Way too much! First we drove thru the junk yard because that's where GPS took us so frustrated and messing up our own vehicle just getting out was nuts, said he'd have it in a hour so left came back waited over a hour for part

Dallas and they had the bumper ready for me, quick to pick up the phone and also sent me pictures of the conditions of the bumper before making the drive
Dealt with Becky and Mike over the phone. Extremely helpful and pleasant. I simply could not be more satisfied by the level of customer service I received. I needed a part that they showed to have. They willingly verified they had the part in stock and quoted a reasonable price for said part and shipping to Weatherford, TX. I received the correct part in an extremely quick time. Very well packaged too. Uncommon level of service in the salvage business. Especially nowadays post covid.
Dennis was very professional, easy to get in contact with, quick and to the point. He didn't try to low-ball me on any of the parts he bought from me. Overall it was a pleasant experience doing business with this company. Also the employee he sent out to pick up the items was top notch.
I have a JQ35 Infinity SUV. My sun visor was broken. Impossible to find here...D&V Salvage located one ordered it and I was able to stay local and support our Ada businesses. They are professional, friendly, they go above and beyond to help. All you Infinity drivers. There's alot in Ada. D&V Salvage will find what you need. Highly recommend them.
They have been a huge help with getting parts that I have been told were not able to be found! I have tried multiple salvage yards and this place has pulled through for me 2 times in a row. Even though I'm in East Texas. Great customer service!
Was referred to D&V by another salvage yard, quickly found the part I was looking for and even had it shipped was at my door the next afternoon! D&V was friendly and courteous highly recommended!

Unfortunately I had to cancel my order for failure to deliver items ordered on the 16th of Dec.it is now 30th of December 2021 failure to answer my calls and texts messages. Failure to have common courtesy and decency. I would not recommend this company.
the place is a salvage yard in the middle of nowhere. (they claimed Ada) the part I needed they had, fair price, the particular part I needed was in like new condition. it could be cleaner more organized (not much parking) like a large market store might be, but for the middle of nowhere, pasture, would definitely go here again. I drove 2 hours to get the part they claimed to have. checkout took some time, had to wait for the rep to finish helping a few other people over the phone.
I was looking for a front bumper for a Ram1500. hard to find, but D&V had at a fair price! It was going to be awhile before I could get down to Ada and pick it up, so they offered to drop it off in OKC during their normal run. Helped me out a TON! Good folks to deal with!

I've dealt with this salvage yard a couple of times and they have always been great! They are quite a drive from me but always worth the trip. Save yourself some time and money give these guys a chance. I highly recommend them.
Very good experience. Good price very helpful staff. Needed a wheel bought a 3/4 ton pickup that had no spare they gave me several options new or used. Very surprising for being out in the country. A person really needs to check this place out you will not be disappointed.
Called these guys on a Monday quoted price for a transmission. I was told it was on the shelf. Then I called Tuesday to order the part, was told it was still on the car. Was told it would be delivered by Thursday or Friday. I called that Friday and the next Monday was told excuses. On Thursday he finally told me it was never shipped. I was told there was debris in the pan. I was never called or told the truth until 9 days later. I have a repair shop with 3 bays. This car has been taking up a bay the entire time just waiting. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
