This place will take your money and not give you anything! I paid 2,900 for a motor that they supposedly have and never called me to keep me updated on so people beware
I got a motor by them guy keeps saying it's komeing from another state and told me to kall bck in a couple of days so I did den he saying the ppl she got it from as it just waiting to be shipped buh that took like a month den kalled again saying sum other shit buh when I paid for it I ask the first time if he had one den he said yes den after I paid it off that's when he start to make up sum shit I ask for my money bck never got it bck he said he will pay it bck buh never did I actually thought diz place waz sum good buh nahhh

wouldn't do business with a horrible shady company like this that scams people into buying bad parts that they messed up and won't work and then won't make good when confronted about it . And will tell you they got rid of their 30 day policy last month so BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!
Scam would be 0 stars if I could would not recommend to anyone was sold a cracked head the person pulling it scared the flat part of the head up and cut timing bolts and they won't do anything to help but tell me buy another one worse salvage I've ever experienced
Called all over, looked on line, couldn't find what I needed. Found this awesome place, and not only did they have it, They went out and got the part off the car for me! I was so thankful, and they were so accommodating!
Terrible customer service. Worst salvage place in Tulsa. Went to them cause it was close but I will be going across town from now on. Prices are better at other scrap yards anyway
Called to check ON a part & then went to pick iT up right BEFORE they closedthey pulled iT QUICKLY & I was back on the road in no TIMEGREAT service & price WAS affordable TOO

I called about the part that I was needing and they did not have it in stock however they saved me a lot of time and leg work because they found the part I was needing at another Salvage I will definitely use Poeboys for future needs
Wow what a dissatisfied customer horrible - was told one price for a AC compressor than when I got there to pre pay I was told another price … I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE STICK WITH WHAT YOU OFFER ON THE PRICE !!!! Horrible service

Bought a part for pickup. Shipped it to my parents house. It would've been alright had I not been on the way out of town to the other side of the country with no time to wait for FedEx. Offered no discount, refund, or anything helpful frankly. PoeBoys? More like PoeCustomer Service. Shop Elsewhere, I suggest Midwestern Auto Parts.
I am becoming a regular customer and I'm so glad I found them. The location is a bit of a drive but definitely worth it. Great customer service and communication. Any questions I have had have been answered with ease seeming to enjoy their jobs..very knowledgeable of the inventory and quick response time.
Friendly staff, cheap prices, fast service and a great place to get the used car parts you need. Best thing of all is they pull it for you. Give them a call, tell them what you need and it'll be pulled and ready asap. I won't ever go to a different "pick and pull" again.
I needed a part for my 2011 malibu. I drove all over tulsa just to be told that no one had it. The guys at Poeboys not only took us out to a car, but when we didnt find rhe part they continued looking around the surrounding vehicles and found it in the bed of a truck. That kind of persistance is what this worl needs more of.... Thanks Poeboys!!!!!
Sold me two parts I needed. One was garbage. Wouldn't refund unless I shipped them the part I needed very much with the broken one they sent me. Had to eat the cost because I needed the good part I ordered. Very unprofessional. Resorts to name calling and even accusations of lying instead of taking responsibility.
Please think twice before dealing with these people. If they send you a bad part, the odds are you'll regret ever dealing with them.
Owner is extremely helpful in many ways! I reccomend using Poe Boys over any other salvage in the Tulsa area.

I'm being told today... that the motor is guaranteed to "start" and was checked, but the water pump isn't and none of the things attached to the motor is guaranteed and are recommend to be changed??? None of this was said to me when I bought it. I should have been more careful and read ALL the reviews. I'm seeing NOW that this is a bad place to buy motors. So my recommendation is to go to LKQ or another salvage yard. I'm highly disappointed I had heard such good things but now I'm out the price of the motor and the install.
These guys made a REALLY bad week take a turn a ray of light came (phn ringing) WITH a voice saying they'd TAKE OUT A TRANNY 4 ME.. My husband had spent 3 HELLISH days n Tulsa dealing with ANOTHER place same price except they ended up NOT being able to take out BUT smeone could ck on him every chance.. NEVER.. Just day 1 SOOO IF YA NEED A PART JUST HIT UP POEBOYS AUTO..

literally called every salvage yard around Tulsa looking for a part that no one had. I didn't even want to bother calling this place but I am so happy I did. Called over the phone and the gentleman i spoke to was so nice, he said he didn't have the part but he could order it for me which as great. he was patient with me since to be honest i don't know much about auto parts. And the price was just as good as the service!
Always heard good things about them and decided to use them myself a while back and have yet to be disappointed! They always help me with whatever I'm in need of or looking for with awesome prices!
I have used Poe Boys for years , and will continue to use them as long as they are open for business, I was recently in Phoenix Arizona, and my truck suffered a broken passenger window, I called August to help me out, he found me a local yard, that was cheap, and installed parts...... How is that for customer service........im a customer for life!
I came here a few months back because I needed to get some license plates for an art project. The plates that they gave me were in good condition and reasonably priced. The people there were really helpful, as well. I would definitely recommend this place!
