I called up here about a week ago to see if they work on cars. They told us they don't have a mechanic right now. I was taking my car to another shop and it broke down on the side of the road. We called for a tow. They said 2 hours. 3 hours later we call back wanting an update. She says she has to call us back AGAIN. 30 mins later we get a call that she had to send another wrecker service because "they are so busy running a mechanic shop and wrecker service". THEY FORGOT ABOUT US. Thankfully they have a different wrecker service on the way in 45 mins. But don't even bother with this place if you need help. They will give you the run around.
I do not recommend. I called for tow service and the guy said he was coming in 15-20 minutes. I called him around 25 minutes after we spoke and he ignored my call. Never showed up.
My son needed his vehicle rewired due to a squirrel chewing up the wires in his car. The vehicle had to be towed (about 1/4 a mile) and then repaired. The repair was done quickly and my son's car no longer has any issues. It works extremely well and did not take long to complete. The owner cut him some slack on the tow due to being so close to the shop. A month later my truck had a puddle of oil when I came home. I called 4 Whlz and explained what was going on with the leak. I took the truck in and the problem was a rear seal on the engine. It was fixed in a few short days and the price was fair. The day I went to pick it up every thing was covered in ice including my truck. The owner was kind enough to spray my windshield with de-icer to help clear my windshield. I will continue to use this company based on the efficiency of repair time, fair pricing, and professional customer service.
The owner of this business is unbelievably unprofessional! He refused to give me my total over the phone even though they only accept cash. When I asked for clarification or a break down of the total expenses he became extremely rude. He yelled at my elderly father for asking a question about the charges. Then threatened to keep my vehicle after calling the police to tell them I was trying to drive under suspension. I am absolutely shocked at the way we were treated by this “business” 0 stars
Extremely rude and unprofessional. The owner is crazy aggressive if you question anything he says or ask for an explanation or receipt. Do not do business with this man!
The worst unhelpful service ever i ran outta gas Oklahoma county sheriff department towes my truck after walking 4 hourz to get gas 4 back i call the tow service tell him my Situation trying too find out how much telks me he will cal me back 3 1/2 hours later i call him again to tell me he still not got to the office but all the sudden could tell me the cost not needing too go to the shop just so hapoend too be after he closed and not open until monday which moore storage fees or 65 doller after hour charges and Could charge me a cheaper rate but Decided to go with more expensive I think I'll call my county.And this gentleman are incoherence.It's a scam.I ran out of gas, not even a criminal.Just to have to hey what's five hundred dollars to get my car back
Well aside from the reason i was forced to use them by the good folks at ok county sherrif dept, and the fact it was hard to get someone on the phone, they were helpful and polite when i was finally able to get my van from their impound lot. Their daily storage rate at 20 bucks a day could have been a lot worse. I would not hesitate to use them again. Hopefully under happier circumstances.
Never seemed to answer the phone even tho the website says open 24 hours. They had probably a 14 or 15 year old boy there by himself that was the one who gave me my vehicle back. Owner Not professional at all. Rude. The kid was the most professional.
4 whiz and A Better must be owned by same person (same phone #). After several calls saying mailbox was full finally talked to guessing the owner. Told him the situation and location (maybe 20 miles from his location) and his first resonce was that's pretty far. He said he would have to get his truck at the shop said ok. Hour or more passed after several calls he finally answered and told me again he would need to get his truck from the shop. Another hour or more I called kept going to mailbox is full. Called on wife's phone he answered said he sent a driver and would call to see where he was. 20 min later he texted me saying he couldn't get ahold of him would I like to try. I said yes and he sent me the name of another wrecker service (no #) so I looked it up and called and they had no idea of what was going on. Needless to say I called Barns Wrecker service out of MidWest City and they were there within 30 min. If there was a rating of minus that's what 4 whiz or A better would get. A worthless individual.
It starts off around $197 just for getting impounded then it's $20 per day after that. They require you to get a release form from the police department that has it towed before you can get it out and then they want title, tag up to date, and insurance verification and driver's license all to be in the same name of the person who is getting it out. Other then all that they are really nice. It's their business and they are running it how they always have.
My ex daughter in-law dumped her junk vehicle on our property.. wouldn't get the title said it was our problem.. they came out and took it out property.. You Guys are awesome.. Thank you so much
Larry was great!! My son got stuck in Harrah river.. I mean real stuck! He came and got him out!! Larry was very fair in price! Great company!! Great hospitality!!
Attempted to use their service. They said they would be out in two hours. Three hours later we called them and were told they were still coming out. Gave up the next day. They never contacted us again.
We were just passing thru with out Motorhome. Had a breakdown with my car tow dolly just a mile from the shop a few weeks ago. The owner drove out, looked at the dolly and directed me to Tisdale Trailers about 10 miles back. Great referral! They welded the broken piece and I was back on the road.

I called needing to have a vehicle towed today which is actually a weekend day.The receptionist was very polite and seemed to understand my concerns and actually care about getting me the help I needed. She told me it would be 45 mins before they got to me but it only took them 20!!! They offered me a ride into town and let me stay at the shop until someone could come come pick me up. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for this business and the professional yet caring help that they offer. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.
My brothers truck was towed there after a horrible rollover and initially we were given options of towing the car off their lot ourselves or letting them haul it off, we chose them to haul it off which included us taking personal belongings from the vehicle. While taking personal belonging I politely asked if I could BUY AND PAY for the tailgate off the truck in return recieved a snap back response reiterating everything about if we wanted any parts off it we should have paid to haul it away ourselves and so forth. I offered to buy the tailgate and pay for it and the owner rudely refused. I understood the two options and the decision was made for them to haul it off and us pull personal things which is why I offered and asked to buy and pay for the tailgate. The front office lady was new and very sweet , polite, and helpful but the owner was rude. Wouldn't suggest using this company .
Picked up my car and a few of my important items were taken from the car which could have been the police so I'm not blaming or accusing the company of being thieves. One of the ground effects were missing radiator and front bumper were also damaged other than that they were respectful friendly and helpful
Called for to have my truck towed, was told there would be a wrecker at my location in just a little bit. Waited 1 1/2 hours, called back and ask for a ETA of the wrecker was told had a lot going on at the shop would be 45 min before the wrecker could get to my location. Waited 2 more hours called back ask if they were coming to tow my truck was told that they had to many cars in there driveway, what does that have to do with having my truck towed to my residence. Not to say the least the rate was going to be quite expensive. Will never do business with this wrecker service, and do not recommend anyone to do business with them.
I tried to use this company, but apparently they didnt want the business. I called to schedule a pick up of my 67 mustang and I did what the person told me to do, then it was gonna be a couple hours before it could be picked up and he would call me back to get my info. long story short. He never called me to get my info. and said it would be another couple hours and like i stated earlier I called 2 days in advance for this tow. In which he told me he would call me back then too, but never did. Not a reliable company and full of excuses. Pay a little bit more and get the job done right, by anyone ,but 4 wheelz
Worst repair shop I have ever dealt with...my truck has been there for a week..,closed Tuesday and Wednesday for Christmas...ok I understand that..,he told me my truck would be ready Saturday but now he says Monday cause guess what ...he doesn’t work on weekends either...he said he didn’t tell me Saturday...he’s a liar...do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else...I have been very understanding because of the holidays...his word is no good...I’m sorry I don’t know his name but he is the owner...
