I'm an so thankful for Northstar towing for coming to the rescue, our vehicle stalled in Stillwater and they came out and jumped the battery and checked to make sure we were good to go. I’ve had my car towed from my apartments garage twice now, but both times they have been super chill and professional. Today when picking up my car the owner took $20 off because I was standing outside in the cold. Before taking your anger out on the owner or the workers just take a breather and remember they’re just doing their jobs. If you have any grievances, take them to whoever called to have your car towed. In my case it would be my apartment complex, but I really don’t care enough to complain because I was in the wrong. While it is an inconvenience for me, they towed my car within an hour or so of me parking. While this may be a coincidence, I have to say I’m impressed lol. Overall, if my car were to be towed a third time, I’d want Northstar Towing & Recovery to be the ones to do it because both times they’ve respected both my car and I.
I called North Star seeking a tow for one of my parishioners who is changing his life around after a long bout with an addiction. His car broke down and he could not afford to have it towed. I told North Star that our church family was going to help get the car towed and asked North Star if they would consider joining us by giving a small break in the price. Not only did North Star get involved, they towed the car immediately to a mechanics garage and did not charge us for the service. What a true blessing North Star Towing was. They are incredible people and worth your business. May God bless North Star Towing.
No one showed up and when I tried calling the operator back he rejected my calls and ignored my texts. If something happened just tell people rather than waste their time.
Ty and the young lady with him (didn’t catch her name) from Northstar saved the day! Very pleasant people! My Ford went completely out and I had to have them tow my car to Mike’s Automotive. The battery was completely dead and thankfully Ty was prepared to jump my car and take it to Mike’s. Very reasonable pricing and the first person who answered my phone call was pleasant too! This tow service is based off of a predatory business practice to try and make a quick buck. If you use them plan on zero customer service, and some kind of issue with your vehicle. It's unfortunate how they they think of themselves as above the law and pick on the ones who can't do anything about it. Not only are they going to try and drip you for everything you have, they will also do it to other great individuals who can't afford to be in that position.
As a precaution you will want to double check the prices they give you. There are State of Oklahoma Statutes that only allow a tow service to charge so much in a 24hr period regardless of the type of tow. If you use them I would send your receipt to the Attorney Generals Office just to be safe. There is a good chance that you will be part of some kind of compensation in the future if they charged you incorrectly.
Don't let the ones who screw us win, submit your receipt and wait on the results.
I had a terrible experience with this tow company. After towing my car to the dealership, they kept my keys for several days without any communication. It caused unnecessary delays in getting my car serviced. After multiple phone calls to track down my keys and several lies later (from the tow company) my keys were finally returned.
Completely unprofessional and frustrating. I won’t be using their services again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Very disappointing!
I’m leaving a review because the man who I was dealing with was very cool and easygoing. I got my car towed by city of Stillwater and have dealt with other towing companies in town that scam (Stilly Hooks) but I could tell this guy was an honest hardworking man.
Brad with NorthStar Towing is the best! I locked my keys in my car super late at night and called NorthStar. He was unable to drive out to my location that late at night but when he came by the next morning he unlocked my car within SECONDS! Not only was it super fast but he was super nice and able to charge me with the best rate possible- a good review! In the time talking to Brad, he noted how he is short on night workers but it’s only because he hires the best! If I had to get my car towed for any reason I would trust NorthStar with my car any day!

Brad was absolutely fantastic we caught him on a whim after his dinner and he was quick to let us know it was no issue at all to help "after hours" he was quick to check the vehicle before towing to ensure it was necessary. My sister and I are so grateful for his help! Highly highly recommended !
Brad is a great small business owner who is fast, respectful, and does great work. He has excellent equipment to ensure my car is safely towed. I highly recommend Brad, and will always call him in the future when needed.

This company charged us 340 for towing after they towed it from a parking garage we never got a receipt so we called towing commission to tell them, North Star proceeded to print off a fake receipt saying 238 and some change. I would widely not recommend this company. Also the guy running the company has assault charges up and down his record you can look it up to see his name is Bradley Allen Dixon (the response below this review should show yall everything yall need to know on how they are as people)
Make them your first call! Amazing service! Quick and friendly! Great prices! I didn't know who to call and made a couple calls before I found these guys and I am so glad they were able to help me so quickly. I was broke down at a busy intersection and they got traffic flowing again quickly and suggested a shop to take my car. The guys were nice and handled everything with care. Thank you all so much!
Was very helpful and accommodating. Even gave me a discount to help me out. Very stand up guy, we all hate to be towed but he’s just doing his job and a great one if I do say so myself!
Highly recommend! My college student broke down and the owner went and personally took care of his truck issue then called to make sure he made it home safely and tell us the trucks issue to address.
Will definitely use again if we are ever in another situation like that.

Great place my mother in law had a tire blow out and my one year old was in the car with her stranded. She did not have a tire wrench so Northstar towing came out and change the tire for her and did not want a dime for it. Just want to say thank you so much and if I could leave them a 10 out of 5 star I would. Recommend if you need a towing service this is top notch
Brad and his wife dropped everything on a Sunday afternoon to come help me out while I was broke down on the side of a highway. He was extremely kind and polite, towed my car quickly and professionally, and did it all for a heck of a deal! Could not have asked for a better experience during such a stressful time. Just moved in from California and paid for a car hauler to ship my c10 suburban that I’ve been rebuilding. Was in a huge bind because we weren’t able to get it up the driveway into the garage from driveway being too steep and his trailer was too long to make the turn. Called these guys for help and they came to my rescue. Awesome customer service, super friendly employees and totally saved my skin. Don’t know what I would have done without you guys. My experience was very professional and stress free. I was in and out very quickly and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I almost forgot my vehicle got towed because of how nice the staff were. If I could give Northstar a rating it would be an 11/10.
Had a flat tire and no way to get my car Jack out. He came promptly and quickly and helped me change it, and did it at a very affordable price. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience overall.
