I called to get a quote and a tow today on a car. I had previously spoken to other tow companies today that were closed because of football This company was awesome! They quoted me a very fair price and got here faster than they had quoted. The tow truck driver was incredibly friendly as well! Thank you for providing awesome service to your customers!
Wonderful service and the way around! Within 1.5 hours of the call, they picked my daughter’s car up in Norman and delivered to repair shop in N. OKC. Kevin (driver) communicated throughout the process; super professional and efficient!
Car broke down in a somewhat remote area off sooner rd late at night, truck came in about 30 mins. Driver was very attentive to where I needed to go. Grateful for the service, definite recommend.
Called number listed on website for business issue. Was told to call ‘office number’. The man answering ´office liné at noon sounded like he was asleep and very agitated to be disturbed. Said he didn’t know where their tow trucks currently were, whether on a job or not. Was told it could be up to an hour for a local service call. Felt very uncomfortable with information provided, so I immediately called back to cancel and was spoken to in a very angry, unprofessional manner. There are many reputable service companies in Norman. This is not one of them.
only towing company in norman to even try and come get my car from a parking garage. So sweet and helpful and told us he’d be there in 40 and got there in 20.
This place should be called Billy-Bob and Bubba got a Truck and Lot. Never did business where you could only visit the tow yard by appointment. Oh and if they don't show for the appointment...they will tell you to call them the next morning to see if someone will show or not. OHP asked if I had a preference where it went. Didn't think it would matter...believe me, it makes a difference. If ever needed again I will use Quality or L&A where real people work real hours.
Worst wrecker service ever . I was definitely ready to file a lawsuit. Discrimination at its finest along with law breaking & bending rules because he owns the place . Definitely would have a lawyer or police on sight when dealing with this wrecker service . Worst ever

Our pick up got broke into and needed to go to the shop and the very kind driver got it started for us. He could have just towed it and took the money but he did not. What an honest man. I wish I’d got his name. Thank you for making our day.
I had the best experience from this company. He has been in business for over 30 years. He made my bad night so much better getting me to a shop to get my tire and battery taken care of.
My F450 crew cab with a 11 foot flatbed was no problem for these guys.
Showed up, loaded it and drove me about 20 miles to a shop.
Friendly, hard working and a real help to me in my hard time today.

A gentleman came out in the pouring rain to tow my car home. He was nice and professional about. He answer some question I had. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
My car was stolen from me and he charged me 400$ to get it back. I'm the victim. I don't understand why people rip the victims in a time of need. I was told by the owner when I asked him that question. All he had to say was I'm not going to get my money out of the thief I'm I. You could at least give some kind of discount
