Amazing service, response time and willingness to ensure everything was taken care of with all parties involved. Extremely professional service that still care about the people involved. Have used them on multiple occasions and they never cease to amaze with their service. Better prices, better service and overall just better people to deal with than your typical tow company. Most other wrecker services add random fees for this and that, Autoworks is upfront with everything and beat any other wrecker service in the state on price and performance. There is no better company to have on your side when something goes wrong!
My truck just shut down across the street from the Loves in Seminole, OK. Called the first roadside company that came up in search. That was a mistake, charged me $500 just to tell me they wouldnt do the repair. Called Auto Works and Jason came out, figured out the real issue, towed the truck and trailer to the shop. Had to wait til morning for parts so "Pops" gave me and my dog a ride to the motel. They installed the new wiring harness and radiator line (Volvo dealer only part) the next morning called me and said Pops would be there to get us within the hour. Price was reasonable. Service was excellent.
Broke down on I-44 in Chandler towing my horse trailer with 2 horses. I called several companies and Auto Works was the only company that would help me. Jason got me and my horses towed to their shop. They even had a large pen my horses could relax in while they replaced my belt and alternator. I got a quote from the dealership and it was $600 more than what Auto Works charged me for the exact same repair. Super nice people! 10 out of 10 recommend!
Auto Works Towing Recovery and Repair LLC gave me one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a service company. They towed my car twice in one day, and during the first drop-off, the driver said there was “no need to get rough with a customer’s car.” That comment made sense later when I found out they bent my tie rod and damaged my steering rack — clear signs of mishandling.
When I called to confront them, the guy admitted there are multiple proper tow points on my car and that he did not have to use the tow hitch — which is exactly what caused the damage. Instead of taking responsibility, they got defensive, rude, and downright nasty over the phone.
If you value your car, stay far away from this company. They don’t care about the vehicles they handle, and they treat customers horribly when they’re called out for their mistakes.
Stay away from this so call tawing and repair company they are really highway robbery, Incase you got towed do not let them take your truck to there shop first of don’t let you sleep on your truck will take you to hotel/ motel from your own expense and they will never come and pick you back to shop you may stay all day or few days and they will not fix your truck right away and they will never give you an estimate on work, they are very greedy they put on my truck 2 bad use tires with Rims plus use hub and seal + tawing 5.6 miles they bill me $4,880.75 after I asked for discount they charge me $4,415.75 please drives stay away from company specially if you’re owner op you are located on I 40 Earlsboro, Ok around mile marker 194
Jesse, the driver, is an absolute life saver! He had to wait almost 30 minutes for my daughter to get the keys to her truck but patiently waited and was able to tow it to me. He was professional and went out of his way with his kindness. I highly recommend this company and Jesse.
Absolute scam of a place. Roughly 20 mile tow and they charge $1650. If you have a choice, which we didn’t know any better- not from here- AVOID this place! My invoice was $3150 and this place just scams those who they know are in a tough spot. Very unethical! Awful awful awful. I hope this saves someone. Guy on phone couldn’t explain anything said they just “estimated” my charges. I will be reporting this to the FTC and more.
They didn't do what they promised. They put their own wheel disk and took ours. They didn't warn me that they don't accept anything except EFS. When I called to find out, they started threatening me with the police very angrily. It's better not to waste time on them.

Auto Works Towing. They came to our aid, as soon as they could and arived sooner than they antecipated. The tow truck operator was very curtious and informative. I would recomend this company to anyone needing help.
The worst shop in America. The only thing they’re good at is robbing drivers. They charged $450 just for a consultation, and when we refused to pay, they blocked the truck’s wheels and said they would charge $300 per day for parking. Don’t even think about going near this shop or using their services.
They are real thieves.
I want to say a Thank you to this company. But I Exspecially want to say Thank you goes out to the tow truck operator that help me tow my 1998 Ford Expedition XLT that was broke down (Alternator and Battery) in Shawnee,OK and towed it to Mustang,OK. The tow truck operator was polite, was very professional and took good care of my truck and me I would highly recommend this Tow Truck operator and this company.
Terrible business. The technician stripped the lug nuts on my daughter's tire when putting on the spare causing us to have to have the studs replaced which costed $500. The owner Eric spoke with my daughter and told her she was stupid and was rude. Then spoke to my husband and was rude and lied. He claims that the spare stripped the lug nuts. Don't let them work on your vehicle because if they mess up they will not take accountability and will not help make it right.
We broke down in Seminole OK at a fuel pump. Dispatch called and Jason was there in no time. Shortly after Don his dad arrived. Jason removed the bad part and went on the hunt. He called in a few and said he would have to go get it tomorrow. Next day got a early phone call he was on his way. Fixed the truck we did a quick safety check and were on our way. 56 miles later a secondary part went out which had caused the problem. I called Jason and he came ASAP and towed us back to the yard. Don he dad came and carried us and our dog to a hotel near by. Jason ordered the part and fixed the truck monday morning. Don picked us back up and carried us to the shop. If you break down anywhere in OKLAHOMA call these guys. I highly recommend them. Never been treated so good by a company. Thanks of everything Jason, his wife and Don.
Auto Works was amazing. They were quick and friendly and handled my car like a professional. The time frame was 90 minutes but he was there in 10 minutes. Thank you again for assisting and being there when my family needed you guys.
One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in this situation. The driver showed up before expected, He communicated his ETA and stayed in touch with me and the entire time. He was very friendly and even took me home. If I had the ability to leave 100 stars I would. I highly recommend this company

A complete scam and blatant racial discrimination. They charged $1,850 just for towing 15 miles, $1,200 in labor fees for a simple filter replacement, and even added a 12% fee for paying by card.
I blew a tire just before dark in a small, sketchy town. The guy called me as soon as he was dispatched to make sure I knew he was coming, was so kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and safe. Thank you SO much!
These people came out very quickly as second truck AAA sent after and got my van to shop before there close which allows me to get sine in.
There seem to get there fine. Even understood AAA loves to mess up like send me 3 tow trucks after wards. This with AAA sending a jump start only truck first by a different company.
I only use there tow service I know nothing of there repair service but interested to find out.
We were traveling from Arizona to Georgia and noticed our tandem RV tires looked very close together while stopped at Loves. We found out we had a broken spring holder. You were on the scene within 15 minutes. You had the repair done and we were ready to go the next morning. It would have taken an RV repair shops days or weeks. You saved our trip. Thank you for the great customer service and reasonable prices. We made it to Georgia thanks to your help.
My daughter and I were on the I-40 9 miles east of exit 200 with a flat tire and the spare tire was stuck and wouldn't release. We had already been on the side of the road for over two hours waiting on another mobile mechanic. After all that time the mechanic texted us and decided he wasn't coming after all. We called this place and they were there within 30 minutes helping us. The two gentlemen that came out got right to work and fixed our problem. They were extremely professional and friendly. Greatly appreciate the job they did.
Had a breakdown on I40. Called them up on Saturday, and later they came out to inspection the situation. When they did, was told all they had to do is get some parts Monday morning and for us to sit tight. We wait the rest of Saturday and all day/night Sunday roadside with triangles out. Come Monday morning, whole different story. Now they want to tow us to the next exit to do the repairs they said to hold tight on. Charged us 325.00 for a Monday morning chat of 15 or so minutes. Ended up finding a real mechanical outfit who took care of us at less then half the price quoted and with no tow job. Later heard this company was out of Florida and had to move out of state because of the reputation left behind in Florida. Things that make you go hmmm...
If I'm not in your "data base" then this would further explain your opinion. You should keep better records? I have a receipt from you for my payment made.
Very impressed with the quality and consistency of their Customer service. We have used these guys twice when we were hauln thru Oklahoma. Both times they were very prompt and very polite. Both drivers were very empathetic of the stress that happens when your involved with vehicle issues. Their professionalism really helped calm the situation.

They were 10 minutes from where my granddaughter was stuck in her work van. Had to use a tractor to pull her out. Charged $650.00. I think because Amazon Van. So now it will take her pay check next two weeks to pay. Unless you have deep pockets I would stay away from them. Very nice on phone but very EXPENSIVE!
Price for service was very unfair and unreasonable. If you’re a driver be prepared to pay an unfair price without a warranty. Typical shop that takes advantage of owner Operators because what other choice do you have when you’re stuck on the side of the road. The part and labor was over priced and they didn’t get everything that was associated with the module. I had to go to the freightliner in OKC to get the cover and the parts to go along with it. The reason I had the electrical issue in the 1st place was due to excessive water because there was no cover. This shop is not thorough because without that cover I’m back in the same situation when it rains.
They were on time and not too bad with the labor rates and towing charges. If I ever need tow service in this area they'll be the first one I would call. Needed a tow service from Asher (approx. 40 miles away) at 4 am. They figured out the air dryer was bad. Towed back their shop and had the truck ready by 11 am. I did feel like they charged me a little extra on the air dryer labor but having the truck back on the road that quickly kinda compensates for that. No complaints. Eric was a gentleman to talk to. Good job guys.
If you do not want to be robbed on the road, do not use their services in any way. Sweet talk, low prices, and promises, until they towed over our company truck, turned into threatening blackmail, fabricated breakdowns, allegedly wrong parts, and keeping the truck for five days in their mechanical workshop. Save yourself from stress, tripled bills and under no circumstances tempt fate. Look for another mechanic. If you still fall here, may God help you because no one else will be able to.
