These salvage guys are NOT hateful. They will go to every length it takes to help you get the specific part you need. They get online and take much time to discover and order parts. If they get something that isnt what you expected. They wont sell it to you. Tri-state ships it back to where it came from. And the employee will explain and give your deposit back! We have trusted them for years. We drive 60 miles one way to do business with them.
So far so so good they've always had what I needed and last time I need something with a door for my truck and I have to say they have everything ready always have everything I need and paints a pretty fair guy and you know his prices are not bad at all
One man was busy but trying to help. But I got the feeling my daughter and I were more of a nuisance than a customer. They didn't have what I needed but the helpful guy at least went and made sure. I waited for about thirty minutes to even be spoken to tho. The heavier guy literally picked the customers behind me to assist and didn't say even one word to me.. Even helped someone who called after they had hung up on me before I came in. My daughter is three, had been to the dentist with a toothache but was still in a good mood but restless and talking loud.... Like three year olds do. But this is a salvage yard not a funeral home, library or church..... It was actually a very awkward and uncomfortable experience to even walk in.... Definitely not somewhere I'm gonna run to again. Which sucks because this was my first time visiting the place after hearing about it.
I have done business with Tri-State for several years now. Their prices are reasonable and they carry parts that can be hard to find elsewhere. Great folks!

Called was asked to hold. A hour later was hung up on repeated this process 3 times. I'm trying to spend money at your buisness but can even have someone look for the part I need.
I didn't personally go into this place, but I called and talked with Jason on the phone several times and he pointed me in the right direction and saved me some money and drive time. I highly recommend Tri-State Auto Salvage. I can't speak for any other employees there but Jason is amazing and will help in anyway he can!!!! Exceptional customer service without a doubt!!!!
