Barnes Wrecker Service, Inc. JunkYard in Midwest City (OK)

Thank goodness for the generous and decent people of Barnes Wrecker Service. I broke down during a cross-country drive last week, and this team was responsive, kind, and lovely to me. They towed my cargo trailer, helped me find a local automotive shop that could do the work, and are generally lovely folks.

Thank you Dusty for having such a cheerful and positive attitude at 6 am. My husband and son were on the way to work at 5:30 am and ended up having a tire come off but was able to pull over into a parking lot. We called our insurance company and they sent Dusty with Barnes Wrecker Service. Dusty showed up in a cheerful, positive attitude at 6:00 in the morning. Thank you Barnes Wrecker Service and thank you Dusty.

I did not hire them, someone else did. Charged me $50 to bring my vehicle to the front so I could haul it home (Their rules) - then parked it so I couldn't load it on the trailer without repositioning it. I was told the keys would be under the mat, they were in the ignition. When I called them initially, they needed the VIN to tell me about my vehicle - cuz there's SO MANY yellow Nissan Xterras broken down in their yard.

These guys were great, they pulled my travel trailer back up on its wheels. Towed it to their yard and let us unload all our stuff. They were awesome, experienced, and just a bunch of great people at Barnes Wrecker Service. 😀

I have used them twice in the last few months. Both times they have been friendly, professional, and responded in a timely manner.**** Since I had already left one Google review I couldn't leave a second one. But I just had to use Barns Wrecker service again. Once again they were friendly, professional, and quick to respond. Trevor was my driver this time and he's positive attitude was an instant stress reliever for me. I hope I won't need their services in the near future, but I will definitely call them if I do.

Barnes Wrecker Service was a good choice for me, when I ended up in the ditch. Trevor was awesome. He made sure I was okay, then quickly and smartly loaded my truck, all while early morning rush hour traffic was whizzing by. He even reattached my tailgate for me. He was polite and helpful. Horrible experience, expressed that they would take care of my car and then left it by the side of the road. Couldn't be more unprofessional. The assured me that they would take good care of my vehicle. This was an outright lie. They were very obviously not looking out for me. They are only worried about getting paid. That's Barnes Wrecker service #1 priority, their pocket book. He explained it very well in his reply below. I can only assume he was embarrassed by his reply. It's gone now.

Car was stolen and police had it towed 2mi here. Barnes wrecker then charged $400 or offered her to sign her title over and pay $100 for what they call abandonment. Even though they have the title. *you had the car for one day on an involuntary tow and charged $400. The fees you’re turning into collections are your own. It’s an unethical amount and backhanded relief for another $100 fee.

First time ever having my truck towed to a shop it was loaded and dropped with care! Couldn’t be more thankful enough for the driver of the rollback Trevor great guy with good conversations!

We were headed to the store and the lugs on our front tire snapped and the tire and control arm came off the vehicle. The guy that towed our vehicle was very nice, courteous, and friendly. He even cared enough to try to cheer us up with some funny humor. I can't remember his name but he was awesome! It only took 20 minutes for him to get to us. He was very professional and got our vehicle loaded pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend this place

Barnes Wrecker is someone I would definitely recommend . They are prompt in responding and have a positive and great attitude. Trevor did an amazing job in not only making sure I was ok but also taking care of my car and just his overall personality was uplifting.

Barnes wrecking service is always on time and fast. Specially if you call in ask for my brother/cousin his name is Dustin Shockey, he is very respectful, helpful and knows what you need. I couldn’t ask you awesome employee!!

Our 2008 Altima SE experienced some "DEBRIS ON THE TRACK" as my wife was on her way home from work. Called Orr Nissan I-240 & Shields and Kem (Service Advisor) refered me to Barnes Wrecker Service. Jayson (Wrecker Operator) showed up at our home promptly and explained the process of loading our vehicle on his truck. Really was impressed with Jayson's attention to detail when preparing our car for removal. No driveway scratches and that is something I thought was also very impressive. I would definitely use barns again. He was so polite and helpful. He was there within 15 to 20 minutes. My husband is 78 and had a hard time getting up in the cab and he immediately jumped down and went around to help him get up there. He joked with us and was very cordial we enjoyed his company.

Easy to setup an appointment, great customer service, easy to pay online, and they had a truck low enough to pick up my very low vehicle.

I found myself in a tough spot when my car broke down on a Sunday. I was in a not so easy to find location outside of the city, by lake draper. Barns Wrecker Service was very prompt in their response and they were able to find me and kept me updated with their arrival time. They were professional and empathetic of my situation. They got me, my dogs and cat back home. I appreciate their service and will use again in the future and would high recommend them if anyone should need their services, great fair price as well.
