Went in and asked for help with a code that came up on my car as I was driving. An extremely nice woman came outside, plugged in the gave, went back inside, printed it off so I could call my mechanic with the information . She was so friendly & very helpful. It is hard to walk into an auto store being a woman alone with no one to rely on & to have such an extremely nice person help so I can go to Texas for Thanksgiving & not be here alone is so aopreciated

I had the wonderful blessing of having Stephanie help me yesterday at this location on NW 39th Expressway yesterday afternoon while coming in to buy parts for my front brakes repair. She was awesome. Knowledgeable, really personable, and customer-centric! Best Auto Parts Store experience possible.

They sold me a battery, it was dead, 2.9 volts per a tow truck driver. I returned my old core battery after charging the new battery. While returning it I advsed them of the problem, and no one cared. I sent the survery back with those details and a day layer get a call from a person at that store. She had an attitude on the call. They dont care about people and have lost this veteran's business.

Today I went to Walmart to get an oil change for my BMW, but they weren’t able to complete the service because a crucial part was missing—a specific screw that holds the bottom oil cover in place to prevent oil leaks. They couldn’t help me further, so I decided to go to the AutoZone located between MacArthur and Northwest 39th. There, I was helped by a Sales Manager named John Mark, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the way he treated me. He was incredibly kind, patient, and went above and beyond to help me. We spent around 30 minutes together trying to identify the missing part. Even though he didn’t have the part in stock, he didn’t give up. He called Walmart to get more details and contacted another AutoZone store to see if they had what I needed—and they did! Thanks to his efforts, I was able to pay for the part and go pick it up from the other location. I truly appreciate how committed he was to helping me. It’s people like John Mark who remind us that there are still honest, dedicated professionals in customer service. He turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. Thank you, John Mark—you made my day, and you’ve definitely earned my trust and future business!

The heavyset grey shirt lady there is very monotone and rude, and can’t seem to differentiate a 5 from a 6 when verifying I’m the Owner of my commercial account with az. If you’re that miserable with your job, leave store 0501. And you wondered why you got a harsh tone from me. Treat others as you wish to be treated. Avoid her and her lack of customer service skills.

Ted Green who told me my back break was gone when i was in the parking lot. He told me to buy the part and he would fix it. He fixed it for me so I wouldn't get a ticket. He was so kind and has a good technique to replace the brake accurately and I could depend on him. He was a great guy at the Autozone. Customers should feel safe with him working there.

First we went in a few days ago and the lady had the worst attitude we asked about checking for codes she rudely says the check engine light has to be on. I said it is she rolled her eyes then went and got the machine then comes out making all kinds of other rude remarks! That was Oct 6th 2024 I should have stopped going then but I didn’t stupid me! I went back to have my battery charged that was working fine and had been charged by someone else just fine but once they got it it all of a sudden got hot, extremely hot, then it popped when I got home so now I’m out a battery that they messed up!! Pretty sure it’s to get me to buy another one! This store is the worst store now lazy people!! I walked in today and 4 workers was at the counter and all 4 left as soon as me and another customer came up to the line!!

So I called at 8:58 this morning to get a serpentine belt for my uncles car that shredded while I was driving. When I called the phone was answered Thank you for calling autozone This is Stephanie I'm standing in front of a customer. How can I help you? I said go ahead and help that customer then. The next person to pick up the phone apologized for hold. He then asked me how he could help me. I told him the make and model a year of the car. He said they had 1 in stock. I asked if he could hold it I was on my way. I get there and when Stephanie asked how she could help me I explained that I had just called over the ser belt and it was put to the side for me. She then told me that they don't do that because people don't show up. Then when the gentleman came up that I spoke with she rapid fired Did you get it? Did you pull it? Do you even know if it's the right one? You better look. Look it up and check it again. The gentleman walks off and brings me the belt for the car and as he is checking me out brinks comes in. Stephanie hollers to them that he will be there when he's done. I leave and go to put the belt on the car... turns out I gave the gentleman the wrong year on the car. I wait a bit and go back to explain that I am sorry but I gave the wrong year earlier when I was in there. As the gentleman that had just got back from lunch was helping me Stephanie thought that it would be appropriate to walk over and say. "It's the wrong one huh. I told him to check it. You heard me tell him to double check that. He didn't do it. I told him." Mind you I'm in the middle of being told that this particular car can take 1 of 2 different belts and the belt that I need is not in this store. And asked for my ID so we could finish my refund. I walk out of the store get my ID and money from my friend who was waiting for me to have my boyfriend grab her some shop towels. I go back in and hand the money to my boyfriend. Stephanie who is still standing at the window states there are some right there. She then sets them on the counter and tells my boyfriend he can just wait until I'm finished and then he can buy them then. And then starts to stand over the gentleman's shoulder that was taking care of me. Then walks away after a few minutes. The gentleman taking care of me kept apologizing to me. I then stated loudly "oh honey you have no reason to apologize to me." As he hands me my money I lean across the counter and tell him "I'm going to let you explain to her that I gave the wrong year on the car and there is 2 different kinds of belts that go to this car because if I say some it won't be nice and the cops will be called and I will not ruin him just coming back from lunch more than I already have" I walked out leaving my boyfriend standing in the store. I called my uncle to tell him his car would not have the part today it would be there in the morning and explained what had happened. He said if Stephanie wouldn't have been so rude he would have waited and paid the almost $70 for the belt but he will take his business somewhere else and have his car tonight.

I met a customer service representative that took 15 to 20 minutes helping me repair my car. I had a problem with the tramsmission shift plungrr linkage on the car. He sold me an inexpensive part yhat would fit my model car. He cleaned up the part. made it look new again.also noticed that the rubber washer and flange was installed upside down. Replaced the part right side up. Tested the gear shifter and was on my way. His name was Wes. At the 39th street Autozone. Thanks Wes. LJL

our family is done coming here to be treated rudely and like we are idiots. many visits over the years where we couldn't get someone to help us and bothered the employees when we asked. my daughter went today and bought windshield wipers only to realize they were the wrong ones. she figured out what she needed and went back to find out they didn't have them. an employee assured her some others would work and even though she knew they wouldn't asked him to go outside and try. he was bothered that she asked for help and spent the next 10 minutes outside trying to jam them into place when they clearly wouldn't fit. then he was condescending about the whole process. she returned those and went down the road to O'Reilly where they had what she needed and offered to put them on without her having to ask.

Came to this location to get wipers and bulbs for my Kia soul Stephanie was amazing associate. She not only help me with my wipers and my bowl but I forgot that I need gas and I ran out right in the parking lot. I have my but the team was nice enough to let me go to the gas station. I do appreciate all that AutoZone and Stephanie and team have done for me and my family will always come to this location

I'm not ever sure what I'm looking for in one of these stores but I live close to this area and stopped in there and recently was waited on but by a very competent young man and I just need to leave a review about that so thank you I'm glad to have come across a young man with such courteous dealing with the public manners thank you for that!

Way too high in their pricing. Way over rated. I bought a steering wheel cover for 22 dollars and I had less than a year when it started coming apart and yes I asked if it would fit my car. OMG, I saw something on the shelf that nearly knocked me over. A cleaning product that I swear by, was like 30 dollars, and I can get it for 6 dollars. I guess somethings are going to be higher than others. But AutoZone has always been my go to since they hit the scene 😁😁😁

The man that helped me was kind and knowledgeable of what I needed. He went as far as putting the new windshield wipers on for me. It was chilly and drizzling out. He was very nice. I didn't catch his name but thank you to the tall OSU fan.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed. They even called another store to verify they had my part, and made sure it was reserved for me. Look forward to going back for my need auto fix. Lol

Great service! I called to make sure a part was in stock before I took a 40 minute drive out there. Jenna answered and was very fast, put hands on it and got it ready for pickup. It's almost like she read every thought in my head. I arrived, got the part quick and beat the traffic home. Thanks Jenna!

This store is the worst AutoZone in the area. Unless you are fine wasting your time, just save yourself the effort and pick another store. I've been to this store for over 10 years. It's the closest to my house, and I like AutoZone's rewards program. That being said, the service and knowledge level of the staff has reached a low enough point I felt I had to leave a review as a warning to others. The lines get long, and service is slow. You can't trust their stock. Most recently I needed a part that their system said they had 4 in stock... But the "manager" himself couldn't find one of them. So he called another store, they put him on hold, and we just stared at each other in silence with 8 people in line behind me and waited. Eventually, I just left so other people could try their luck. This is just the most recent example. I keep trying because of convenience of location, but honestly it's so much trouble and such a huge time sink anymore that I recommend you go to another store. There are other AutoZone's within 5 miles that will be a much better experience. And if you can't be bothered... There are other stores even closer. Save yourself.

I had the best experience at this location. Lucas, done such a awesome job. Earlier today I had poor customer service experience from a business prior to stopping at this auto-zone. The business that I had a bad experience at before stopping at this auto zone, the representative lied to me four times just with simple questions that I asked. I left this business in the same situation with no help. I felt so let down because I am customer service representative for the company I work for and customer service and honesty is everything. Lucas gave me hope that their are still good people around who do care about people and their situation. I didn’t have a receipt but it didn’t stop Lucas from assisting me. He got me back on the road and in a better mood. Perfect customer service experience. In the midst of a business work hour, he work really good under pressure. He stayed positive and in good spirits the whole time while still helping out his fellow co-workers. Great sense of humor! Thank you!

He is a amazing person and a even greater worker tbh he went way above and beyond to help me find what I needed and even educate me and how to do it. I would definitely recommend this store over any other location solely because of him.

Lucas T. is the most helpful person anyone could be and everyone should strive to be as kind as him. My tail light was out and I didn’t know what I needed or how to fix it and he went out of his way and figured it all out and then even went and fixed it himself for me. He was a delight to be around and changed the entire tone of my day from negative to positive. Thanks Lucas T! You’re the best!

They were fast and helpful I was looking for windshield wiper and needed some one to look at my car. Less than a minute they came to me and asked about my concerns. They put a diagnostic device and read the error code and gave me a solution to solve the issue. I liked they friendly and excellent service.

Julio, one of the assistant managers has gone above and beyond to help me on numerous occasions ...he alone has changed my one STAR review to 5. Get him his own store, CORPORATE!!( don't lose this guy)... I've been AROUND the corporate world 28 yrs...recognize talent in a heartbeat.

Seems like every time I walk into this store the staff feels like they are doing me a huge favor. I dealt with two different employees today that we're very rude and short with me and other customers in the store. I would consider myself to be very nice to people and empathic to others well being. I would understand that maybe they may have had a bad day or just aren't feeling well, but this is an ongoing problem with them. I will not be returning to this store any more. I am also pledging my concerns to the corporate office. May the next customers will be treated with more respect and dignity.
