I'm not electrically inclined....(and not rich) I went to them for advice & a quote for repair. That mechanic took 11+ minutes just to make his initial appearance with me!!! When I explained what the wipers & the inside lights were & were not doing, he flat out told me it would be $85.00 JUST TO LOOK AT IT! I was shocked, but held my composure & calmly asked him "Ok, well if I hired you to make the repair(s), could/would the $85 be applied toward the total bill?" He replied with... "Uh, NO.".....Iike I had lost my mind or something. And with that, I picked up my jaw from the ground, thanked him, and left.
Major RUDE!
Needless to say, I have not returned.
The girl in the front office was always pleasant though.
They are very pleasant. Helped us during a difficult time. My husband's accident was hard on us both. They were kind and helpful. Thanks for everything.
We have bought several vehicles here. I have always been beyond pleased. I can not say enough good things about Jeff Sisco and his team. They have always been honest with us if we need something repaired it's done without a lot of fuss.
Man what a great bunch of people to deal with. We had a service truck break down in Wewoka and they towed it back to Okc for us. From the first to the last person we talked to as well as the driver were all very friendly and professional and charged what I feel like was a very reasonable rate. It was 4:30 in the afternoon when we called and the driver was there quick and got the job done. Thanks so much for all your help, it was greatly appreciated!!!
Ended up buying a car.....a 2001 Dodge Durango R/T.....so far my experience has been awesome. the car salesman was cool, great sense of humor and very patient...lol ill include pics of car....
My grandpa got a 2005 Dodge Dakota from them when he got it they knew the transmission was going out but didn't tell him nothing about it and when he called and told them they wouldn't fix it he said he will never get another vehicle from them again
Absolutely love the great deals and friendly atmosphere! Employees were very helpful and willing to work with me, and even helped me come up with different ideas for projects I'm working on. Will recommend to friends. Hands down I will return over and over. ONE LOVE
The staff is very nice and they try to meet your automobile needs and they can , will help you out with your lawn mower , weed eater and tree trimming needs.
Lots of mixed reviews here,in my opinion I am a woman car shopping, I was treated fair. Looked at a few cars,decided on one. I'd recommend if you're shopping for a used car,check them out. I have not great credit and got what I could afford with a reasonable down payment and monthly fee until paid for.
Worst Place Ever!! This place came recommended by some family that has done business with them before. I went the salesman lied to us about the car on the fuel mileage, the cost to fix the seat, and to top it off when I called and asked if there was any problems with the battery or car Roy said to bring it down and they would fix it. Come to find out more wrong with the car. I cancelled the deal with my bank and they had the car in their position and Roy refused to give me back the bank draft even though they had the car!!! LEMON LEMON LEMON....will never buy from them and will tell everyone how they do shady business!!!!
I have been doing business with Town & Country for many yrs now, NO MORE!!! I'm a single mom with 3 kids. Saturday they sold me a LEMON! Took it back Monday only for them to tell me that they couldn't fix, didn't keep their word. LIAR LIAR PANTS ON FIRE!!!
Came at 8pm on a rainy Wednesday night to get us in the middle of nowhere on I-40. The driver drove us to Oklahoma City to a dealership and then to our hotel a mile away. Excellent service and very professional. My standards set high for wrecker services going forward.
