Tim picked me up on the side of Kilpatrick turnpike. My car was undriveable and he was able to get my car in a position where it was towable. He got us off the highway and to the shop and was a chill dude throughout the issue.
Tim was was very friendly and knew what he was doing to get an EV onto his tow truck. Secured the left front wheel from moving with wheel harness and the rest with straps through wheels as he said this is best for Luxury vehicles. The also looked very carefully under the EV for any potential problems with the batteries being exposed or damaged.

I had a rental car break down after leaving the airport, and when I called the rental company’s 24-hour roadside assistance, no one answered and I was told the wait could be up to three hours. I called The Hook Up Towing & Recovery, and they immediately stepped in and took care of everything.
