They just fixed my car after an accident and they did a beautiful job. The staff was easy to communicate with and very helpful. I drove from OKC to use this shop and couldn’t recommend it more

This place took care of my car that was involved fender bender. This is an All State (policy holder's insurance not mine) repair shop that has won awards and was told they push vehicles out faster with All State insurance claims. I got my car back in 8 days & she looked brand spanking new. I would totally recommend them if you need body repairs

This shop is horrible the people are very nice but they take no pride in their work. My wife’s car was recently hit and we had to have the front quarter and bumper repaired/replaced. I looked over the car before leaving and the fender and bumper were miss aligned I noticed he was missing a bracket in the upper portion. I know this car and when I asked why the bracket was missing I was told it was only a guide…… the bracket has a bolt that connects the fender to the bumper….. come on guys you can do better. At the very least the car needs to leave your shop with all the parts it came in with smh. Quality and pride in your work has died with accountability. I’ll complete the work myself as I know fighting with a company is useless. But I recommend you keep looking if your about to have them work on YOUR car.

This place is a nightmare. I have Allstate and thanks to this horrible shop trying to milk insurance claims for damages it didn’t even have that they weren’t authorized to add to the claim via a supplement; I was forced to fight a fraud investigation (I won obviously) and opted to hire and attorney. I called a week ago demanding their manager contact me as I was trying to figure out why my rear end and quarter panel were added to this claim as they had no damage. The only damage the rear end of my car had from this accident was the back drivers tire having flattened from debris. The only way there could have been damage to the back would have been on the undercarriage from the same debris that took the tire out. Instead they do the initial estimate for exactly what I detailed was in this wreck, after break down if there is additional damage not visible to the naked eye you would submit a supplement for insurance to cover. Tell me why but they proceed to try adding rear end and passenger quarter panel damage that would have been able to be seen if it was actually there when the initial claim was filed. This forced me to pay for a rental car out of pocket for 3 weeks as we fought a fraud investigation (which I won but they don’t want to cover the new claimed damages unless I pay a second deductible despite it being the company they sent my car too that is responsible however I am not even sure the claimed damage even exists at this point). Apparently that is because this damage would have occurred on their property on a separate date. I went through the wrecker that towed it there to get photos from him as well to prove my rear end had no damage when dropped off at this shop. There was nothing aside from dirt to be seen in those images. I still have yet hear from management. I still have yet to see my car, and had to call them again today to inform them they are not to touch it or file anything with my insurance. So if this is the risk you wanna take by dealing with this shop, go for it. If you want a shop that isn’t trying to milk insurance for as much money as possible by either filing fraudulent supplements, or trying to add on random things without consent (or they damaged my car themselves and figured they could con their way into being paid to repair it I’m not entirely sure there) than this is the shop for you! Neither option is ideal nor was it what I expected to hear last week but here we are. Apparently Stacy is the one they have that does their estimates. They have an older woman working reception that is either incapable of notifying management of issues, or management simply doesn’t care to actually address them. I am not entirely sure which is the actual issue.

I brought my car here after I had an accident per my insurance company referral. Brian seemed like a nice enough guy to work with but I got my car back, it was shaking like something was wrong with the tires, and my tire pressure monitoring system kept going on/off. We brought it back and it was still doing the same thing. Long story short, we had to bring my car back 4 times before the shaking was actually taken care of. My tire pressure monitoring system light is still going on/off and Brian was quite rude with my husband the last time he called. Needless to say I have called my insurance company to see about bringing my car to the dealership to figure the light out.

I definitely would recommend them for quality, time, dependability and integrity. The only reason I'm giving four starts instead of five is that I did have to go back inside before leaving to have them fix a safety feature light on the dash that shouldn't have been on (which they did fix within maybe 10 or 15 minutes) and that there were two or three times I was told I would be called and had to call them instead. Other than that I am extremely pleased with their work. Stacy (not sure if that's how it's spelled) told me they would do everything they could to have it done within five business days and they did exactly that. I took it in on Monday morning and got it back on Friday evening, roughly 30 minutes before they closed. They sent someone to pick me up when it was ready and he was so nice and friendly. The lady at the front desk also is really nice. Actually, everyone was nice and seemed really down to earth. They even did something that I didn't know they would do and which was a nice touch -- they vacuumed it out and had it looking all nice for me when I came to pick it up. They also worked with my insurance so that I didn't have that added stress. I can't really speak toward cost because it was $1,000 out of my pocket regardless since that's my deductible and insurance covered the rest. One other thing is unlike other shops I had contacted, I didn't have to drop it off with them for a day for them to give me an estimate. They did that initial estimate on my lunch break.

I had a positive experience with the team at the body shop. They were not only very nice but also quite busy, which is a good sign! They maintained regular communication with me, and the repairs (a bumper replacement) took about a week. On the day I went to pick up my car, my battery died. Thankfully, they were kind enough to help me change it since I didn’t have any tools with me. Norma and Stacy were especially understanding and supportive during that situation. I didn’t catch the names of the other two guys who helped, but I want to extend my thanks to them as well. While I don’t personally know many people who need body shop work, I will definitely recommend this place whenever the opportunity arises.

They did a great job on my truck, had a little delay but they stayed in communication with me the whole time. Insurance process was easy, would definitely recommend this place to anybody needing body work.

I have nothing but great things to say about City Collision! When I drop off my Telluride. They gave me a lift up the road to rental car place. They kept me informed on my car and let me know when it would be ready. They did awesome work and vacuum our my car. They for sure will have my business! Thanks, yall!! Special thanks to Norma!

Everybody was very helpful and friendly. First time I ever had to take my vehicle for this kind of for repair but overall it was a really good experience

They do decent work when they actually work on your vehicle… they will have you drop it off and then not touch it for a week or longer… most folks would rather have their vehicle until closer to time of repair, or like me, save on rental cost.

I had my car worked on about a month ago. Went back because my front fender came apart that they worked on and they won’t fix it. Wish I could give them a no star. Would not recommend unless you want your car to fall apart after they “work” on it.

I had my Jeep in the shop for over 3 weeks I believe (it had front end damage and the hood was replaced). When I picked it up, I got about a half mile down the road and my "Check auxiliary battery" light came on, along with the "stop/start maintenance" light with a message saying "Start/Stop unavailable, Hood is Open". I called City Collision to explain the issue. The lady, Stacy, tried to reference a Jeep recall for the "Hood open" alert going on and off. I was not buying that. She spoke to me in a very condescending tone and tried to convince me that it was going to be the Jeep Dealership's problem, not theirs. She says "...you don't agree...?" after seeing the look on my face. I said "...uh, no. You guys replaced the hood, my alert is for the hood...I think it's going to be on you guys." Well I guess City Collision doesn't agree because they have refused to help me or fix my dashboard to the condition it was when I handed my car over to them. I was talked down to and refused to be helped after asking nicely over and over. I will also be reporting them to the BBB.

We took our vehicle to have a repair done to it. They had it back in the time they said. I also was very impressed when I received it back, it had been detailed and was beautiful inside and out. Great experience and thanks for going above and beyond for your clients! Well done!

Picked up our car today. Everyone we’ve dealt with was friendly and helpful. The car did take a few days longer than originally estimated but that is to be expected sometimes. The car was also washed and detailed which was a super nice surprise. Fingers crossed we don’t have to, but we would definitely use City Collision again!

Receptionist not helpful when I tried to contact my estimator to obtain update. The estimator was out and the receptionist told me no one else could give me an update, I would have to call back to speak with the estimator. Her tone was not friendly or helpful at all, in fact it was rude and uncaring. The estimator was great and the work was top quality.

Very unprofessional business and overall terrible experience. They had my car for 27 days for minor fender work. I have never been treated the way I was at this business. I will never ever use this place again. You try to call them and find out what's taking so long for the repair and they tell you "don't call me back, I will call you " but then they don't!! Then when you do call, you can never get through to them. Worst experience I've ever had with a repair shop! I'd give them a zero rating but one is all that google will except!! Same experience as Cindi as it was a shared vehicle.

Can’t recommend this place enough. I was rear ended by a bad person with no insurance recently. I’m 23 and had never been through dealing with insurances, deductibles, repairs , & all of this process was extremely stressful and frustrating for me. As soon as my car ended up here , things started looking up. Matthew worked with me every step of the way, answered when I called and thoroughly explained me through all my questions and worries. They were kind, professional and quick! They handled a lot of the conversations with insurance and definitely gave me 100% effort. From the lovely girl in reception at the front, to every tech I met with, everybody was friendly and efficient. 10/5 stars. Thank you!!!

Unfortunately needed bodywork after a wreck, but Progressive sent me here and I'm so glad! Matthew was awesome about communicating what was going on with my car and I picked it up today. It looks brand new! I'm glad to know about this place just in case for the future.

My new truck was badly damaged during a hail storm. I took my truck to city collision and talked to Joe and he really took care of me. He kept me updated throughout the process and was very personable and professional. The repairs look great. Thanks Joe and City Collision.

Had work done to my car here twice. They did excellent work and got my vehicle back to me on time with no issues. I highly recommend you get a quote here before going anywhere else.

Mathew communicated well about the repairs and the cost. He even had my rental extended due to weather. When I was diagnosed with covid they allowed me to pick up my car contactless. Every one in this buisness was friendly and ensured I was taking care of! Best of all, my car came back cleaner than it was before!

I’ve had to have my car repaired twice now. Once due to being rear ended and another due to being hit in the parking lot at work. I found this place due to the first accident. Their insurance recommended them, so I decided to go with it. I decided to have them fix my car after the second accident because of the amazing work they did on my car the first time, and the customer service. I can’t begin to tell you how wonderful their customer service is. Back in December 2019 and today in May 2020 their customer service has been 20/10 every time.

It has been over a year since my car has been repaired by city collision repair in Del city. It is still running beautifully. Thank you. I am so grateful for their excellent workmanship. They are worthy of your business. They have my highest regards.

I cannot say enough about the service that CCR provides. I was fortunate enough to have Kevin as my advisor, and he literally took care of everything from A-Z, including a rental, and even delivered it to me. The only thing that could have been better is if he brought me lunch too. :) My vehicle was completed ahead of schedule and looks immaculate. Do not take your vehicle anywhere else. This is the place you want to repair your vehicle, and have you back on the road safely, and in no time. Thank you to Kevin, and ancillary staff.

I had chosen this location to repair my vehicle and they were excellent! My car looks like new! The guys at the shop kept me up to date, making sure I knew when to expect my repairs to be done. Great customer service and great work! Would definitely reccomend!
