Called my insurance to get a tow. They selected Sooner and stated their estimated ti.e was 90 minutes and someone would call with an ETA. Waited in the heat with no call. I called Sooner, the dispatch said someone was on the way but would call me back in 10 minutes. 30 minutes pasted, I called insurance they said they were on the way and should be 10 more minutes. Waited another 30 minutes and called insurance again. They said Sooner had one customer ahead of me and will be another hour and a half. Called All City, the driver called me right back and picked up my car in 20 minutes. Sooner finally called as All City was on the way.
Happy customer!!! quick on time and very helpful. I needed my truck in a tight spot late at night and it wasn't a problem. i will definitely be using sooner towing and recovery from now on!!
Highly recommend! Quick and amazing customer service! The towing equipment and service was top notch! They have fair pricing as well. I am very impressed and thankful, I had a broken down truck that they hauled from Harrah to Wellston with no issues during evening hours!
They are very courteous and helpful. Baylor was friendly and knowledgeable about where the truck needed to be taken and pleasant on the drive there.

These guys are great! Was stuck beside the road with a loaded truck, three passengers and our dog. They were so patient and understanding! They set behind us, for safety sake, while waiting on a larger wrecker... So if you ever need someone to call, when you need help, call Sooner!!! I can't give them enough credit!!! they are great!!!
Wonderful people very friendly and trust worthy as I forgot about my purse being in the car front seat money and gun in the purse and everything was in my purse when they got me my car promptly!
NOT! fast towing service Called AAA at 12:15pm they said 90min, it's now 2:42pm...no call, no show for Cameron. Maybe AAA doesn't pay them enough for them make their calls a priority.
3:18pm Now and all of sudden they don't have a truck working. Why did Cameron say that he was on his way, when CLEARLY he was not. Very unprofessional!
Now AAA has Brown and Son's coming to help me. We should have started with them to begin with...a lot better service! Thank you Brown & Sons! Won't EVER recommend Sooner Towing in McLoud! Don't know why AAA even using Sooner Towing
Update...AAA told me it was Sooner Towing in McLoud, OK.
I used my Triple A service to get a tow, Triple A sent this company out to tow my car. The young man Cameron had no clue what he was doing, he stated that he did not want to put the vehicle on the tow truck because he was afraid that it would fall off the bed of the truck. My keys were in the ignition from Cameron trying to start the car after he was already told that the car does not start nor was he going to be able to push the car out of the driveway due to the wheel axle being damaged. He took my car keys without towing the car and when I called retrieve my keys he lied to triple A and stated he did not take them. Later he brought the keys back and put them in the mailbox.
Prompt, careful driver, reasonable rate. Driver was careful with my car, which I really appreciate, took time to do a good job instead of rushing. Also he called to make sure we got a reasonable tow fee. Stellar service, I highly recommend
Sooner Towing & Recovery received a notification at 9:42 this morning from AAA to pick up my daughter’s car. The notification said the driver would be there no later than 12:30. My young daughter called AAA at 1 o’clock asking for an update, as she was scared, stranded on the side of the road, alone in the middle of nowhere, no food, no water, and no way to protect herself! AAA said they spoke to the driver, and they had gone home for the day. No phone call, no text message, didn’t give my daughter even the courtesy of saying they weren’t coming! I tried calling the company myself however, I guess it’s after hours. You will be hearing from me on Monday as you just pissed off Mama bear!!
Was told they would be there within 90-120min. Called the number and the guy answered said it would probably be 45-70min before they got to me so I made a call and got a ride. Then the drive called me and said well it’s 6:05pm and the dealership closed at 6 so we are just gonna have to leave it there for tonight and get it in the morning and I told them I would rather not do that and that I’ve already contacted the dealership and they gave us instructions. He then proceeded to tell me well they won’t let us deliver it after hours but I can go ahead and deliver it but don’t get mad when they say they can’t find it or loose the keys.
About 45min goes by and ford calls back and said they told us they couldn’t do the job. Just down right ridiculous and a terrible way to treat a customer.
This company completely unprofessional. Waited 3 hours in 35 degree weather. Called and was hung up on by dispatch. Tow truck FINALLY shows and was rude and disrespectful. Looked at my husband and I and acted as if he were getting ready to load car and just DROVE OFF! Leaving us stranded AFTER waiting for them. This is THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.
On a scale from 1 - 10 they are a miserable ZERO.
My advice… save yourself the frustration of a dealing with such a horrendous terrible company.
Update: Called Browns towing and tow truck was there within 20 min. Had us home in no time.

We contacted our insurance for a tow truck. And these people were assigned to us. Quoted time was an hour and a half to 2 Hours. No big deal, well wait. However they never showed up or called to try to find us. My insurance tells me they said they completed the job, but they left us stranded. Very frustrating
We needed a tire service after a blowout on the highway and my AAA dispatched Sooner Wrecker. Billy, the Sooner Wrecker worker, was awesome! He quickly changed our tire, looked over our others, and had us back on the road in no time!
Sooner Wrecker saved me time and a huge headache!! I locked my keys in my car and within minutes of a calling, Sooner Wrecker had someone come out and unlock my car. Billy had my car unlocked in less than 5 minutes, he was friendly and professional. I'd recommend Sooner Wrecker if you need fast and reliable service.
I had a flat tire late at night and Billy was able to come help me very promptly. He made sure to give me his truck description and tell me he would give me a signal it was him pulling over. I appreciated this very much. He and the woman that took the call were very friendly and helpful would definitely use them again or recommend them!
Our truck tire blew out while we were moving across the country and stopped in Oklahoma. It was pretty late into the evening and Billy came out pretty quickly (dispatched through AAA.) We were hauling a horse trailer, stopped in a dirt parking lot, and it was raining; so we definitely were not a fun client to have. I had never changed the spare tire on the truck before, but Billy was able to help find the special "key" to get the tire off and changed. Billy was quick, professional, and friendly. He even checked on us the next day to ensure we were able to get the blown tire repaired before hitting the road. I highly recommend using Sooner Wrecker Service if you're in the area. They made a bad situation very manageable.

Billy the service guy called me and kept me informed on his eta. I was told it was going to be an hr and a half and it was only abt 30 mins. When I arrived he was in the parking lot. Super nice and friendly. Very professional and I really enjoyed his company during a very stressful time. He mad me laugh which I needed considering it was freakin hot and I was tired and aggravated. Contacted AAA to have the battery jumped on my truck. Was quoting 87 minutes for service. Billy was not only there within 30 minutes, but he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. Had my truck jumped in under 5 minutes.

He was here in less than 30 minutes and had my door open in less than 5. Quick service and extremely professional and friendly. If you have the misfortune of locking yourself out of your vehicle, pray Billy is on duty! He turned an irritating inconvenience into a pleasant situation. He called me with his ETA, arrived on time and smiled the entire time. He was very organized and efficient. His equipment was stored neatly in his van and every piece went back to its proper place before he left. I especially appreciate the cheerful conversation while he worked (which did not slow the man down at all). Although he worked very quickly, he didn't make me feel like he was in a rush. He also gave me pertinent information about my vehicle door. Best of all, Billy let me feel useful by allowing me to hold his flashlight! Thank you Billy!
The service from Sooner Wrecker Service was excellent, The driver was named Billy and he came to our house in Choctaw to check the battery on my husbands car and he tested it and found out a new battery was needed and he installed it and that was last week and he came back on Monday Dec 6th because I had a flat ire and he put the temporary dout tire on for me to be able to get to the tire shop! Billy is professional, friendly and has good customer service skills! I and my husband would recommend him we give him a 5 star rating!

I was moving so my truck was full of stuff. Billy was awesome. Me being handicapped, He helped get stuff out so we could get to the spare. He changed the tire pretty quickly and then helped me get everything back in the car and organized. Super helpful and nice. Best roadside assistance I've ever had.
My tire blew heading west on I-40, which was nerve wracking to say the least. After the issue was filed with our insurance I very quickly received a call from Billy confirming my location and then told me he would be there within 30 minutes! Had my daughter and 2 sons waiting on the side of the road for a Triple A call for wrecker service....for almost 4 hours, because AAA dropped the ball and had not contacted the wrecker service as they are to do. Only after 2 hours and another phone call do we actually have the call put in. Then this wrecker does not call my daughter to check in with her....does however drive by them (hood up) at the speed of light, and claims he never made contact. After another call to Triple A...here comes Sooner Wrecker first with a very prompt phone call to check in, and then on the scene for even quicker service. After racing to Mustang, blowing a hose and needing repairs, and then heading to Shawnee where we were.......and STILL showed such awesome professionalism!!!! SOONER YOU HAVE OUR VOTE!
