What clients say about Midway Auto Parts Beggs in Beggs (OK)
Ordered a rear axle, the gal never ordered it (but they took my money) so it took another week to get it but they did take 100$ off. I gave them my vin and needed a LSD rear like what came with my truck. I asked them multiple times and I received a non LSD rear. I've put 5k miles on the used axle and since it's started raining more I noticed it didn't perform the same, I called but they won't do anything since it's over 90 days. Update* the sales manager called and discussed the problem with me and worked it out in one phone call and was very nice and professional about it and helped me out. I would recommend buying from them and I will again!
It used to have great service when Frank was there he never messed up on any order. Could order something on the phone he would have it asap for you without a doubt. Now the man that’s there constantly messes orders up, “looses your #.” My husband drove over there to pick some seats up and then he was told his order was canceled but they lost his # so couldn’t call him to let him know. Before that the guy there forgot to place that same order until my husband went. It’s ridiculous, we are an hour away and the service just sucks. He said the refund had been made yesterday, we are pretty sure he had just done it at the moment my husband was there. My husband would always get parts from here but now just because of the service, no thanks.
Delt with Luis looking for a part and he had what I needed great customer service and prices are reasonable I recommend asking for Luis if you need a part
Dont believe the website when it says they’re open till five because I was here and 15 min till five and they’re already locked up when it would take me two minutes to get the parts that I need so open believe they close early
I had called for a simple AC clutch.. according to the attendant there was only one in the world in the cost exactly the same as going and buying a remanufactured one.
Wasn't born in the dark.
Terrible , terrible, can't even figure out what size rim goes on corrola. We bought rim was suppose to be 15x6 they first bring us 16 x6 then next 15x6.6 , lol we finally gave up got our money back. Drove way out way , wasted our time.
Wanted a 15"x6" rim for Toyota Corolla they brought me a 16"x6" rim but the tag on it said 15"x6". Then they brought me out a rim that the tag said was for Toyota Corolla 15"x6" and the rim was actually 15"x6.5" and for a Toyota Camry long story short they clearly can't read. Probably because they can't speak English
My husband called and ordered a red driver side door for a 2016 ford Taurus limited and we paid for it. We went to pick it up and they sent a blue door for a ford fusion. How hard is it to send what the customer orders especially when they need their door replaced before bad icy weather?!? I have no truck and have to depend on my husband to pick it up in the truck he uses and he is on a four day pass because he is in the military and has limited time. I am not putting a different colored door on my car and have to pay someone to color it red when I don’t have to. Ridiculous service!! If I could give zero stars I definitely would.
Purchased a transmission from this company and had them install it for my son. 4 days after the “90 day” warranty the transmission fails. I called the company and the only response after my 16 year olds sons first experience purchasing something in the adult world is “yeah that’s how we plan it”. He was being sarcastic obviously but this is the type of business you will be dealing with. Don’t trust them or their parts. My son is devastated after trusting them. They clearly don’t test their parts. Buyer beware
Went to buy a 3000 truck bed and the refused to let me inspect it before purchase. I was told on the phone I could come look at them. Who's going to spend $3000 on some pictures? Lost a sale and my repeat business and referral
Ladies!!! Yes you Ladies! You know how it is walking into a men’s domain. Sometimes feeling like your taken advantage of because we’re not supposed to know about vehicles and such. Not here! Midway did not know my knowledge of vehicles and took the best care of me with the upmost respect as a valued customer! Ask for Payton and Billy!
Before I start this review there was one woman that worked there who tried to help and was really cool. As far as the rest goes it is a Horrible location. Lazy dudes Sitting around doing nothing when they could actually be taking inventory and giving people real time inventory on body parts that are good or not good and stuff like that. Every pick and pull I have been to in other states will know exactly what is good or not good with the body and structure of the car headlights etc. and will even have an online picture of all angles of the vehicle real time and a description because it’s easy to take inventory when a car comes in and then remove things from the list as they are sold. I get that it would be hard to tell people if car parts were functioning in the motor or something but you should easily be able to tell people yes there’s a good bumper or no there’s no good bumper quick inventory. A total wasted trip.
Be sure to keep your tools at arms reach and never turn your back to them. Not even for a second. I had tools stolen from me. And basically got told oh well. I had the area and time. So they could look at the cameras. In which I was informed that they was just for show. And that the camera quality is too poor to really see anything.
I am a used parts dealer that does business with auto recycling centers all over the United States. I recently visited this location for the first time.
As a professional I was very impressed for these reasons. They are one of few self service yards that I've been to where every vehicle is on asphalt or concrete. This greatly improves the working experience when you have to lay under a vehicle to pull parts. It's just a much cleaner environment. No laying in the mud after a rain. Most domestic trucks, vans, and SUVs have a roof over them to protect you from the sun, rain, and snow.
The staff and office is professionally managed. Like other self service yards, their prices are drastically lower than your typical full service year. I was also impressed to see that they are open seven days a week!!!
I highly recommend this location for your used auto parts needs.
Needed a new donut spare for my car and I found 2 for $10 each. I'm thrilled to save the money and the 2 gentleman that worked there that helped us were so extremely helpful and nice. I would recommend this place to everyone looking for something auto parts related. Thank you so very much guys.
Organized. Great selection. Bring your own tools. Prices are ok, just not cheap! I would like to be able to have the price available before you pull it. Just a heads up. Sign up for alerts to get special's. That's the best time to shop.
Great place and prices for hand me down parts for your favorite ride. I just left there with a starter for my ole jeep and ready to go back for another scavenger hunt! Vehicles are lined up on solid ground/concrete so no muddy holes to lay in.
A good selection of cars and trucks. Well organized by row numbers. The whole yard is paved. Prices are good. They will give you a printout of vehicles that are compatible to what you are looking for and exactly which row and color of vehicle. There is a 2.00 admission fee which I think should be refunded if you purchase something or at least credit that fee to your purchase. Other than that oddity, I would highly recommend this place.
Best you pull in the area hands down, only one with paved concrete and covered area to keep you out of the mud and unforgiving Oklahoma sun. Very clean and lots of memorabilia in the lobby, a very well run place as the line is never long. Inventory updated online and pricing so you know what you are going to spend before you make the drive and what your chances are of getting parts. Only suggestions would be to add photos online but all in all one of my faves for obvious reasons.
My first of many trips to Midway was excellent! The service was great and everything was well cataloged and pretty well kept and most vehicles are under a roof which is very nice! They also have a notification service that let's you know when vehicles you're looking for come into their inventory which is very helpful! Will definitely be back!
Haven't been anywhere else since this placed opened its doors. This place is just great!! fair prices, very clean, very organized and very close to where I live. With the projects I've got going, I've been at this place a lot. I've enjoyed every visit. Going to a salvage can be fun? I guess it can be if you stop at this one. Make sure you check their website to make sure your vehicle is in their inventory. And also know your part prices before you get there, as they are clearly posted on the site as well.
This sounds crazy but my daughter and I had a blast. (We needed a donut tire) we've never been to a pick & pay before. MIKA was Awesome! Very helpful and super nice! We would definitely go again. They are Very organized.
This is one of the most organized salvage I've used. Concrete floor, covered yard, pulling parts in the rain and staying dry. Covered roof casts a bit of a shadow, but it's workable.
