I had issues with my car and I needed a tow truck, I called 3 different tow trucks that said they couldn’t do it because my car was too low to the ground. I got in contact with Ernie’s and they showed up in 15 minutes just like they said, professional and friendly. He carefully loaded my vehicle in to the flat bed and made me feel that my vehicle was in good hands. I will 100% be using their services again

They stole my.truck!! They impounded it, then sold it (at a "private on site auction") without ANY attempt to notify me, and we live on the same street! THAT IS ILLEGAL!!! DO NOT let these guys tow your vehicle to their lot or you probably won't ever see it again. Outright THIEVES!!! Lawsuit inbound!
Too bad I have to leave 1 star. Our insurance provider chose the company to tow our car to the shop. Unfortunately, this was the one chosen. Horrible, horrible customer service. He called me & said “do you still need a tow? Are the keys in it?” I told him, “yes, I need a tow. I’ll be home in 30 minutes.” He said, “call me when you get home. I’m doing a different job.” HE HUNG UP ON ME. I just had to stare at my phone for a second because I was so stunned. I reluctantly called him when I got home. I asked him who he is, who he works for, etc. Our insurance said they were sending a tow truck & so did the shop, so I needed to know who was actually getting it. The “man” didn’t even introduce himself when he initially called me. I told him he should be more professional. He told me not to tell him what to do & hung up on me. Hanging up on potential customers seems to be his specialty. I received a call from my insurance company about 5 minutes later saying he told them I no longer needed a tow. It’s CRAZY this man still has a job. Even crazier if he’s the owner.
Poor customer service had a tow scheduled for a certain time , come to find out they don’t do that. Reached out to manager and he was rude and tone was disrespectful when asked why he said that’s how I talk. No heads up from person towing stating that something came up and he would be running behind .Just a overall bad experience

Cruz arrived within 10 minutes of me calling on a Saturday afternoon. He was super careful loading my car, making sure the low front didn’t scrape on the tow truck ramp. Highly recommend him, even though I hope I don’t need to call him again.

Omar showed up and was pleasant and professional.
I was so impressed with Ernie’s truck and Omar’s service that I called Ernie’s directly two weeks later to pick up a vehicle for us that we had purchased in north Enid. This time Michael showed up and was also very pleasant and professional.
My hat is off to Antonio and Ernie’s for the great service and their professional drivers.

Had my fiance's focus die on 23rd Street and couldn't get it going again. I called and Cruz was there within an hour or so picking up the car and got it home quick and safe. Even steered it into its spot without the power steering working. Awesome dude, great work and affordable. Hopefully I won't need to use a tow truck soon but if I do I am calling them!
Had Antonio pick up my truck and bring it to a shop and then bring it to my house almost immediately due to the mechanic telling my truck would need an engine. Arrived in a very great timely manner and was very kind and talkative. Would definitely recommend using this service to have a vehicle toed.

3rd times a charm! I waited 3 hours for 2 other tow trick companies to show up and help me tow my truck out of a garage and they bailed on me. Antonio showed up and was able to jump my truck enough to get it out of the garage and onto the truck, no issues. He truly helped save my day! Excellent customer service and very prompt. I will save them for any future service needs.

This was not an ordinary tow, it was a 30 ft travel trailer, Tony went beyond service to get my travel trailer hooked up. The travel trailer was tow 51 miles on the highway in traffic, very dangerous but we made it to the RV repair business without incident. Tony was very professional, friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend this company!!!
