Head 2 tow is the lowest price around! After a long strenuous day and literally calling EVERY other place around this was the least expensive place around. The lady on the phone made it easy to communicate exactly where we were and put us in contact with the driver immediately. The driver got to us in 40 minutes and from the second he got there did everything he could to protect the vehicle in transit from further damage. The care and understanding of the situation was unreal. 5 star treatment. Great communication, fantastic protection, and for that price, they can't be beat.
While it is never ideal to have your car towed, Abby addressed my concerns professionally, without brushing me aside, correcting an error even after the fact. She genuinely cared about my situation and I appreciate that more than she can know, Thank you!
Absolute worst. I would not recommend to my worst enemy. My mother in laws car was towed by this company after a car accident. They gave us the run around on releasing the car to the insurance company. They said to bring mom up to sign the release forms, but when we arrived, they said we had to have a release from the PD. We went to the PD and they said we did not need a release. The PD had to call the company to tell them they did not need this form and to release the vehicle at the owners request. This company is rude, they talk over you, don't listen and are very unprofessional. They do not know what they are doing. If this company is your only choice, we wish you luck.

They’re money grabbers. First they were very sweet and professional then told me I wait to wait because of a police pick up ( they never told me this when this happened, I had to call and find out) They cancelled my pick up (though I never agreed to it) had me waiting 4-5 hours for a pick up I was there 10 mins before them GAVE THE MAN MY KEY they called my husband (even though he gave them my number and I spoke to them several times) and claimed there was wait time when I LITERALLY JUST SAID IN THIS TEXT THAT I WAS THERE 10 minutes before them, and left my key in the car and then tried to charge an extra $50 for me being there minutes before them … how can you charge $50 for what wait time ?????? Yall cancelled smh… I don’t know don’t care. The service was extremely unprofessional, the drivers pulled up eating a pizza and everything never again. I should have trusted the ratings .
