If there was option to chose 0 star i would. Shop assistant (she) is unable to provide true currently information about how many cars are being repaired in his workshop and she cannot provide you clearly update and ETA. Their mechanic is 64 years old and worked 8 hours which it is 5 hour job. However after that truck is not fixed other day he spent 8 hour for just cleaning muffler and even truck problem is not fixed. If you are not citizen of USA they will seize the moment. Mike(manager) truck is not fixed you give warranty for 30 days but that sound is still coming. We have paid about 6K but we have still this issue.
My son blew a tire on a rainy day and was stuck. Miller Wrecker came to the rescue and got him back to their shop and mounted a new tire and got him back on the road. They went above and beyond. Really appreciate the service.
If I could give a lower score I would, says 24 hr wrecker service I called around 8pm for a tire change and literally got hung up on. Should really take that 24 hr off.... FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!

Mr Miller and his staff were very helpful. Mr Miller went out of his way to prepare things for me retrieve my vehicle. His business is really eady to find and in a great location!
Horrible service kept my truck for 3 weeks didn’t work on it or anything and when I call they don’t answer then tried to fight me for coming there and cussed me out took money and didn’t fix nothing
Well tows are expensive, yet there was great professionalism in the driver. We had to change drop off location and that was not any problem. My second tow on the same problem so we took it home to repair after two shops said they fixed my brakes and only adjusted them. Driver loading the truck pointed that issue out as he was loading. Thankfully just burned brake fluid! It is sad to be a female in mechanic world, wonder if I did their flowerbeds like they do repairs and charge to the moon and back how they would feel? Thank you for saving me in my time of need!

Got me in right away, as soon as I pulled in they were already waiting with a bay open for me . They changed out 2 tires, mud flap, and a valve stem 30 minutes for the work , can’t beat that . Any other place would have taken hours.
I broke down on I44 7 miles east of Stroud do to intercooler pipe blew apart. I believe Derick from roadside showed up with clamps. Truck wouldn’t stay running do to plugged DPF. After calling Onstar they call a tow company out of Tulsa(with a google rating of 1.7 stars) with a truck rated to tow just my dually (I had a 16,000lbs fifth wheel hooked to my truck total weight 26,500lbs)I told that driver to beat it do to it wasn’t safe to haul with that tow truck. I drove for a tow company and know the rating of tow vehicles thankfully. I called Onstar again and they are trying to find someone to tow truck and fifth wheel. I called Miller wrecker while I’m waiting for Onstar and they did except the job. David I believe was the driver showed up with a heavy wrecker. He was a very professional guy and told us to get in his truck to warm up and gave us a ride to hotel. After a total 9.5 hours on the side of road at 32 degrees and truck will not idle to warm up we were in a hotel. Thanks Miller Wrecker!!!
Mechanic is unexperienced. Called road service a mile away, shows up in 30 mins which is right on time as they said. Tries to connect his comp to truck for an hour. I get a call saying, truck is not connecting because its telling him its not compatible. Took him an hour to realize it wasn't connecting? When I asked why I have to pay additional hour. I got an answer saying, mechanic will not leave until I pay it off. Unprofessional!!!
On the absolutely hottest day of the year, I called and they were great from the time they answered the phone, I needed a tire changed on the turnpike, they arrived quickly, were fast to get the change done, and were very polite..

My truck broke down on 8-27-18 they were the most reasonable shop i have ever dealt with over the road. Very kind and beyond fair on the price would HIGHLY recommend to anyone in the area!!!
Business had truck break down. Miller Wrecker Services was contacted through our roadside assistance service. Driver David called and when he arrived our driver was not at the truck. I was not familiar with area and David was very patient and gave me some locations my driver might have walked to so I could contact and find driver. When we located driver, David called his boss who was kind enough to go pick our driver up and take him back to the truck and save him the 2-1/2 mile walk back. Thank you to both David and his boss for your patience and assistance in getting our driver and truck back to Tulsa.
