Drove 2 hours to pick up a rear end. Paid 2500. They charged my card twice. Had to cancel the card due to the dispute.
Rear end wasnt anygood at all. then tried to charge me 20% restocking fee to return it.
Got a rear end for a Dodge pickup for a good price I called them and paid them and they had it ready for me before noon that day now I got what I payed for I still had to put new brakes on it I cleaned it up and painted it but that's what I wanted to do I would recommend every one to them they are really nice people and my part did come with a 90 day warranty witch is a really good thing
ripoff company don't waste your time. Every single time I've ever tried to contact them for parts their parts have been so overpriced new ones cost a fraction of the price of what they want for used. Just called this morning for a hub assembly and they wanted $700 when a brand new one from Dodge is only $150. The time before this I called about rear seat belt centerpieces and they wanted $600 for one portion of a seatbelt.
Told to come down and he'd gave the part. Got here and now have to wait till the afternoon to get it. Was not told to come early otherwise we'd been there. Poor communication from them. Not happy. I'll never recommend it to anyone.
If I could rate this place 0 stars I would! I was in there the other day and received the worst customer service. I called and got a quote only for them to jack the price up when I got there in person... so unprofessional... they should be ashamed of themselves!
I drove 4.5 hours to pick up parts from these guys just to find out they have them sitting on end on the concrete getting scratched up. On top of that, they didnt have everything I ordered, and the grill I purchased (for $100) didnt even have the emblem in it!! They were very vague over the phone about the condition of these parts even though a blind man could see the damage. Very poor customer service, I wish I could give them a good review but after what dealing with them, I would never recommend them to anyone. I wouldn't mind near as much if they were up front with the condition and also gave me a fair price based on the condition of them but that wasn't the case.
Very knowledgsble, helpful, polite. They offered several options to solve my issue. I highly recommend Car Bonz. They saved me over $400 on a job that would have retailed $475!! They may mot be able to do that everytime but it was very welcome this time!!
Tommy helped me out, great guy to do business with, very helpful great attitude. Couldn't ask for anyone better than tommy. Thank you so much, will continue to do busines with him.
Tha people were very not nice and rude. I talked to someone on the phone and he sead that they had the part. I drive 60 miles and no and that was not all thay wanted to know what num i called like i was stuped. Then thay found were i had called and that they SUCK
