It’s a MONDAY, on my way to work and my truck decided to give up I guess. This young man had seen me look at my truck…. I might have looked stressed & puzzled. But I was so thankful he drove up and asked if I was okay. He was so kind and called his person to get the tow truck and they towed it to my house. Amazing service great people! I would definitely use them again.
My daughter and I was stuck on the side of the highway and a nice gentleman named Bill was towing a vehicle behind me, then pulled up behind me to check on us. Bill gave me his boss number to see what kind of payment arrangements could be made but I had someone come pick me up. Then he called to check and made sure we made it home. He didn’t have to check on me on the side of the road or call BUT HE DID!! Best customer service EVER!!! I appreciate him and the boss lady so much. I will never EVER forget this kind gesture!
We needed help in getting our car towed to Tulsa, Ok on a late Sunday afternoon. The first place we called couldn't help us. These folks did. Our driver, Woody, was kind and took good care of the car and getting us to Tulsa. We were grateful. I'd call on them again in a heartbeat.

On our way home from a wedding, we hit a coyote on the freeway and it busted our radiator. The dispatch lady was very nice and sent Bill out. Bill picked us up at the gas station we were able to cripple our car to and took us to a hotel. He then towed our vehicle to the hotel.
He told us he would be back the next morning to fix it. He was true to his word! He got the busted radiator out and went to pick up the new one along with antifreeze. Installed everything and made sure it was all in working order before we hit the road again. Even called to make sure we got home!

Our motorcycle broke down in the middle of the nowhere, 1500 miles away from our hime. Thru HD, Advenced Towing came to pick us up, and give a tow to the nearest HD dealer, almost 90 miles away!
Ralph take good good care of us and the bike! Thrue professional!! We had a good conversation on the road, take our minde of from the broken down bike.

Car broke down in weleetka. Went through insurance to find a local tow company with no luck. Advanced towing picked up the recovery from a town away and sent someone to get me to a shop. Ralph I think the drivers name was and their dispatch I didn't catch her name but both were super helpful getting me and my vehicle to a shop late that night and instead of walking the few blocks to the store to wait till my ride picked me up Ralph instead took some time outta his shift to give me a lift over there and gave me some recommendations on other shops I could go in order to get my car fixed if need be. From dispatch to dropping me off at a store so I can wait on my ride they were both helpful in a rough situation and if ever I need or can recommend a towing service they definitely will have my business.
