This guy has made it literally impossible for me to get my property out of my car even after insurance has gone out of there way to call him to clarify. And still he denied claiming “Icant be held reliable” even after the I got hit and got my car totaled by a drunk driver. No remorse. Horrible human.
Worst service ever. They were very unhelpful and rude. They acted like they were better than me when I went to pick up my friends car. I had to have the cops show up in order to get the vehicle. Very disappointed.
They came fast and did everything right...the only thing I was mad about was them telling me they can't tow it where I want because the insurance company..which was not true. I felt they just wanted to take it to their lot to charge storage fees. They dropped my car for 15 minutes at their yard and charged that storage fee.
They towed my co workers car saying it was on the road but where she has it was the furthest it could go plus they told them it would cost less than $50 to get it out and then told them it would be $300 or more for the towing fee of only 14 miles it was dead and wouldn't start so we couldn't get it back to her house which was like 15ft away I guess some idiot decided to be stupid and call the cops bc they are childish , you would think if this tow company was great they would figure out something to help people maybe their business wouldn't get a lot a negative reviews , my friend has kids and now has no way to get her kids to the Drs office for anything and I believe that is wrong to tell someone it will be under $ 50 and then turn around and add more to it so please tell your employees to be respectful and tell the person how much it's gonna cost with the correct amount
If I could give zero stars then I would because the person I was dealing with was extremely disrespectful to my husband who was driving the vehicle when it got impounded. My husband has autism and was extremely uset when the vehicle was being impounded after giving 30-day warning to get our vehicle legal again by a Pawnee county sheriff's deputy just a week before getting impounded. The person who drove me to the back try to keep my vehicle when I had it all legal again with hidden fees that he did not want to mention when we called to find out all the information we needed. I would be very careful using this him. Plus it's only cash which he never stated on the phone.
A friend of mine got into a pretty bad wreck the day before last, he was at fault without insurance, but was towed promptly without any issues. However yesterday I had driven him up to the tow yard to retrieve some of his belongings from the vehicle, and the entire time the employee that drove us to the lot was being extremely disrespectful and rude. He was ragging on my friends fiance over their bad decisions and told her to get a job, made comments over her weight, and even tried convincing them to not sell the vehicle to the owners lot and attempted to slander his business. Asked for his name and he refused, and was told to "get the F out of his lot" before leaving as well. Towing service was done perfect, but please inform your employees to refrain from being rude to people who have already had a terrible day.
Absolutely unimpressed. Key was left in the driver's seat of the unlocked car. Cash only, but during 3 calls with this facility's employee/owner to ensure we had correct paperwork & balanced owed this rather important detail was never mentioned. "Impound Lot" looked more like an unused live stock pen. Keys weren't secured in a lock box in the office. Stop at the convenience store for a potty break as he won't allow the public to use his for any reason.
Bob with Tummy Towing was fantastic, he assured me my work truck would be well protected so nothing was stolen off it. He was very pleasant to deal with, I highly recommend them
Awesome people. Amazingly fast, had the right truck for the job, knew someone who could fix the boat trailer, and got it to them. Consistent updates via text on what was going on with the repair progress. Not a single bad thing in the dealing with them. If you need a tow or help on the highway, definitely call this guy.
At this point in time they seem to be doing a good.job - my car is still in impound $19 a day - - about $360.00 now owed

This is a long read but worth it. The owner, Bob Sharp, is a LYING THIEF!!!
This place doesn't even deserve one star! Last September they towed a friend's vehicle and it took us three days to get it out because of the owner, some hillbilly named Bob Sharp. Of course accruing more storage fees in the meantime. The day we were finally able to get it out we had to wait on someone to meet us there, it was 4:30pm and he told us that if he was more than five minutes late he was going to charge us his "after hours" fee. When he clearly LIVED on the property. What a joke!
Now, to get to my real issue with this place. The owner is a LYING THIEF!! The day it was towed and I was finally able to convince this man, after four phone calls, to release my purse to me out of the vehicle my phone wasn't in it like it had been when I left it. He was suspiciously quick so offer some explanations as to why my phone might not be in my purse now. But eventually he reluctantly allowed us, under his supervision, to go through the vehicle looking for my phone. He stood there watching my friend and I look for over half and hour, still all the while trying to come up with different reasons why my phone might not be in the vehicle either.
(My phone is an iPhone 6 Plus I bought five days prior to this incident. I hadn't even purchased a case for it yet. Which is why we were looking for over half an hour.)
We finally gave up since we were not able call the phone with any success because it was dead. When he finally released the truck to us we looked again this time for an hour, still nothing.
So I went to 'Find My iPhone' from a computer and marked it as lost with a message that said the same and to call my parents' home phone number if found, as well as called Verizon to suspend he service and report it lost so if someone tried to connect service with it they'd be unable to do so. About three days later I was notified be Apple that someone had turned it on somewhere in Tulsa but never received a call. I assumed it was gone for good.
Which brings me to today. I received a call from a very nice woman who, I will not name, had in her possession a "brand new looking iPhone 6 Plus with a message it was lost and to please call" she said. Five very long months later I now have my phone back!!
When I asked her how she came to have it she said a family member had towed a car and it had just been left it in the car. So please, use literally ANYONE but Tummy Towing for your towing needs. The owner is a LYING THIEF!!!!

He has clearly chosen to ignore my chief complaint here, the theft that too place. When I am told that “my husband’s uncle towed a vehicle and they had just left the phone in there” that is blatant thievery. He has no right to take anything from that vehicle period!!
Bare in mind, I also place some blame on the Police rookie that did not grab my purse that night like I had requested. Had he brought my purse to the PD, they would have indeed done an inventory but since it was left in the vehicle the only thing inventoried was my wallet since my ID was all they really needed. (For those who don’t know, the police only inventory what comes into the police station/jail, not every little thing inside a vehicle they have impounded. And I honestly cannot believe this guy is saying that.) They had dumped out my purse all over the front passenger seat looking for my wallet and just left everything there once they found it. So no doubt my phone was in full view of this thieving piece of walking garbage that took it.

No one was “stoned” that night. We were out drinking, as most of us do from time to time. I knew I wasn’t going to be driving, so I had a couple too many and unfortunately wasn’t monitoring my friend’s alcohol intake. That most definitely was a mistake and I absolutely have taken responsibility for that. But that, in NO way, shape or form, gives you or ANYONE the right to flat out steal from someone, drunk or not. Shame on you, Sir! You are the worst kind of person.
This company is a freaking joke bob sharp is a complete rip off and he's a racist person towards anyone and I will be contacting dps to get things done the right and correct way or removed from rotation he's hateful and calls people names and curses at them and threatens them he's honestly an overpowering fool who takes advantage of people's money and knows he can because he does it in a legal way so herefor he's legally just stealing from you......sorry excuse of a towing company more less just a scam by legal documents and gets away with it but making threats towards people isn't no business honestly he's just angry at himself because he's worthless and knows he's doing wrong so he is mad at the world well you will reep what's you sow old man
Tummy towing is one towing company you should never use, they illegally hooked up to my girlfriends car that was in a ditch with us there after I told the driver do not touch the car and he proceeded to do so. He tried to charge me 400$ and they never moved the car 1 inch, After I called the owner and he cussed me out and hung up on me he gave me a choice pay 120 hookup fee or he was taking my girlfriends car to the impound lot so I paid the 120 he never moved the car 1 inch . I have the whole ordeal on video most unprofessional towing company in Oklahoma.
If I could give negative stars I would. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional business in my life. Refused to release a vehicle that was towed for my boyfriend and I. RUDE, cussed at us, pushed my boyfriend, and we had to call the police officers out resolve the issue. Most ridiculous situation I have ever been in. Do NOT use!!
