Workers in yard have no clue what you are asking them, lady in the front desk is rude, lady with that attitude just stay home nobody wants to deal with that, and the manager as well, Kenyon I believe is his name, he did mumble if I didn't see the part yesterday when I bought it. New parts fail can you imagine a used part, they also charge a 30% fee if you return one of their failed parts so watch out. Try online there is good parts and sometimes cheaper.
I'm not one to talk bad about a business but customer service goes a long way. So much that I bypassed this place which is literally 3 minutes away from me to go all the way on May street to a diffirent place that had the same product but the other place had it for 20 dollars more. I refuse to give a company my business or hard earned money to be talked to rudely . I called this place looking for a part for my vehicle. The woman that answered the phone first just said hello, so I didn't even know if this was a business or someone's personal line. So as I proceed to say hello back she hangs up in my face. No big deal maybe there was a bad connection. So I called back, the same woman answered this time at least saying the business name. I proceed to ask do they have my part available and she is by far the rudest woman I have encountered . She was very dry and you could tell she didn't want to be there or on the phone with me . I ask her how much the part is she tells me and I ask what time they close and she rudely tells me . So I decided to call one more place to see if I could find it cheaper. The place I called had the part but it was 20$ more but the guy was very customer friendly , answered my questions and even gave me insight on things I didn't know as well. Now this place was further so I called the woman back and asked since the part was in the car still do I need to do a deposit or anything how does your process work. And she rudely takes a deep breath and says well just come down tell us what u want and we will pull it for you. The way she said it and went about the entire encounter was rude, and unprofessional and just not right . I've owned a business and I've worked in customer service pretty much my entire working life . If she worked for me I would definately fire her. So now I decided to take my money elsewhere and spend more , not to mention drive more of a distance. All because of customer service . So thank u rude lady for letting me find out how unimportant my business is . I will never be contacting this establishment again solely because of her
Great place to check for parts that other auto stores don't have. Staff is rather friendly, and will accept a return as long as you have the receipt. They get the part for you, also they have mechanical knowledge so that is a plus.
Have bought 2 LS engines that were claimed to be around 140k both were not and I verified it with a carfax as I was able to get the vin from the vehicles they pulled the engines from. They conveniently remove the odometer and then lie about the mileage. Never again. Should be ashamed of doing business this way.
Del City pickup parts was the best place for me to get a replacement passenger side tail lamp for my '99 Dodge Dakota in a rush! They had them on hand, used. Sitting on the shelf! And I will say it was under $30 which is a big help. Thank y'all for helping me out today!
I've always had good luck with Del City Pick up the last 30 years but my last visit I was highly disappointed. All I needed was a simple hydraulic line that connects from the top of the rack and pinion to the power steering pump on my 2007 Silverado. As soon as I walked in showed the lady behind the counter my defective line she knew instantly they probably didn't have one, but I've been in the lot with the attendant many times and have seen those hydraulic lines all over. Asked to go back in the lot as usual and was denied. 30 minutes later as I sat and waited I was informed they didn't have one. Wished I believed that but I don't. So thanks a lot for nothing. I will no longer shop at Del City Pickup Parts again
I was just riding with my sister that I had to stop she said she got a good deal so I haven't personally dealt with them and I just know the place isn't a good location
Great customer service knowledgeable staff always willing to educate and assist in any manner even going beyond their job requirements. I would definitely suggest this place to be over other salvage yards because of the cleanliness and product quality if you're wanting to replace renew or change your truck parts seating or stereo equipment
They did not have the parts I needed for my 2016 Ram ProMaster 1500. But their internet's told them where I could get it. And they shared that information with me freely. Super impressed by their knowledge and their friendliness.
This is the only place to go to get parts for your older model vehicles. I needed two separate parts to repair my sons radio and went to this business on two separate occasions and was given exceptional service and the exact parts needed both times. Thank you for actually providing the service you advertise and at more than reasonable rates. Literally cannot say enough good things about this business
They were amazing ! Customer service was perfect ! I had a emergency , my glass shattered on my GMC envoy xl , on my back windshield it was bad . Called almost every place in town was quoted well over 600 and up for the replacement. Called a couple local auto parts store and they were well over priced as well! I called Del city and they were fast with replying back to me in the price and it was way more reasonable then the other local stores ! I would definitely recommend them ! I will be returning for more parts as well.
After a 3 week daily web search We bougjt a rear axle assembly we found online from Del City. Great price, Great part. Shipping only took 3 business days all the way to western Colorado. They were very helpful through it all.

Good selection of parts. Some mechanics seem to make things harder then it is when they pull parts. Generally, I wait longer for them to move vehicles with the forklift then it would just to take the part off where it sits.
DCP had the part to solve a 10 year annoyance. Austin was very helpful in verifying the part needed was available before I drove to the shop. I will be back. Clean bathroom
these guys were super helpful! they even took off my taillight to make sure I had the right part, then they put it on for me, for free. overly nice, will definitely buy from them again.
Good people who sell for decent prices. Their only downfall is that at times they can be short with you if you don't know what your talking about or start asking them crazy technical questions like they are a help center.
