I was rear ended and my car was undrivable. Nick showed up and pulled my car to their tow yard. Then when he found out that I didn't have a ride home, he got in his trailblazer and took me home. Now that's what I call service. Real cool dude and very professional about his job. I'll definitely use this establishment again.
Excellent service. I can't say enough about the professionalism about Young's Towing. The gentleman was very nice and came out quickly to remove my car off the side of the road. Next time i need a towing service i will definately be calling Young's Towing. Also, the receptionist was very nice to.
Very cheap place.... Pretty sure they are the cheapest in OKC. Excellent SERVICE!!! Howard showed up on time did a fabulous job. While he was working hard he had my family laughing very funny guy. Thanks Howard for making this an easy process. When I need another towing it will be young's towing.

The owner Nick broke the driveway of my childs home and now doesn't want to assume any responsibility he is quick to say its a bad foundation but no thats not the problem he broke a area if the driveway so he needs to fix it but he doesn't want to fix it. He's quick to charge but only wants to do things on his time when he was supposed to have towed the vehicle that day but waited almost 2 days later that is not acceptable either. He will fix this driveway!
Ran out of gas on I 40 in construction zone they brought me gas at no charge that's unheard of these days great to know people still exist like this thank you guys very much if anyone is wondering this place is awesome with caring people!
Getting towed sucked. What also sucked was getting hosed. When I called, I was given a cost that was clear to me. I write everything down and note it in notebook. I was told it was 320. 00 . I called back and asked if that up till today or tomm. Since it was after hours. It was current day and any thing after was 20.00 p day. It was Tuesday. Things weren't falling in line. So I called Thursday again to verify it was 360. And if they could get insurance out of glovebox for their requirements. At this time I was told it was 388. And some change. When I asked why I was told one thing and charged another, I was very upset. Nobody could tell me why it was a different price. And if left there till next day, it would be 50 more some fee plus 26 for day. So now I had to run around like a lunatic and borrow money because I already used whole check . for them to drive car , less than 2 miles then tell me. My bill was 18 more w out any accountability to explain difference was very frustrating. So to all who reads this don't just take their word for it. Have them put in writing and email it to you. So after cops screw u over, don't get hosed by wrecker too! Most people submit to do whatever they tell them to because they are out of time and money.Service was average but timely exterior looked like a small shack. My car contents appeared to be all there.
I’m sad I had to give you the one star. You illegally held our property wouldn’t give us a price to get it out and then when we could get it out and after we did you sent a letter stating you had our property. You didn’t say for how long you had it! You could squash this give us our money you unethically stole or talk to my sisters attorney in court Nick Young if that’s not your legal name you know I’ll find out. :) DO GOOD BUSINESS IN OUR COMMUNITY! I shouldn’t have to school you.

Legally in Oklahoma you can only charge 15 for motorcycle storage a day. We were charged 26.90 a day illegally! MAKE THIS RIGHT!
Howard was great and helpful, his customer service was top tier. He genuinely went the extra mile. He helped problem solve when I needed a two new tires. It was a true pleasure working with him. Howard showed great compassion.
The owner Nick has an employee there that will not return our motorcycle and instead of nick answering or returning a call like an owner of a company we get ignored. Howard pay for your bike or give us our property back before you all are taken to court.
We called, left business cards, talked to your secretary (who pointed you out NICK) to come talk to you and you lied and said it wasn’t you after your secretary pointed you out.
Your employee had our property, we tried to get it back and you guys said you didn’t have it on file (no fees were being added daily because you were not charging Howard. When Howard couldn’t pay we tried to get our bike back. Then after days y’all had a crazy number over 1400 dollars which is paid. You shouldn’t be allowed to have a business good sir. It’s embarrassing for you. You need to rip people in your community off like that? Lawyers have been contacted so see you guys in court. I’m over dealing with people who suck. I own a business on 15th. Your guy dropped an 800 dollar set of tires and did we have to give that back no? Did we yes! This is getting ridiculous and I’m thinking about going to the bbb about this as well. The bike was wrecked because your employee wrecked it Nick!
My name is Amber, I wanted to share the wonderful experience I just had with Young’s Towing!!! I was stuck on the side of the road for an hour bc my tire went flat and I don’t have a jack that is big enough for my truck. I called everyone I could think of but no one could help, and I asked everyone who stopped at the gas station but no luck. Then this sweet man named Howard, in a tow truck, stopped and asked if he could help. I told him that it would be great but I didn’t have any cash. He said that’s ok, don’t worry about that, let me help you change your tire. He changed my tire and got me back on the road. THANK YOU Howard!!! You came through for me when no one else would. You are absolutely amazing!!! It’s hard to find anyone who still cares and wants to help people now days.

Very helpful, very prompt, Got me set up to meet for tow. On time kind knew what they were doing and for my car where it needed to be. Cash or cash app, which was super beneficial cause I didn't have cash. And well, if it's not cash, it's on a card! 10/10 service 10/10 recommend!! Keep up the good work!

Im from out of town, my car broke down on me, I had them tow my truck to a shop near by, once there the owner of the shop said he wouldn’t be able to even look at my vehicle until next week, knowing we were from out of town, the driver went out of his way and called shops around that he knew, he was able to find a place that could look at it as soon as the same day. If it weren’t for him, I would’ve had no idea where to take it, he was a real life saver. Very well prices as well!
Fast and professional service. I was stuck for nearly 4 hours waiting on AAA tow and they never arrived. Called Young’s and within 5 minutes I had my car up and being towed to the shop. I am so grateful and the gentleman that towed my car was so helpful and professional! Would recommend 10 out of 10!
I had an issue where I was double charged and they resolved it within 24hrs. Also, fair price for the tow I needed done. I wasn’t near the vehicle when it needed towing nor did I leave the keys but it was not a problem. Gentleman was pleasant to speak with, very speedy service and overall great experience, thank you

I cannot remember the mans name for the life of me and I’m so sorry for that but these guys are amazing!! After dealing with my unreliable insurance road side assistance program for over an hour and 20mins I called these guys and he was honest about his timing and showed up when he could, meanwhile my roadside assistance was still not even on the way. He got to me and he fast and friendly and very helpful!! These are some really awesome people and they made my night even though it started poorly.

Young's was very good to me! I had to stop in several times after my car accident to retrieve items and they were so nice to let me do that one day right after hours. They were amazing for that! They don't even realize how much.! Thank you so much Young's! That was a very hard time for me.
