Very helpful people work here prices kinda high

After the recent snow, my work truck got stuck and lost my antifreeze getting it out. Limped to the parts store, bought some antifreeze and found out my radiator hose had burst. They didn’t have it in stock, but searched and found one in Vinita, called to verify it was in stock and sent their driver to pick it up. That saved me from sitting for hours waiting on a tow truck to haul me back to Tulsa and being down the next day while it was repaired. Got it going in about an hour. They went out of their way to get me back on the road and I really appreciate it!

Only 2 people there know what they are doing… that’s Jay and the GIRL! A GIRL. The rest will sell you the wrong parts or can’t even find them in the store system. We been dealing with Jay for many years, when it was still Napa Parts. Just ask for Jay and your right parts will be on the way.

Low quality of customer service High prices

Great store and nice guys but the price are not good and I didn't even realize it til I walked in to another auto parts store in Vinita. Not just a couple bucks cheaper, a good amount. 2.5gal jug of oil, $14 cheaper. Comparable battery to what I bought here was nearly $25 cheaper.

I didn't go in. I was just there to deliver cement. But from the outside it looks really nice. And they have a small Coney stand in the building. Unfortunately I couldn't take time to try one out.

My husband liked it, was able to get what he needed quick.
