Quick and easy. Not the best price for scrap around, but for the sake of proximity, it's nice. If I had a large load, I'd probably go to Tulsa with it.
This place has some of the nicest people I've ever met, very good and very honest. My friend and I had some issues today, and Brian went out of his own way to help us. God bless you guys!
They are very efficient and they have it set up for easy access. No matter what kind of scrap metal you bring. Knowledgeable people and overall a great price, and experience.
I bring everything here over the Metal Check in the city, or LD's, much better service and as long as you have you stuff straight and are nice to them they will help you out as much as they can. I will DEFINITELY suggest you guys get registered with "iscapp" it's the beat app for getting and giving every bit of information having to do with scrap and recycling.. It also shows you were all the scrap yards are in the whole United States (if registered) and gives you there prices on everything. The users input the information dealing with the prices. Also gives you a quote on catalytic converters! So check it out.!!!
If you're scraping metal don't come here! They really screw you on the price. The day I checked here was told 2.40 a lb for #1 copper in Tulsa where I went it was 3.90. That's a HUGE difference for just that little drive
They had a truck impounded and a 4 days later I called to get help on how much. I owed get a the trunk out got the run around. They sold my truck to someone else with probably about $5000 worth of stuff (2 chainsaw one brand new etc).
I have visited a few salvage yards in my area. I was pretty disappointed in this one. Part of my disappointment was weather related. The yard was a massive mud bog pit. I waded in mud over my ankles to unload my own scrap metal. I normally visit with the yard crew when I go to other scrap yards. This crew appeared to be in a foul mood. That has nothing to do with getting paid for my scrap, so not a major issue.
This place is very bad with hours of operation! Says they open at 9am Saturdays but I have tempted multiple times showing up at 9:30am and gates still locked and no one answers the phone!
I have been doing business with Mullins salvage for years now and will always take my business to them will take my scrap to them no matter the price fluctuations. I have always been treated fairly. Very professional helpful and courteous. Military background and family oriented. Thank you for being there for me and my scrap
The wait time was horrible. We sat and watched the person that was suppose to operate the claw just sitting and bsing with fellow co workers. They offer a good price and that’s the only reason I will come back. An hour later and we were finally unloaded. SMDH
The two kids working the small scale screwed me today (02-10-18). Had 50 lbs of clean aluminum siding, gave as secondary aluminum. :-( Not happy with them
Best metal recyclers in the area. Yard is kept very clean. Staff are quick to get you in and out. Prices are very competitive with other recycling companies in the area.
