I had a great experience with Brown & Son’s Towing in Shawnee, Oklahoma. The lady who answered the phone was prompt, professional, and immediately got a truck dispatched to my house for my broken-down vehicle. In a stressful situation, that kind of fast response means a lot.
The tow truck driver, Donald, was extremely personable and helpful throughout the entire process. He walked us through everything, answered our questions, and made sure we understood what was going on. Friendly, informative service with a smile.

I left my car bc I had a blowout on a back road for maybe 4 hours Dixie even admitted on Facebook she got a personal call from a dispatcher about my car and towed my car illegally I was supposed to have 24 hours...on top do that for my car being there less then 24 hours they quoted me $413 I got sick so my dad and husband went to get it and they made them pay $440. This place is known for doing all kinds of illegal stuff has 5 different companies through one building. Do not do business with them unless you want to spend a arm and maybe even a kidney
Brown & Sons Towing has outstanding customer service. My property was in a truck involved in an accident and Brown & Sons Towing was able to securely store my property and provide me pictures of the damages before the moving company could. They were so much help and gave me piece of mind that my property was being taken care of while in their possession. Their staff is very responsive via the phone and offered to help in any way possible. I highly recommend working with Brown & Sons because of their great customer service.

I can’t say enough good things about Brown and Sons Towing and Recovery. My family was stranded in Shawnee, and they went above and beyond to help us out. Not only did they rush to get to us as quickly as possible, but they also made sure my wife had a ride to Shawnee from Norman. The dispatcher was extremely polite and understanding and you couldn't ask for better customer service.
If you’re using AAA, I highly recommend getting your call number and then calling this company directly with it. They’ll handle everything from there and treat you like more than just a number. Their professionalism and compassion turned a stressful situation into something manageable. This is exactly the kind of service you hope for in a tough moment.
We called for a tow at 6:30 pm on a Friday. The lady that answered the phone was so polite and the driver Cody that came to get us was amazing. They made us feel at ease and had it all under control. Not to mention the rates they charge are very reasonable. I would definitely give them a call again if in the same situation. Thanks for the help and amazing service.

AAA assigned them for a lockout request, their poor communication caused us to wait for 3 hours on cold weather with kids and never received a call back from technician. We happen to use another local service and they showed up in 10 mins. They could have just given actual ETA rather than keep holding us saying on the way for hours. At the end they said you are not the only customer, we had to service others around the location after hours of wait .
I was stuck in the sand in my 4x2 all the way to the running boards. It was 102 outside they made it there in less then 40 mins and had me out and on my way. If you need a wrecker CALL THESE GUYS FIRST!
Thank you Brown & Sons for coming to my rescue, after Sooner Towing in McLoud gave me the run around for 4hrs! Sooner Towing kept telling AAA that they were on their way, they Never contacted me, then while I was watching their location it just stopped! So I called AAA to find out that Sooner had just decided that their truck wasn't working anymore, Sooner never contacted me during those 4 Long Hours that I waited! So AAA called Brown & Sons, and Jeremiah called me straight away told me what he was doing and about when he'd be at my location, so impressed with Brown & Sons and very professional. I will always ask AAA for them! And you should too!! Again, Thank you Jeremiah and Brown & Sons!

If I could leave at zero stars I would. I've been waiting almost 2 hours for a truck with no calls to update me from anyone. I've had to call them back twice to see where they were and finally had to call another tow company. They were also going to charge me over $200 to go 12 miles. (They lied and said they were the cheapest around.) Lambs Towing is coming from further away and charging me $150 and will ALWAYS get my business from now on. Look elsewhere if you are stranded!
They deserve more than a 5 star review! I cannot say enough great things about Brown & Sons Towing and Recovery. They are a top notch company that truly cares about your safety and well being. Fast, friendly and respectful. 100% reliable. My son, who lives over an hour away from Shawnee, locked his keys in his car late at night, in an unfamiliar area. Jonathan got to him fast and had him back in his car in no time. They also kept me informed when they were in route and when my son was back in his car. I highly recommend this company. Call them, you will be happy you did.
Chase came over and unlocked a vehicle and took approximately 2 minutes to do. He did an awesome job! Tina Brown was also very helpful! Would recommend them to anyone!
Got the job done quite quickly. After contact my car was hooked up in less than 30 minutes. Thats pretty good considering i was in meeker and he was in shawnee. Thank you Chase for taking care of my son and me
The tow driver named Chase notified me via 2 text messages and phone call to let me know he was on his way. He arrived at my location at the expected time and I was impressed with his kindness and professionalism. It only took him a few minutes to hook up to my vehicle and then be on his way to the repair shop destination. I would definitely recommend him and his towing company to all AAA customers!!!
I needed help getting two rollers hauled off that we no longer had the time to rebuild. Brown & sons was extremely helpful, and they came and got it super quick. The guys that did the towing were really sweet and very helpful. They made this whole experience quick and easy for me which I greatly appreciate. They have great customer service, and quick.
I was broken down on the highway, the lady said 30 minutes arrival time. Drew was there in 20! He was very fast and very friendly. I highly recommend using this company. I have used them several times, and I’m never disappointed.
The best there is son had a flat tire did not know location they found him. Told him it was ok showed he and told him about the tire to put on. Also told him how fast he could go to drive tire.
