Hydroplaned on I-40 and spun at least three full turns before coming to a stop with my passenger rear hitting the guard rail. I was left facing oncoming traffic and luckily nobody hit me head on. Yet nobody stopped to check on me either. Highway patrol called Bruton & Brown out, and David went well beyond his job duties to assist me. By him getting me back on the road, and driving again in the pouring rain is amazing in itself. Thank you so much Mr. David Easter! I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed. Left us hanging never answered the phone again. After hours towing and wrecker of Henryetta answered quoted us cheaper and got our employee of the side of the road.
Transmission went out on our truck while hauling a load of livestock. These guys got truck and trailer hauled while making sure our livestock was safe. Great guys and very reasonable priced!
But for the circumstances under which my car was towed ... These guys did more than they were required in getting my car loaded on a trailer so I could bring it home. Some young people very nice and courteous.. I suggest you drop Ward's Family Car Washes from your list of clientele. Work for skunks you smell like skunks. Keep sweet guys.
we had someone that trespassed on our property and got stuck in the mud. I called about 10 different tow companies that said that they could/would not do it. Bruton and Brown immediately came out and got the job done! and even offered to come back and fix the ruts, we turned them down on that they already worked hard enough. This was a big job and they got it done and I'm very satisfied!!! we will call them for any tow need from now on!

From the time I called them, until we were safely back on the road was abt 45 min. (Granted, we were only abt 10 min away when we needed assistance...) but they were able to quickly & safely get us back on the road.
I can't tell you how appreciative we are of them! Our insurance tried to send a service that was over 115miles away from our location... the kindest office people helped us pinpoint our location & had help to us within 25 min.
Oh, they also processed payment and at a fair price.
