two days ago the vehicle i was driving died at the intersection. so these good Samaritans called 911 for me. suffice to say later a MWC police officer came & helped get the car to a safer spot. & yesterday early in the day i put in a request to have the vehicle towed to my house. the first towing company that was dispatched never showed & the driver never contacted me back to confirm. so i called & put in a second request for another towing company to be dispatched. finally this one shows up. want to say AJ is/was very polite, positive, & professional. if in the future had to use a towing company it would be this one.
Cowboy Mike drew a tough assignment with my wife's stuck car on Triplette road in Guthrie, OK but he remained positive and determined. With a great attitude and work ethic, he managed to get her car removed from the mud and back on the road. Great company! They came out and pulled us out of a muddy ditch when 2 other companies wouldn't even try and cancelled on us. The driver did a wonderful job and got it pulled out and towed to our destination quickly! We really appreciate them and highly recommend them!

They arrived on time. The gentleman was polite, professional, explained everything. He new what he was doing. Excellent service. Paper work thru insurance was already taken of. Thousand stars to this wrecker. Only took ten minutes or less to get my car out of the ditch
Based on how their drivers drive (no turn signals, tail-gaiting, speeding 10-15 over in the city) and their inability to take criticism in negative reviews makes this a place I will never use and wouldn’t recommend.
Blaming the customer for bad service isn’t how you attract business.
Case in point with their response to this review. Choose to represent the company better. Drivers are advertising for the business and how the business responds to reviews is a direct reflection of how the business conducts itself. Both of which are fair to criticise and review.
Early Saturday morning my carburetor decided to transform into a gasoline fountain, essentially stranding me with no way to move the car but push. J&M Pro towing was the best possible option my insurance dispatcher could have sent.
Gabriel was communicative, friendly, and prompt, handling my car with care and professionalism that spoke to his experience and great customer service. I felt taken care of with the knowledge that my Classic car was in the hands of someone who knew what they were doing.
Having your car break down is always stressful, but J&M definitely eased the anxiety of an unpleasant situation. I would 100% suggest them for your towing needs.
I'm from the east Coast (Pennsylvania) was heading back east when my vehicle shut off on interstate 44 in Jones Oklahoma progressive dispatched j and m towing and we had the absolute best tow truck driver (Michael) he went out of his way above and beyond to help my family in a time of unexpected need we truly can't thank Him enough super nice didn't take long to get there and he made us feel like we knew him for years we were very appreciative of his hospitality if I owned a business I would absolutely want him as a employee thanks Michael and j and m you have an excellent employee with him he went above and beyond to help us.
My car wouldn’t start & the key wouldn’t come out of the ignition. I called an Uber to get home. The gentleman figured out I had left the car in gear. But the Uber driver gave me a job lead & I had a great chat with the guy that I really wish I’d gotten his name.
After calling multiple towing companies, J&M was the most helpful and was able to get to my car within 30 minutes! So thankful for this company and will use them again if needed!
Horrible service! I was involved in a wreck at 10:30am. My insurance company contacted J&M and i repeatedly got the run around. Waited over three hours in the rain for a tow truck and they never came. Very rude and inconsiderate staff. Save your time and money and choose a reputable company that cares about consumers.
I had my 97 Honda Civic hatchback towed due to having some motor problems. J&M called me and showed up within a reasonable time frame. Driver was extremely helpful. Safe and efficient especially since my car is lowered. Got my car dropped off safely with no issues. Definitely recommend them!
Arrived in less than 10 minutes, got out and introduced himself and was ready to get to work. EXTREMELY kind gentleman. Knowledgeable about vehicles and how to service. He actually fixed our problem and didn’t even have to tow it. I would recommend this company hands down!!
Had my motorcycle towed the guy dropped it while unloading it and broke the clutch handle assembly and the mirror off snapped 2 pictures real fast and jumped in his truck and took off. When I called the dispatch office the guy was rude and wanted to put it off on me and hung up the phone.

Very unprofessional and rude staff. Blocks street so traffic can not get in or out. Left tire drag marks in my driveway. I took pictures of it and he said that it would do nothing for me. As he pulled away he yelled out his window. "Have fun getting your car back" I have that part on video.

My car broke down on the side of the road and J&M Pro Towing came within 15 minutes or less! My car was loaded and unloaded quickly (with some super skills I might add!) at my house. Will definitely recommend and use again if necessary.
Used today to recover my vehicle off my driveway to the repair shop. This was an exceptional towing event. Courtesy, care, professionalism, kindness. I appreciated them coming out. If I have need for a tow again, my go-to solution will be J&M Pro.
I don’t usually do reviews, but today I’m going to. Last night my transmission died on me when I was as coming home from work at ISMC. I was stranded, but State Farm Roadside put me in touch with this company and they sent Brandon out to help me out. Super friendly guy and was also great at his job, had it up on the rig quick and was knowledgeable and caring when he dropped it off at my apartment. He made sure that when it would be towed again that the next tow truck driver could get to it without too much hassle. Highly recommend this place if you need assistance, and hope you run into Brandon. Found out later he had been there just over a month which makes the job he did even more amazing! Thankful for the help last night, definitely made a terrible evening better!
Was informed that when my spare rim broke out the back glass on my vehicle that I would be reimbursed for the repair by either my deductible being paid, or to avoid having to go through their insurance the owner has a "slush fund" where these accidents can be paid out of from employees paycheck contributions. Owner shrugged off responsibility not because his employee has a "soft heart", but because "he's just a driver" and couldn't possibly know the policy and procedure of his employer. Lesson learned. Perhaps you should better inform your employees when they speak on behalf of the company.
Please do not use this company. If your automobile is damaged during transport the owner will just say that he refuses to pay for the damages that his employee caused. The employee admitted it was his fault and said that his employer would take care of the damage, but when the bill arrives he refuses to pay. Very shady business practice and legal action is now being taken.
So I had a blow out tire this evening. And called my insurance provider for road side. And paired me with J&M Pro Towing. I’ll be honest, after the first 2 failed attempts at the others. This company came out clutch. After my insurance called me, Gabriel called me 5 minutes later and said “man I’m on my way.” I would recommend Gabriel all day man and in my honest opinion just puts you at ease. You just want to get the car moving and to it’s destination, and that’s exactly what he did! Much respect to him and J&M Pro. Got me to my destination to be with my family. So thank you guys!
We HIGHLY recommend J&M Pro Towing! We waited for over 5 hours for CD Dollar LLC. to come pick up our stranded vehicle before the roadside assistance company fired them from the job. They never showed, never called, and wasn’t very helpful or reassuring when called them ourselves to try to find out what was going on. Then the company called J&M Pro Towing to come help us out. J&M called before the provider could even text us the information about them coming. Very professional, courteous, and very prompt. From calling to arrival was less than 30 minutes! They took our horrible experience and made it way better. We just wish they would’ve called J&M Pro Towing first. Thank you!!!
