I posted in a local Facebook group about an issue with my mirror. Someone from this shop commented that they can look at it for me. I went by and they fixed it quickly and did not charge me. That sticks with me; when I need a repair, this will be my first stop!
The only towing company I will be using going forward. Dennis was such a gentleman and went above and beyond for me today.
It’s also a little less painful to pay the tow cost when your driver tells you he is putting his son through law school and just gushes about his wife and family

Asked for a quote on a dent left by a deer on my hood that had cracked the paint on my bmw 328i - received said quote at nearly $4,000 via email. When I politely asked if I understood the cost in the estimate I got NO reply - and had another shop repair it completely and spotlessly for under $1,000 ( with warranty ). Can't tell if dishonest or if they're backed up with clients and wanted to push me off with a crazy estimate, either way not cool.
I highly recommend Collin’s for any roadside assistance services. Dennis was the best, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and got me, my son and truck home safely. If you need any roadside assistance services or body repairs ABSOLUTELY give them a call. Casey and Jordan have always been pleasant to with work with on repairs. They brought it to their shop and immediately went to work. Casey kept me involved the whole process. My car (2018 Infinity q50) looks better than it did before the wreck. I was referred here by the guys at Speed Haus after I had a low speed impact on the front bumper of my 750, being the joker I am, and they took care of me 100%. I am with GEICO, and they worked with them no problem. All was squared away within a reasonable time frame and the work came with a lifetime warranty. Thank you ACR. From the receptionists plugging things in and out to the techs cranking it out daily. God bless you guys.
The office staff was pleasant to talk to and provided the information I needed. After having an accident and having my car towed, I was not clear about the procedures and charges. Everyone, including the owner were accomodating and fair. I wasn't given an option to call another towing company, but ACR was the best.
I got into a small curve wreck nothing really serious! needed the front bumper replaced, which we all know comes with a paint job as well. Ashley and her team quoted me $1,781.81 dollors without insurance, offered me a discount if I paid in cash. To add the cherry on top, I called another place.They told me the same thing. My father made a phone call for the replaced part and paint job only $500!! This is a perfect place that takes advantage of people women especially. It only costs two hundred and fifty nine dollars to get a bumper off of amazon. Do your research!
What a pleasure to walk into a business, and be greeted by friendly people who are sympathetic as to why you're there. The workmanship was as good as the attitude. They took on one of the auto industry most difficult three-stage paints, matched it, applied it, and made it indistinguishable from the original factory paint.Thank you Corey and crew!!

As sad as it makes me to take my baby into the shop I KNOW she’s in great hands with Bryce and the crew at Advanced. Heck it was his keen eye that noticed the tiny rust spot and came up with the idea to bed liner the interior for my off roasting adventures. It is so nice to have a local body shop I can trust ! My experience Robby and Advanced Collision Repair was fantastic. Easy to communicate with, efficient, friendly and on time. I had a slight problem 2 months after the repair, (The car is over 15 yrs old) I called, brought it in at my convenience. Expecting a longer wait I was there barely 10 minutes. For Minor collision repair go there.
Owner offered to quickly give me an estimate. There were some safety concerns as I wasnt aware how to remove my damaged spoiler. In the process I tried to secure it to minimize additional damage to my car as I traveled to acquire estimates and repair. I was happy when David removed the spoiler abd repaired car in two days. The other estimate disregarded attention to my safety and/or damage to my car, was more expensive and the repair was to take 10 days. So glad I found David's shop.
I can't praise the customer service and quality that I receive here enough! I've only had my car for a year and two months and its been hit THREE TIMES! I know, ridiculous. I can rest easy knowing that I can always trust this shop to have my car returned looking better than it did before another distracted driver slammed into it. Real quality service.
I gave them my car 31 of Jan because they were highly rated. I didn’t hear back from them for over three weeks when I started calling weekly. They always had an excuse and other cars they took care of before mine supposedly pushing back my fix weeks and weeks. After much hassling, they stated they would have it ready 25th of February, and now all of a sudden they are waiting on more parts! And it won’t be ready for at least another two more days. I recommend that you never use them again. It’s a waste of money and time. Plus the mechanics act like you’re a bother, so it’s best not to bother with them either.
Amazing body shop! We had a small repair required to the bumper on our Honda Odyssey. They fixed it in less than a day and at a lower cost than I expected to pay. The car is back to looking like new! Highly recommend.
Had my truck damaged in a car wash, the windshield was cracked, the frame around the drivers side window was scratched past the paint, and the drivers side window was scratched. my truck also has a very odd paint color (looks brown in some light, black in others, etc).
after a few days, they finished up, and the car looks brand new! could not tell anything had happened at all. fantastic work! even got my super duty windshield back, not a aftermarket windshield.
I would never go anywhere else to have my car repaired!
I had 2 softball sized circles where i used a scratch pad to get off some tree sap off my car(I know better now). I took my car over to Jeremiah's CarStar and they quoted me $553.98. I thought that was a little crazy so i took it over to Advanced Collision Repair and they fixed it in 10 minutes and it cost me nothing. I can't recommend this place any more. Will always come back to place for any repairs. Very down to earth people who understand their customers.
Side mirror was knocked completely off, and they repaired it so nicely that I wouldn't have guessed anything happened! Fast service in only a day was great for us too. The estimate was exactly our cost, and it was extremely fair. They even used some of the broken part that was salvageable to save us money. I will definitely come back to them if I have a damaged car in the OKC area!
I just got my car back and couldn't be happier. Everyone is super nice and professional, and made my car look like new! They worked with my insurance from the beginning, and made the process super easy. I would recommend them to anyone!
The body shop did good work, but it took entirely too long. It took them 2 weeks to repair our car that didn't even have much damage. Also, they would never call to update me and they acted annoyed and bothered whenever I called to get an update. For the first 3 days they had the car, it just sat there because they didn't send off the request for more funds from the insurance until I called to check on it. If you bring your car here, prepare to call a lot to check up on them otherwise there is no telling how long they will let your car sit there. The actual work they did looks really good like nothing ever happened to the car, but it shouldn't have taken 2 full weeks to repair a door that was hit by a car going under 5mph.
If you've ever sustained damage to your car like I did, and you don't know where to take your car because you've never had to deal with this before, I urge you to look no further than Advanced Collision Repair. They did a beautiful job for me and salvaged my 16 year old Corolla when I was afraid it would be totalled.
I got an estimate from my insurance beforehand and they did not go over it, yet they made my car look nearly new again. They even cleaned up a few things that were not on the itemized list of repairs, which I didn’t expect but very much appreciate. Best of all, one month later those repairs are still holding.
Dealing with car damage can be a very trying experience, but the Burdicks make the process so much easier with their kindness. They explained things to me without talking down to me, and the owner’s dad even gave me a ride home after I dropped off the car, and picked me up when it was ready. Granted, I live in Edmond, but that was something they didn’t have to do. I was impressed and grateful.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use Advanced Collision Repair again if, heaven forbid, I was in need of a body shop. They are small in size but big in service. You won’t regret it.
