After AAA made my daughter and I wait 14 hours and call four times to understand why their subcontracted tow trucks just weren't coming, it was time to find my own service. I called Tony's, and Tony himself immediately picked up. Friendly and helpful, Tony quickly got my details, quoted me a fair rate and gave me a terrific timeline, telling me where he was and exactly what he had to do prior to coming out. He agreed to follow up on his way to me, and said he had his phone with him in case I needed to reach him again. I will definitely call Tony first next time!

Tony (the owner) answered the phone & he was friendly & professional. He came to help me within 15 minutes of me calling & had me back to my house in no time. This is the quickest anybody has ever come to tow me & I appreciated that SO much!! Super nice guy & he answered any question I had. He even let me sit in his air conditioned truck while he billed me for the tow. (I was going to pay cash but be aware the hook-up fee is $125; less than other local towing places currently charge bcuz of gas prices. About $155 in total.)
If I ever need a tow again I know who to call. Thanks again Tony!
The people at A-OK Towing are very respectful and compassionate. My college student daughter was in an accident and Brian the tow driver treated her well. I spoke with Tony on the phone several times (we live in TN she lives in OK) and he was always courteous, helpful and available to talk.
