The company I work for had to utilize towing services 4 times within the past month for our fleet. We used Paul's towing all 4 times. Paul and Brandon were both extremely prompt, professional, friendly, and helpful. They are on speed dial for the next time our fleet needs a tow. I would highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Paul’s Towing in Edmond. He showed up exactly when he said he would, was professional, friendly, and handled everything smoothly from start to finish. What impressed me most was his honesty — he accidentally overcharged me, immediately caught it, told me about it, and refunded the difference without me even asking. That kind of integrity is rare these days. Overall, reliable service and a genuinely good guy. I’d definitely use Paul’s Towing again.
This is the second time needing a tow in the last few months. I contacted Paul's because he was prompt at a fair price on the first time. I'm glad I did because Paul is also a mechanic and he was able and willing to get me on the road with a simple fix. He saved me at least a couple hundred dollars. He is an example of why Edmond is a great place to live and work.
Paul was excellent. I booked a tow because my battery was dead and I couldn’t get the car started even after trying to jump it twice. Paul arrived this morning got the car running quickly and saved me $150 by avoiding an unnecessary tow. If you need help don’t call anyone else Paul is the one to call.
My car battery died and I had no way to get it to the shop. However, Paul came to help me in 10 minutes, and he immediately got my car working again. He was friendly, professional, and very fast.
What a wonderful experience, they answered the phone right away, said they could be to me in 15 minutes and arrived in 12 minutes.. Update 3 Years later: still using Paul's Towing about once a year due to the joys of owning a toy and it breaking! Paul's towing has never let me down and they do a fantastic job in handling my car. :D
Brandon came through early morning to my house and handled my ford edge with care. He's taking it to my shop of choice and told me he'd get it dropped off so I don't have to make the trip up there. He was kind and professional and the rate was standard for the area. 10/10. Good way to to start the day all things considered.
Quick response and call back. Was able to meet me about 15 minutes after calling. Helped diagnosis the issue upon arrival and got the vehicle running. Very courteous and helpful and will call again when I need a tow in Edmond/OKC.
When I say this business have a fast response and very quick service to get to you... I definitely wanna say thank you to Paul.. he came and quickly got us from being stuck at the traffic light at a busy intersection in Edmond in 15 mins after getting off the phone with him.. and was very knowledgeable about the kind of foreign vehicle we was getting towed which was a BMW... and even had time to switch trucks to make sure he was able to help us all in 15mins and had gotten me and my wife home safely.. It’s hard in a small space to say enough good things about Paul’s Towing of Edmond. Wife and I live 90 miles from Edmond and had a doctor’s appointment there. It was a Friday afternoon. I needed to find a towing company fast as our vehicle broke down. I read some quick reviews on my phone and immediately called Paul’s Towing of Edmond.
Paul answered and said he could be where I was in 4-6 minutes. He kept his word and tried to assist me in getting back on the road with some minor diagnosis which he was accurate on, but my truck needed more than what could be provided without a shop. I asked him if he could recommend some auto repair places on a Friday afternoon. He not only did that, but called 3-4 places for us until one said they could fix it if we could be there by 2:00. Paul towed our truck and dropped us off after introducing us to the shop personnel at 1:40. We were immediately worked in and back on the road by 3:30. Thanks Paul for all of the assistance. We know this could not have come together without your assistance and determination. We are very appreciative of all your help.
My wife and I were driving home from Claremore last night and our alternator failed on us on the turnpike back to OKC. Mind you this was 3 AM when this happened. We called, we got an immediate answer and within 30 minutes our driver JM got us. Rate was fair and he did not mess around with us. Hopefully we never have to endure something like this again but if we do we will be unfortunate repeat customers .
We blew a tire and was stranded 1.3 miles from the hotel we had reservations for the night, no taxi service and Uber is a joke . So I called Paul's towing and he came within 30 minutes and towed our truck and gave us a ride to the hotel which is important as my wife has some medical issues, I would recommend him for anything, I couldn't ask for more.
Brandon was quick, kind, and knowledgeable. His Dad, Paul, has taught him well. I highly recommend Paul's Towing and they will be the ones I call any time I need service.
Car broke down on I-40 just after midnight. Paul answered quickly, determined my location, and got to me quickly. He was very helpful and quick to work. Pricing was fair and straightforward and Paul was very professional, polite, and efficient.

I wanted to thank Paul for coming out on such short notice. I live out our town and happened to pull to far on a parking curb and it took my bumper with it. I called Paul very anxious as I am a youg girl and didn’t know many people around we couldn’t do much but he got me put back on and was able to make it back home almost an hour and a half away! he was very nice and quick to get things done at a good price! Brandon helped me out with the tow when my car wouldn’t start. Over the phone he was very clear about the (surprisingly prompt) timeline in which he could arrive at my location, and he stuck to it. Once he arrived, he made a great first impression by running through some common troubleshooting ideas to fix my issue and potentially save me money. It was a pretty tricky issue, though, so we ended up loading my car on the truck. He was very considerate at that point, too, making sure my tires didn’t tear up the lawn I had been partially parked on. He drove very safely to the service center after that. I would recommend Brandon and the company to anyone in need of a tow.

Paul is amazing! He was ready to come help some ladies who broke down. He was quick to arrive, quick to hookup and tow our vehicle where we needed to take it for repairs. I am very grateful for Paul providing his car towing service. I had just bought an all electric car and was getting used to the charge capacity. Well, I ran out of juice a small but decent distance from my home. Luckily, I was able to park out of harm's way very easily without excess stressful labor from pushing. From home later on, I called Paul's Towing Service and immediately was in contact with Paul. They were waiting for me at my destination. This process was super fast and pleasant. They are extremely smart and well-skilled. They offer a wide, diverse array of services too. I highly recommend them to everybody.
I can not Boast enough about their promptness, customer service and great pricing. I had a rough start to my morning promising a 2 year old he was going to the splash pad. (A huge deal with Covid forcing us indoors all the time.) I get my 11 month old and 2 year old in their car seats just to realize my car was dead! Not even a turn over none of the automatic locks worked etc. I of course called my road assistance What a Joke! After trying to keep my kiddos happy for thirty minutes I call to check on the progress they haven’t even left! I canceled the service and called locally and Paul’s Saved the Day! They arrived in less than ten minutes I mean come on that’s amazing. The man I spoke with on the phone was so polite listening to my mom rant. The gentleman and woman who came to get us fixed up were so friendly, informative and helpful I couldn’t be more please I’m telling everyone about them! Don’t waste your time they’re the Real deal.
I contacted Paul's twice today, Paul answered the phone both times. He was very attentive and accommodating. Jeff was dispatched out to my house to haul my "luxury" vehicle to the service center at a local dealership. Jeff arrived promptly, was very professional and my car arrived the service center in pristine condition (all things considered). Not a scratch, dent or hand print. Not only did they provide excellent service they did so at a fair price. If I am ever in need of towing assistance again regardless of location, Paul's will be my first call!
