When I called for a tow, Chris explained the process very well. He showed up timely and with a great sense of urgency, which I really appreciated. It took less than 10 minutes to load up my motorcycle and he had it delivered in a professional manner. You could tell he knew what he was doing! My son has never ran his gas tank under half tank in his entire life. When whe got his truck out of pound it was empty. They siphon all of his gas out of his truck. I know the world is rough right now, but that’s extremely low stealing from somebody after you already stole their vehicle once.
Absolutely horrible I see a lot of review Ms for frank some for Chris more bad than good. Idk which one I had. But the most unprofessional and grimiest place I’ve been to not only did he lie to me saying he’snran this dump by himself for 20+ years when that big guy hasn’t run to anything except the dinner table! then told me in order to get my car I need a second licensed driver to do it. Since when is this a thing? I have never. Then charges me 400
Bucks for one day of storage. I ended up paying extra and did it without a second driver. So if it is a law they’re willing to bend for. A dollar. Worst experience in towing ever. Period. Ever highly recommend literally anyone else.
This place is a joke as well as the big hips dude dude called the cops on me after I was leaving the impound because he thought i didn't had a drivers license when he clearly got a copy of it to release the vehicle I was cracking up when i got pulled over for no reason and then let me go with an apology man that dude and them blanchard cops must be really good friends they were quick
Chris is an Angel. Its a long story, but I called, and he was right by where we were broke down. Out of all of the places, he was towing a vehicle, a mile from us. I couldn't get the wheel off the hub. It was frozen, and 3 different people had stopped and tried to get it off, so Chris stopped, came over and got it off. I will recommend and use this company from now on. What a blessing. It's s a good feeling to come across good people. Thank you.
This is the worst towing company ever. What they are doing is criminal. They get paid for every day they have ur vehicle so that being said I've been calling for over a week and they won't tell me how to get my only transportation out or the total cost. This place sucks
I had to find a towing company for one of our company crew trucks that broke down right before an Oklahoma hail and rain storm was about to hit. Our office and shop are located in Newcastle so I wanted to use someone local. I decided to give them a shot after reading a few of their google reviews and I was very glad that I did. They showed up to pick up our crew truck very quickly and even worked throughout the storm without hesitation. I highly recommend!!
You know when I first walked in this place to help my buddy pick up his police impounded vehicle I would of given this place 2 stars. However, as we hung around and tried to make sure we had enough to get it out, both parties began to warm up. Not such a great feeling having to give up $600-$700 over an impound do we weren't in a great mood. As it turned out my buddy was short, and enough where I figured we weren't going to be able to get it out. To my complete shock the owner reduced the cost to within what my friend had. What... These places don't do that... They get to keep your car if you can't afford the bill. I guess there truly is something in these small towns that is now longer in the big cities. Thank you!
Frank really saved my but tonight. Tie rod broke on my little Honda tonight and he really came through for me showed up faster than expected and then insisted on getting me and the car to my house no matter how my financial situation was. Very professional and I will absolutely without a doubt call again if I'm in their area and need help.
Horrible company to go through. The overweight guy and his wife are as rude as can be. Prices are so unreasonable and they do not know how to be professional at all. Would NOT recommend this wrecker to anyone! Save yourself the hassle and use someone else!!
They were prompt and professional about their work, they were very kind and helpful .. and excellent attitudes in dealing with our accident... I would recommend them to my friends and relatives with a big vote of confidence...
Had these guys pick up an old rambler I bought out in Blanchard and bring it back to the city for me. They were fast ,very friendly,and cheaper than anyone else around. They did an excellent job with loading and unloading being careful not to damage the vehicle along the way. I'd recommend them to anyone and plan on using them again today for another tow.
