During my recent solo road trip, my exhaust pipe disengaged itself and started dragging on the highway. I alerted my husband, who was at home, a few states away. He used our insurance app to contact roadside help. (Between the two of us, he’s the techie - and the one who thinks logically, while I tend to think of more creative ways to solve problems. This isn’t always practical, of course, so my husband was the winner of this issue - and I’m totally fine with that!)
A gentleman arrived shortly, and told me my options. I chose one, and he repaired my Jeep accordingly, which meant I was able to get back on the road.
He was prompt, courteous, friendly, and professional. I was very happy with the experience.
After having a total LF tire Blow Out , and many calls Night Shift was the only wrecker to show up at 2:00 am . Did not get the drivers name but very grateful to him and his assistance! Not to mention the extremely reasonable rate ! Thank You !!!

The tow truck driver pulled up as I started trying to push my vehicle. He had actually just gotten off of the night shift. He did not have to stop. He did not have to take my truck to my house. He did not have to be so kind. But he was and he did. I could not be anymore appreciative. I will never use another towing company. I will always check to see if they can make a call to the vicinity that we need them. Good job NTR y’all have a really good guy working for you, we were blessed.
Travis towed our car for us and was the nicest tow truck driver I’ve ever used. Professional, great communication, arrives before the time he said he would be there. I highly recommend!!
We were in town for funeral and so stressed out. My husband locked the keys in the car., Young man that showed up to work on my car, which was very difficult due to the way my doorhandles are, and he was very calm, very polite and very patient until he finally got the latch to release. My car made him work for it but he got it done and we were very grateful thank you young man and keep up the good work
Super grateful for the quick and kind costumer service I received. I'm a hospice nurse and found myself stranded and needed roadside assistance. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Great communication even after I was on the road again.

Travis & Jordan changed my flat tire this morning in 17° weather with chills of too cold for a flat!! In a matter of minutes! Very pleasant and helpful. Best towing company probably in the whole state of OK! We got stranded on a highway after my car broke down 20 miles from our stay and Nightshift Towing was the only company that would come tow my car! And they were farther than other companies who were only 10 miles away. The employee was friendly and very helpful to us and got us and the car to our Air B&B safely! Very grateful for their service and help!
I recommend NightShift Towing because they respond quickly and provided excellent customer service. I needed my car towed and was told I would have to wait for an hour and a half. But the truck arrived in 10 minutes! Nice staff too.

Our daughter hit a deer and after kind of a rough start with the insurance and communication, NightShift was fantastic! I would definitely contact them again if we had to use a tow service! Cassie was awesome and had great communication with me the entire time the vehicle was being transferred.
Tow service was dispatched to me through my insurance. Driver was incredibly nice even though he was having to take this last minute emergency job at the end of a long shift. Would definitely recommend!
Hubert was a lifesaver!!! We had been waiting all day for another towing company to come and pickup our truck and take it to an auto shop when we finally had to cancel them after waiting several hours!! Our Insurance Co found NightShift Towing and they replied back stating they could arrive in 30-40mins!! Hubert kept us in the loop and delivered our truck to the auto shop!! Hubert did a great job changing a tire for me. I couldn’t get the lugs loose and he showed up with a floor jack and an impact and was able to quickly get the job done. He was polite, professional, and careful. He was concerned about safe procedures and getting the job done right. It was in the heat of the day and he didn’t cut corners. I would recommend your company based on his performance.
This company was amazing! I got outstanding help and support from them and the drivers named Jordan and Michael were such a big help and made it easy for me to insure my car was handled well since I was an hour and half away after being towed. Because of insurance I had to tow twice to skip fees and both drivers were quick and efficient! I can't possibly explain how much of a great help the people for this company was!
Very pleasant experience. Got to us under estimated time. Jordan was very professional and kind. He even offered to stop at a gas station to get my son and I drinks for our long ride home. My son accidentally locked the keys in the trunk and Night Shift towing was assigned to come unlock my car. Hands down the best towing company! Very professional, friendly and FAST!! Korde called to let me know he was 20 minutes away and within minutes of his arrival, I had my keys!! He made sure to respect my car and not damage anything and was so friendly.
