WOW! Randall sure knows his stuff. Great customer service and very personable. Prime Towing & Recovery did what Good Sam couldn't do. Prime was able to dispatch Randall in a very timely manner and got my trailer safely loaded and delivered with no problems. KUDOS to Randall and Prime.
So a friend had a blow out so I went to help her. Her jack sucked so had to buy one come back get the tire off.amd went to raise the car more to put the tire on and the jack i bought broke. So I called prime to see if they could help us. And she now i barley had to the funds and they was kind enough to come out and help is and her car was dead too and he came back and connected the jumper and started up. Thank you so much Jonathan for being an angel and being so kind too help us. It's nice to know we still have good people in this world.thank you a million
Driver of the truck was nice however owner demanded Payment on the spot and made the driver come back and not leave until payment was received. Insinuated we wouldnt pay and that payment on the spot is law which it is NOT. Dont let the greedy owner fool you because he will try.
If you have ever hoped for the best and then been totally surprised to receive what you were look looking for! This company has impressed me and all of the professionals that I deal with who will appreciate thier attention to detail. As I observed the care and attention to details with which they handled my vehicles, it was like performing heart successful surgery.
These guys are amazing!!! Very affordable and they were here within an hour to help us out of our pickle. In the middle of the night no less. They truly were a blessing for us. The man who came out was very kind and respectful. Huge thank you to the guys that helped us out!
The driver (Richard) called in advance to let me know when he would be picking up my car. He showed up on time and handled my car as carefully as if it was his own. I highly recommend this company.
Was just behind one of their tow trucks on the interstate. Truck was in the far left passing lane going under the speed limit, refused to let anyone go around him. If you are going to drive like a child I definitely don't want to use your business.
Horrible customer service, very rude, and sarcastic. Instead of being rude maybe they should update their Google profile. The website isn’t active, the number is a cell phone, they’re only 24 hrs for towing but not pick up so that should be noted, and when you call for a tow nobody answers. I’d rather deal with a company that’s appreciative of my business.

The people who run this business are very disrespectful and rude! The worst customer service I have ever experienced! I definitely would not recommend They said it would take 20 minutes for them to get to me after 45 minutes I called them and the woman was very hateful and rude but said it would only be about 10 more minutes. After 30 minutes more I had to call a different company.

Nick with Prime Towing was amazing! He got to us on a rainy day within 15 minutes after I called. He was professional, quick, and courteous. The best part is he gave me advice on what to say at the dealership. He also billed the dealership, because they were responsible for the vehicle breaking down. Good guy, good business!
Cool dude pick up my poor cobalt who hit the BIGGEST oklahoma hot hole ever. He even recommended a really nice place to get a car, even took us to the auto store where we fixing the car for free. Respond pretty fast too, like say 30-40 minutes after call.
I will use Prime any time I need a tow.

Excellence service, from the initial phone call to the speedy arrival of the tow truck. James was excellent and offered us advice about the process as we were new to it. We definitely recommend and will be calling them if we need services in the future.

I had been on the phone with my insurance for an hour and a half already and decided to just call and pay out of pocket. Owner didn't have any drivers but threw on a jacket and came to help. Price was reasonable. We had tried to jump the car previously but it didn't work with my husband's vehicle. He asked if he could try his jump box and it started right up! I am so thankful he came out and did this and it was a fraction of the price! I highly recommend this towing company and if possible, tip your drivers. . Literally saved me tonight.
