We always get oil changes done here when we're in town. Super friendly and good with kids. Very personable and ready to figure out what's going on with your vehicle and how to fix it.

I had my car tow d to H&P and they were able to diagnose the issue pretty quickly all things considered. The main issue was alternator and battery. They replaced the alternator and battery and those appear to be doing fine. However, they insisted on changing the oil and then when I got it back there was no oil in my vehicle. I also asked them to look at the Carole filter for my gas tank and rather than fix that they replaced the neck where you put gasoline into the vehicle and suggested that I also get the filter changed. So now, I am dealing with a damaged engine and having worse problems putting gas into the vehicle. When we called them about it they just said that it was written down on their notes that it was what we wanted done. They also did not send an invoice for the gas tank issue when asked to do that and the quoted price and what it cost for what they did do not match. I’d suggest finding somewhere else to go.

Met the owner Tyler very nice guy! Are boat trailer tire shredded we came to them he put a new tire on for us. Would definitely recommend this place will go here for now on

This review is regarding the owner, Mona. Owning is the only thing she should be doing because her customer service is an absolute joke. She had what should have been a simple, customer service issue and she couldn’t even handle that. Argumentative, accusatory and down right rude would be putting it lightly. She even went as far as pointing to religious signs on her walls while she was telling me I cussed AT her last time (didn’t happen). The F word is her least favorite in case you were wondering. This lady is an embarrassment to the rest of the decent employees trying to give good care. Just a little example for you of her final words to me (she came outside as I was leaving to do this): Mona: I gave you the cash discount even though you paid by card. Me: You told me I got a 4% discount for cash or debit card and that’s how I paid. If you choose to do business here, I hope you don’t have to deal with her.

They've been a part of Davis a long time. Bought a truck from Seth wadley but I take it here for repair from now on. They work on everything I've taken to em right, the first time. Their prices beat anything any dealer would charge. I'd pay it, too, even if it's higher than other garages around. Can't beat quality work with family atmosphere, and they go to my church.

I cannot speak for all their mechanics, but the one that worked on my truck was just a parts changer. He could not diagnose an over heating issue on a RAM 2500 6.4l engine. After swapping parts he called and said the only thing he could do to fix it is swap the engine. He called and said it needed to go to Ram as he could not figure out what was wrong. So we had to go get it and tow it back to our shop. This guy did not even do an exhaust gas or compression test to confirm if it was a head gasket issue. He never checked the radiator out which was the problem. The radiator had become clogged and could not circulate the water like it should have. We also discovered the work done was not finished he left loose bolts on the water pump and Thermostat housing. Charged us a ton of money for nothing. If I were management that mechanic needs to be re-trained on proper diagnose procedures. Never checked the radiator! "Sigh"

We live in the Fort Worth area and my son was on his way home from OU this morning. He lost control of his car due to all the rain and ended up in about 6" of mud in the median. I called several wrecker services in the area to no avail. I called P&M and was treated exceptionally well and they were able to help my son and were very reasonably priced. Thanks for your help today!!

Did not even get service from this place. So i can only rate on the experience I did get. Dissatisfied with new ownership. They no longer offer same day towing, infact they will call you days later out of blue letting you know they are on the way. They dont call to let you know they cant make it that day or return calls. Driver seemed "upset" when I told him a different towing company was able to help me. Just a simple call back letting me know that they won't be able to help me is all that they needed to do.

New owners as of 1/13/23. We had a flat on our truck and weren’t able to get the spare down. I called and they towed us back to their shop where they were able to help us. They are all super friendly and worked in a very time efficient manner. 10/10 would recommend!

Ive never in my life written a review, but these guy's excellent service and honesty should not go unnoticed. So my mini van broke down and after assessing the issue with my vehicle, in my mind I was sure my transmission was the problem. So I called them and asked if they would be able to tow my vehicle and replace my transmission and Tim assured me they would tow it to their shop and that they would "have a look at it" the following day (Monday) and call me back with an estimate. I was expecting a $4,000 bill since I thought the transmission needed to be replaced.. And so the next day a ladie's friendly voice explained to me that it wasn't the transmission but a cv joint that needed replacement . They could have easily just charge me for a transmission replacement, since I'm the one who requested it. I was so shocked and obviously thankful for their honesty. They didn't have a problem with me picking up my vehicle a few days after they finished working on it. Really good /friendly people. Very thankful

They did a great job for me. My daughters car broke down in Paulsvalley. Without me being at my house they used Google maps to see where I wanted the car to be left and how. Everything was perfect. Thanks for the great job. I would use them again if I need to in the future.

Thank you Ryan! I have a hot shot business and had a load to pick up about 50 miles away from Davis. I was experiencing some severe shimmying from my front left tire. I pulled in thinking it would be a day or two before they could look at it. Ryan was on it immediately and diagnosed the problem - truly a life-threatening problem. Three of my lug nut studs had snapped and broken. He was able to remove and replace them quickly. The overall experience was zero stress and Ryan’s communication and professionalism was above and beyond anything I was expecting. I can’t thank them enough! These guys are the real deal!

My mother was on her way to see us when a part under her truck started dragging. She was 2 hours from us. I called and they had someone out there within 15 minutes to help get her back on her way. Great company with very helpful people! Thank you so much for taking such great care of her!

Dustin absolutely saved us. We have been driving all night from Omaha to Austin and blew a brand new tire in Oklahoma. Triple A was NO help. He came and met us on the highway and took us to his shop. He also took us on a little tour of Oklahoma while we waited for Walmart to open. We would’ve been absolutely stranded without him. I cannot recommend Dustin and his shop enough. 15/10 service.

They are super helpful, we were over 14 hours away when one of our vehicles was involved in an accident. They provided us with all the phone numbers we needed to contact and helped us and made the transition easy to receive our vehicle back. Definitely the best wrecker service we’ve ever worked with.

Great experience with the Auto repair part of the business. Took in 1998 Ford pickup for engine repair . They were courteous, fast and transparent. Kept me updated on problem and pricing. Identified the solution ( broken cam shaft sensor). Work was completed quickly and well under my expectations on price. They also installed a new spare tire lift under the bed and fixed a tire that was flat...under $300. Shout out to Matt the mechanic and Mr Horn the owner. My first time there but they have our future business.

I am from Katy, Texas and hydroplaned off the road, into Arbuckle Mountain and then another car that was already in the ditch. P&M went way beyond normal service. They drove me to the hospital to be with my wife, picked me up afterwards, showed me where they brought my car and even took care of my dog while I was with my wife. Dustin was a very positive influence when I was being negative. Pointing out how lucky I was that none of us were seriously injured or worse. I can't thank Dustin or his crew enough for everything they did for me and my family. If you need a great company to work with, THIS IS THE ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff was great. My F-150 developed a noise during my vacation and on Friday morning July 3rd they pulled a mechanic off his job to test drive my truck. Although they could not fix my problem due to the holiday weekend, they gave me peace of mind that I could drive the truck home safely.

I can't say enough good things about this place. Dustin and his employees went out the way to help us when our car blew a tire outside of David on I35. Our tire was as unusual size not usually stocked, but they took the time to call around until the found a replacement and then drove to a neighboring town and back to get it for us. The owner Dustin stayed late on a Friday night to help us and get us back on the road. Highly recommend P&M Wrecker.

We were driving south just passing Davis Ok exit when our Tahoe just popped out of gear or so we thought. We pulled off the road after driving down the ramp. I opened the hood and checked fluids and looked underneath and tried to drive again. Nothing!! About that time a P& M wrecker stopped and asked if we were ok. I explained the situation to Robby the driver who put me in contact with Dustin the owner. We got our vehicle loaded onto the wrecker and needed a place to stay overnight and Robby suggested a Casino, luckily it was minutes from a Chevy dealer. He dropped us off that evening and that morning Dustin the owner came back and picked us up to take us to the dealership. Words can’t describe how awesome that part of the experience was. My wife and I have had issues on the road over the years but this was such a pleasure being rescued. Dustin and his team are the best!!

Family owned towing and auto repair services. Traveling northbound and had vehicle issues. Google search listed P&M. Very professional response and quick service. The owner himself was operating the tow truck. Friendly and courteous. They had my vehicle fixed in hours and I was back on my way. Saved in my maps so if I'm near Davis and happen to have any vehicle issues again they will be my first and only call. Vehicle issue was a front tire bearing. Considering when things like this happen you are truly at the mercy of what a shop wants to charge. P&M provided me with excellent service repairs at great prices. Eating establishes within walking distance Very clean and large customer waiting area Very clean bathrooms Was under new ownership and as I understand they are working to improve perception from how previous owner ran business. Well these people are great. Thank you for getting me back on the road quickly.

Dropped by P&M unannounced with a grinding noise, coming out of my Camry after leaving Falls Creek. The guys immediately looked over my car, discovered the problem and fixed my car, getting me out and on the road in 20 minutes!! Needless to say, I was very impressed! Let me highly recommend them to you. Gracious, kind, knowledgeable. You will find no one in the area like these guys. Thank you!

Dustin is the best, P&M is the only wrecker service I recommend in Oklahoma.. I locked myself out of my 2019 freightliner, he wasn't sure if he could get it open because he never did a semi before, needless to say he didn't turn the challenge down and he got me in my truck. i'm forever grateful. thank you so much.

We had a service call for our RV. We couldn't build air and were unable to drive it. They came out when promised and were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They processed to check things out and determined the problem quickly and were able to fix it without having to tow it. They were very reassuring and explained everything to us to get us back on the road safely. We would recommend them highly. Thanks again P & M. Wrecker & Auto Center.

Being a local, I've heard many bad tales from people who have gone here. I can only tell my own tale with certainty of the facts. I took my truck in to P&M because it was pulling hard to the right all the time. I told them I couldn't afford to spend much at the moment and just wanted it to stop pulling. The next day they called and said they had an estimate ready (thank God I told them to not do anything before talking to me). So, I went up there and they proceeded to tell me most of the parts in the front end of my truck needed to be replaced. Along with the tires. The estimate was somewhere around $1300. I told them NO WAY and left. I then took my truck to a long-trusted local mechanic (Dick Jones, who I would have used initially but he tends to not get in a hurry and I needed my truck fixed NOW) and gave him the estimate and asked his opinion. He said everything he saw looked fine, except the tires. I thanked Dick and took my truck to Zac's Wheel and Tire (great place, likely the only place I'll get tires from now on) near Sulphur, had the tires replaced, and presto! the truck drove perfectly. That was over a year ago and I've not had a single problem since. My advice, go to Murray County Tire and Auto for any auto repair needs. They also have a towing service and though I haven't used them for a tow, I can pretty much guarantee you'll be happier with their service. For the record, I am in no way affiliated with Murray County Tire... I am just so happy to have a local place I can trust to do good work, have fair prices, and not try to rip me off! They had an excellent service. We had flat tire and went to ford for our service but didn't find anything wrong . So we had back to our destination but within few minutes had flat tire again . Then went to p&m wrecker service they immediately find the fault and also helped us with prior damage that was done to tire. They had excellent experts and excellent service. We were very happy and just being truthful to us. We give them 30 out of 10.
